I was a walk-in for an oil change and they were very friendly from the start. They made the process very simple. The facility is very clean and organized. The servicing was done very quickly and I didn't pay more than I needed to. I'll definitely come back here next time I need something done.

I have been to this place twice now. I live on the other side of Jacksonville near the beaches but I am willing to drive 30 min to this specific Firestone.All of the staff is friendly, but Michelle in particular is amazing. She is personable and very welcoming. She is very honest about pricing and she gives honest recommendations about what is best for you car. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I have been going to Firestone for approximately 5 years now. Each time I have been satisfied with the results. The staff are very friendly and they.let you know what is necessary to keep my car in good shape. The prices are not extremely devastating as some companies are. They have a pretty good warranty as well.

The product is great, as far as i can tell after only 1 day with the new tires. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. the only drawback was the 2 hour wait time but the store wase very busy so that is to be expected.

They were great, friendly, professional and prompt. Joshua was great to work with. They were honest and didn t overcharge us when we needed 2 new tires for our son s car. We will be going back for all our service for both cars.

Best customer service, the lady, Jennifer( i think that was her name, sorry if i got i wrong), Mark and Ralph are running the best automobile shop on the westide of Jacksonville, always so nice and eager to help their customers save. Very honest people

My go to. They are always busy so expect a wait, but they are always fair and I never feel taken advantage of. They will take the time to explain the issues and solutions to your car problems. There is a nice area to wait in. Employees are always nice too.

Wouldn t do an alignment on my mostly stock Acura Integra. Tech said I never got it aligned there before but my records showed otherwise. Also tried to tell me about my car which I have done all the repairs to. Tech gave up w no attempts to try. Said my wheels were too small even tho they re factory 15x6.5 alloy wheels. Poor service and waste of time. Techs are Their attitudes were poor which means they ll treat your car poorly. Touched my car w dirty gloves. No paper mat or seat papers. Don t recommend

Dropped our car off at 8:20am by almost noon still had not heard anything called up there to be told it is in the bay with diagnostic being done. At 2:20 drove past on the way to get my daughter from school to see my car still in the bay and no one working on it. By 5:30 still had not heard anything so went up there to the gentleman saying he s ordering the parts to fix it in the morning at no time were they given the ok to keep our car overnight or that we okayed the work so we took our car back with us he then proceeded to tell us the part the machine is saying we need to fix we told him was just replaced a week ago so they tell us well it s process of elimination so you have to just spend a lot of money to figure out what it is. But that s what we paid you 120 dollars for to tell us what it is! Needless to say the customer service sucks and took our money not to even tell us what is actually wrong with having our car there all day! I would do 0 stars if I could

Came by on Friday with a damaged tire. I knew this late in the afternoon it would be challenging to get it fixed and was prepared to leave it. I installed the spare and carried on with my day. I arrived Monday finding the tire replacement which was good however perception from the service advisor was, I was going to reinstall it myself. Ok here it is, have a nice day. Well it was as though I shot the guys dog when I asked if they were going to install it. 2 hours later the 1 tire was installed and I pulled out of the parking lot only to return immediately as the tire lamp was on in the dash. I asked if they could check it out and I was told that I had to drive the vehicle to reset the lamp. Never mind pulling out a tire pressure gauge and verifying the pressures, just send the customer down the road with a low tire..EPIC FAIL!! Looks like corporate needs to clean house by the looks of the similar reviews.

Mark, the manager at the Normandy location is the best. Thank you for restoring my faith in Firestone. After 30 years as a customer sometimes you just have to go to a different Firestone and someone will get it right thanks, Mark. i ll be coming to you for oil changes brakes rotors and anything else. Thanks again Mark

Came for just an oil change. Waited over an hour. But got $15 off. So for that they get five stars. When someone cares about my time it makes me happy.

This has to do with the customer sercive I reached out 3 months ago (yes i have followed up) and was told I would get a call from the store manager and here we are still nothing. They truly dont care about there customers at all.

Got ripped off on parts and costs. They had the car for almost a week. There are still issues with my vehicle and they didn't put the car back together properly. The piece under my car was hanging till I had to fix it. Complete waste of almost $700. Hell, contacting the place is almost impossible.

