Jason and his team are honest, hard workers. My car was in for a repair and needed two replacement pieces that I just purchased from carvana. G&H works with them on warranties and repair coverage. They called as soon as the parts were delivered. Once my car was in their garage, they handled it quickly and efficiently. On top of that, they discovered a small tear in an air hose near where they were replacing a part and fixed that as well free of charge. I walked out, check engine light was no longer showing, feeling at ease again. Thanks so much guys!

I've been a loyal customer for years, primarily visiting for tire changes without encountering any issues. However, my experience took a nosedive when I sought AC services here. I brought in my mildly functioning AC, only to receive it back in a disastrous state blowing warm air and emitting a foul odor. Despite paying for their service, the situation worsened, and to top it off, they demanded over $2000 for repairs. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Brought my Chevy 1500 in for a front end alignment twice, great staff on hand. Roger, the owner is very personable and no nonsense. They will tell you what s what without the nonsense. They will have my continued business from here on out.

I was referred here by Advanced Auto Parts and I was surprised I had never noticed it before. It's a really nice shop, with a clean and comfy waiting area. The gentlemen who run the place are really friendly and helpful. I'm glad I know it is here now so I don't get ripped off at the dealership for future work on my car!Pro tip: if you're able to go in early on a week day, they can usually have your car ready in the afternoon (assuming parts availability and regular LOE, of course)

Found out my tire was leaking and stopped by after work on the off chance they could help me. They patched my tire and I was in and out in like 10 minutes and they didn't even charge me! Nice guys.

Have given a much deserved five star review on Yelp previously, and their excellent service today in adjusting an alignment free under warranty, which I caused, is just another reason for this rating today. On a trip from Cleveland, OH to Fort Meyers to drop my daughter off at school, we got a flat tire. We came out of the hotel and it was flat. We managed to get enough air in it to drive to a tire store for help. It was a literally a quick google search that lead us to G&H. With no prior knowledge of the store, we put our faith in the internet and hoped that it directed us to somewhere that could help us and be kind. Roger, the owner...went above and beyond and got us in and out and back on the road in less than hour. He is a man of character and generosity. He put our needs into consideration and Blessed us with great customer service. He is a man of integrity and I highly recommend this store.

So my Dad passed away a day and a half ago and his car had a tire that kept going flat so my Mom brings her car here. Roger and his crew are truly not only the best at what they do but they are full of love and humanity and we re supportive on a totally different level. It s one thing to offer a great service but great service and be treated like family is very rare. If you want to be valued and treated right there is no other option. We had taken my wife's car in for a bad window motor and regulator a while back. There were a few hiccups on original install but of course they made it right. Fast forward to today when the regulator cables broke. Called up and Roger remembered me and had me bring in the car. They fixed it in about 2hrs. Roger and the team at G&H can get my business anytime. Thanks for the great service and quick turnaround!

This has been our go to place since we moved to Jacksonville in 2015. The best quality,Most honest and affordable UNTIL the past 2 years. I was so loyal we tried and tried again and again. Every time I d leave, I d leave with more problems. I paid an insane amount for a new catalytic converter, they ve had to replace it and re weld it three times, it s messed up again now but I ll be taking it elsewhere. They did the same thing with my flex pipe, fixed it three times saying they don t know why it isn t staying, I took it to another shop, I ve never had another issue. I could go on and on and on. They were the best, I referred everyone here. Now I will never return, I gave them so many chances, I don t know what has happened to their shop. Someone said their lead mechanic left, I don t know but just know, it is not what it was. I ve left with a cracked windshield, lies about times it ll be done and more problems then I can count. Sad.

G&H is a great place to go for any auto work, they do a lot more than tires and are very skilled and helpful. Graham is great and gives honest feedback+recommendations and fair pricing. They got me back on the road fast!My truck battery died in the morning. I had many scheduled appointments, so I needed a replacement ASAP and the auto parts stores wouldn't replace due to vehicle computer. I called G & H and they said to bring it in.They took my car back immediately and got me back on the road within 30 minutes.I'll definitely look at them again for future vehicle maintenance and repair.Service: Battery

