I have been coming to this Firestone location for 9.5 years. The staff is friendly and professional. As far as I can tell they have never tried to oversell services for my vehicles. They do great work and keep me informed of future maintenance items.

Bring your business here!!Marcus has been the manager there I believe for a little while now.Super friendly guy and his mechanics here are great.I bring all of my vehicles here for alignments and tire balance/rotation.Buy the lifetime, and feel good that you're being taken care of.I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this location.I even had a lowered car here that was tough to get on the alignment rack, with a little effort and ingenuity we got it on and off safely. Driving straight, couldn't have been happier.They are really good with scheduling as well.Awesome group of guys. Thanks y'all. See you next time!

Great bunch of guys, constantly working to get you back on the road and running excellent. They kept me informed and other customers of our vehicles progress. I love those guys. The manager of that branch is such a great guy. Keep up the good work.

I took my truck in for a new tire and an oil change. I usually receive pretty good service from here. Depending on the number of employees working that day, as well as number of vehicles they have for service on that day, will determine how long your vehicle, will be in for service. Even with renovations my truck was ready in less than two hours.

on Wednesday after all that rain from storms . I discovered I needed New wipers . So while padding Firestone on blanding I pulled in and in a matter of 30 mins I was in and out . They were fast , friendly and fit me into their busy day. I appreciated that . So they deserve to be recognized.

Absolutely fabulous. I got lifetime alignment. Service was great & they did a great job. Alignments are good all over US, so I was thrilled. Recommended I come in every 6 mos - a year for alignment check.

I went to this place week or 2 ago for an oil change and a tire rotation.. I left there and the vehicle was shaking horribly. I called to bring it back in and look at it and was told I would have to wait for hours to have it looked at even though they barely had any customers in there. No! My vehicle wasn't doing that when I brought it to you. I paid money to have it done right the 1st time. I shouldn't have to sit and wait hours for something to be fixed that wasn't wrong to begin with! I'll never go back because of that experience right there. Too many tire places to shop from.

I had an experience I'd basically like to forget. Buying this car was the kind of experience that ends more than a lack of transportation will help start. Read that twice if ya need. Chris was kind. Engaging and most of all he was empathetic. He didn't make promises. He didn't do anything but say....let's fix this. He put 4 tires on the car and eliminated an issue that had been from the first time I drove it. It really was tires afterall. And he did all he could to help. Period, not more not less. 4 tires that were correctly sized and designed for this style of car. That is all he did. And it changed my view of the world again... not all bad. Just most at this point. He cared enough...not entirely, that's all anyone can ask.Service: Tires

They were unorganized and they seem like they had no clue what they were doing. I went there for my back tire because it had two nails and a razor in it and they replaced the front two tires instead and say they saved the back tire. My car has been driving funny since then. Only one Spanish big dude knows what he is doing. They are also short staffed as well do you will be waiting and rescheduling.Service: Tires

marcus, the manager by the way, charged me $700 to replace the battery and the idle air control motor, i agreed. he reassured me that this would fix the issue of the cars driving. i took it home and same problem occurred of the car stalling out.marcus said he forgot to relay information that my transmission was bad. how does the manager of a car shop forget to tell you the transmission of the car is bad?? it was not stated verbally to me. the note wasn t until the very end of the paper that says rec transmission having issues. again, not stated verbally.marcus says it was just a lack of communication. and i am the one who suffers paying $700 for my car to still have the same issue that marcus reassured me would NOT happen.again. how do you forget to relay to a customer that the transmission on your car is failing. as a car shop.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Alan and Marcus were particularly amazing. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed and all my options I had available when it came to paying. Definitely the only car facility I'll be using.

I paid 447 for have some rotors and other items repaired and fixed. They did a great job. They however forgot to mention that that the discounted price was because they only did wk on 2 of them and not for so i ended up having to take another day off to have it done.

I received exceptional service & support here in the most professional and punctual manner & I am super impressed! They were so busy but the service man remained cool calm and collected as other angry customers spoke rudely out loud then interrupted us twice but after me he treated her the same as he had me but I was mad for the guy!! The manager and him also stayed after closing to allow me the time I needed to get a ride back to pickup my serviced car with its new but under warranty tire! Thank yall soooo much!!

Customer service is ok. They didnt fully fix our vehicle do we had to bring it back in..but they are working on it. After bringing my vehicle back in the guys at the shop determined the problem and fixed the causes of my truck running badley. It took another day,but my truck runs better now.

I ve been using this company for a while. These ppl here are out to get your money. The guy at the front desk didn t tell the price of my service until after my car was done. A simple oil change came up to $80 and he didn t say anything and was expecting me know. I told him I just got a used/new car and didn t know what was wrong with it. So it was mostly like a check up. He charged for something I didn t need then charges me $10 for an inspection. I don t know what they inspected but I know they could have checked to see if the oil needed to be changed. I couldn t argue with them because I had an emergency out of town but I will be contacting corporate.

Had a front right lower ball joint go bad on my truck. Bring it to this Firestone to have replaced plus two new tires... $1430. Only around 300 miles later my truck starts shaking again, just like the first time it went bad. Call Firestone and they say yes, you have a warranty, but UNFORTUNATELY our ball joint dude is on vacation so you're S.O.L.I take it to another referred, trusted mechanic and he looks at it and says this ball joint was never replaced, this thing is old and shot.After waiting 6 hours and $600 (Not including my tires), they never even touched the thing. 0/100 for this Firestone, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Great business, quality and timely work with competitive pricing. I have been here twice. Once for wheels, another time for a repair, and I ll be back. The manager Jay is very prefessional and William is good at dealing with customers. They honored their quotes too. Good job Firestone.

Nick, the manager, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, as were the other employees. They went above and beyond for my particular issue. I could not have asked for a better experience. Pricing was extremely fair, and he offered helpful general information as well. I will definitely return there for future car service needs.

I went in because one of my tire is wearing faster than my other tires. So I need an alignment done. Waited there more than an hour. Then he tells me that they can't do the alignment because my CV joint is bad, I need 4 new tires. And when I get all that done first then they can do the alignment.

Excellent place, and very reasonable prices. Employees were very friendly and not pushy, all of the acted like they grow up with Each other (you can really tell they love there job). Found a new place that I'm happy with, which is hard in the auto repair game). I will be going back for sure.

Terrible service they told me pick up in one hour at 9:30 and I picked my car up at 4 pm. I called at 12 they said one hour then again at 3

I appreciate the work from this store. I had a tire light that would not go out. They found something in the tire, and because I had tire coverage, it was replaced. Saved me money!!!!

Came in for an issue with my back right tire. Kept going flat. Waited 4 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong from what they saw. Took it to another mechanic shop and they found the issue in under 5 minutes. Don t waste your time.

Everyone is wonderful there, very helpful, they take time to explain your car problems and fix your car quick as possible to get you back on the road. The Manager there is Awesome!!