Could not figure out the alignment on my 2017 suburban tried several times. Tried to talk me out of speaking to the area manager at my request saying that he would just tell me to try a different location

Worst service ever. Also did not fix my issue after charging $700. Kept my truck 2 days after receiving payment from my warranty place saying, "we have not got paid." Even after I verified they got their payment multiple times.

I would never recommend this location to anyone. They re unprofessional & lie. Said they couldn t fix my car all week (dropped it off 8/3, today is 8/11) because they were waiting for my warranty to approve it. I called the warranty company myself & was told Firestone never even submitted a claim. Got the claim approved myself so when I called to let them know the claim was approved, Ralph said I went beyond him to call the warranty company. You damn right I did because my car had been sitting there all week. Who else was going to get it done? Called the warranty company again & was told Firestone was supposed to send photos to them but they told my warranty they didn t have time to do it. I finally decided to pick my car up today and take it somewhere else tomorrow. When my husband went to pick the car up, they didn t ask any questions, ID, nothing; just gave him the keys to my car. Mind you, that was the first time my husband ever showed his face in there. Be careful going here, they might just give your car away to anyone who asks for it

Had to get a new battery installed and had a few minor things like a oil change so asked about new tires and a full bumper to bumper inspection found needed new breaks too .So new tiresBalanced and aliened,New breaks, new battery, oil change and full inspection and will taxes and fees applied a total cost $1795.We had been shopping around for tires already and best deal was $1200 just for tires and that's just tires no nothing else and not the best rated either . Firestone we got a 70k mile set of tires for $800. and all that work took less than a 45 minutes Amazing Nice facility too .The waiting room was nice Thanks Mark and Danni the two who handle everything that day you have a loyal customer

YES, definitely recommend this store. Tires plus messed up my car, replacing things that did not need to be replaced. I got sent here by the regional manager of tires Plus. Mark could tell right away it was the motor mounts, so they got me dodge motor mounts, and now my car is back to being great again. Thank you, Mark. I really appreciate you being honest. Definitely recommend this store.

I came to this firestone today with my dad to get our tire replaced for our trailer. We came in without an appointment and were serviced by Jennifer. She was super nice and attentive and got us in very quickly. After the service was completed I paid and went to my car. I realized I didn't have my car key and went back inside to ask if she still had it. She was so rude and just kept repeating "I dont have it. I gave it back to you" and went on to helping the next guest. She didn't help in looking for the key at all just kept saying "I gave it back to you". I went through the trashcan and searched all over and nothing. My dad remembered she changed the printer paper while checking us in and low and behold the key was UNDER THE PAPER PACKET. The service itself was totally great and she was too.. until something was potentially her fault.

The man I spoke to about my appointment & my car (I think his name is Mark) was very kind and streamlined the process. Everything was quick, efficient, and seems to be in working order.However, the two men in the lobby when I first came in completely ignored me until I was standing literally right up next to them saying hello. It was very awkward.The service was good, just might get ignored by some employees.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

There's no point in making appointments. I've had issues before with the shop not honoring my time, but my latest visit broke the camel's back.You schedule a tire replacement at 12 noon and get told it'll take an hour. They don't even bring your car back until 1:45pm after you ask the status of it.At 2:05pm, a very nice gentleman came to apologize that they didn't even have the tires for my pre-scheduled tire replacement appointment. At the very least, I should have gotten a phone call rescheduling BEFORE I arrived because the tire order was not filled.If you value your own time, find somewhere else that honors appointments. They don't.EDIT: He told me he'd call when they got the tires in his hands so they didn t make another appointment just to have me sit around for two hours for nothing. It's been a week, and I have not gotten a call. I'm thinking they never ordered my tires, and Firestone just likes to screw over their loyal customers. I will for sure be taking ALL business elsewhere from this point forward.

Definitely would not recommend this place. They ripped me off, made a mistake installing motor mounts and wouldn't admit it! I got them replaced at Famous Automotive and it fixed the issue. And it was the exact same motor mounts that they claimed were installed correctly. They still owe me a refund but it just isn't worth it. Stick with local shops