Cameron at G&H Tires took great care of me! This is the place to go for tires, especially if you are young, female, or both -- they truly treated me with a level of respect that I don't often receive when looking for auto care.My tires are a unique size and usually run on the expensive side, and I recently moved so I was dreading having to shop for the best price for a pair. I finally bit the bullet and called several places; the first recommended I replace all 4 tires and refused to quote me on a price for the pair that I actually needed at all. The second quoted me twice as much as G&H, lowered the price when I told them I'd found somewhere else (but did not match it), and repeatedly asked me 'Are you sure??' condescendingly, rapidly repeating prices for different combinations of services (trying to confuse me), until I hung up.The instant Cameron answered the phone at G&H there was an immediate and incredibly refreshing shift in tone. As soon as I told him the size of tire, he said right away that he knew he could get me in a good tire that size for a reasonable price, knowing the tire and that I would be bracing myself for the answer. And it was definitely a great price! The size always has to be ordered but the tires came in quickly over the weekend, they set a time that was convenient for me, and the work was finished up quickly too -- I paid exactly the out-the-door price I was quoted.I am definitely coming back to G&H for absolutely any service they offer that I need for my vehicle in the future!Service: Tires

Came in to get a wheel alignment because my car was acting funny and the gentleman at the counter asked a few questions, leading him to inform me that I was sold bad tires from a used tire shop two days before and that my problem wasn't actually the alignment. He checked out my car without hesitation, OR asking for any sort of payment all while the shop was clearly busy. Thanks to the two gentlemen at the front counter that day, they saved me time and money and were actually HONEST. I would come here for my car needs if I didn't move out if the Jacksonville area. Thanks guys

Today was my first time bringing my vehicle to G&H. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. I was a walk-in, and I thought it was great that they could take my vehicle and look at it so quickly. When I brought it in, I told them that the Serpentine belt was about to go. After about 15 minutes, they mentioned that the alternator and the belt would both need to be replaced, as well as an oil change and filter to be replaced. The total would be $933, they ended up throwing in the taillight bulbs for free--that was nice. After paying, the car was already to drive off. I went to start my car, and it was violently shaking, (like it was about to blow up) and it has NEVER done that. I told the agent, and he took a look at it and brought it back to be looked at. Then it was mentioned that it should be driven for about 15-30 minutes for the battery (once disconnected and reconnected) to relearn the system. The place was about to close (this was today, Saturday). The guy said, just bring it by on Monday and we can look at it. Hello, I work, I cannot just bring it by. That's why I came in on a Saturday. What is it with everyone assuming that females do nothing but sit around and eat bon-bons all day. Well I drove it, and it seemed Ok. About an hour later, I started the car and it was shaking again. I cannot bring it back to until Saturday, yes, I am a single working female. We do exist!!! This is what I was afraid of, bring it in for one thing, pay an arm and a leg, and then expecting that I sit around and can keep bringing my car in and pay for things that were not wrong to begin with. I would like the problem repaired because it did not exist prior to bringing it in. This is stressful, the first of the month is Monday (rent is due) yes I pay my own rent, too! This is so unnecessarily stressful!!Additionally, when I brought my vehicle in today to G&H, my vehicle was only experiencing squealing and rattling from the belt, and not battery issues, dim or bright light, difficulty starting, stalling etc., that are prevalent for an alternator needing to be replaced. The rationale given to me for needing the alternator replaced was the bolt for the pulleys was going, and they could not replace the belt or the alternator would eat the belt.I cannot understand why they would have driven the car to the front of the store after their initial "repair", while it was violently shaking, as though it were about to explode (which the car did not do prior to) and think that would be OK?? Such a liability.They fix the issue that did not exist previously, I will "fix" this review.Please note that it was not easy to leave a negative review on Yelp, and when I tried to edit "rice off" to properly read "drive off" , I had to resubmit the review.Update--Next day, Sunday:Today, I drove my car for awhile to Amelia Island and back, and it did not shake when starting and the drive seemed fine both ways, so the update will change from 1 star to 3 stars.Second Update, Monday, morning:By 8:00 this morning, I received a phone call to ensure everything is OK with the car and that the vibrations settled. They have, and after the trip, yesterday, everything seems OK. With the new alternator it took a little bit to relearn the current. I greatly appreciate the care and concern--this shows excellent customer service. The willingness to correct and the concern for the client! Thank you for the follow-up! Updating the star rating.

Was in and out very quickly. Had an alignment done. He offers a lot of other service. The biggest thing about the shop that I noticed. The owner, Mr Roger. You will understand why you call him Mr Roger when you see him. But his kindness and concern for the customer and their car and their safety is what really matters to him and that's why he earns to be Mr Roger by me. Keep up the good work gentleman.
