So glad I stumbled across Final Touch RV. Alicia was very pleasant and accommodating during the scheduling of the appointment. I had them do a complete wash and wax detailing. Charles and Jeannie performed the work with incredible attention to detail. In fact Charles noticed several cracks in some seals on the roof which were repaired for an additional cost. I will be spreading the word about the top notch service Jeremy and his team provides to my fellow RV ers.

They replaced my roof for a great price! They were quick and courteous and left my lot clean. They fixed my AC, too! It was installed wrong by a different handyman. Final Touch put it back correctly, and my AC runs super quiet now.

Last month, Jeremy can out and apply sealant to my motorhome to stop a leak. He was professional and did an excellent job. It has rain several times since he completed the job, and the leak is gone. He was very reasonable in his pricing. Thanks again Jeremy. May God bless your business!

Paid $400.00 to have our camper detailed on the outside. Final touch is the name of the business, and they got it right because they will never touch our camper again! Residue all over the camper and they removed the tail lights to clean the lens and never put it back. I waited to hear back from Jeremy and texted him and got no response, although I could see he read my messages. Would not recommend and if I could give this review zero stars I definitely would. Poor customer service and a complete waste of our hard earned money. And now we have to pay for another tail light cover.

Cost us more to repair what they messed up on our rv than when we took it there from the roof, floor, slideout, walls and even kept our money. I have never in my life seen a company that said that they were professionals in every job that they done and we have had to tear everything out that they touched and have it redone from the roof slideout to the flooring its unbelievable and then as far as we are concerned stoles our money. I hope & pray that no one else gets scammed like we did this was back in December and we are still trying to repair and replace everything that they have done to our Motorhome its really sad that some people take advantage of people like they have us.I have pictures to back up everything that I have stated. This is only a few of the pictures after the repairs our Motorhome looked worse when we got it back

These guys did an amazing job on my camper. I had water damage and needed a section of the membrane replaced and a new coating and seals. They responded quickly and were efficient in getting it done. They did a very professional job and were a pleasure work with.

Final Touch did a fantastic job on my RV. Communication was easy and clear, Jeremy was very professional, and his prices are great. The end result of my new roof and resealing of the entire RV was fantastic. I've already sent him more customers. I wouldn't use anyone else.

AC stopped working in my RV and I submitted a repair request through their web. Jeremy quickly replied via email asking for my location. I was promptly contacted by an AC repair company to schedule an appointment. I'm very happy with the quick response we received from Jeremy and the AC repair company. The AC is working great! It was nice not having to wait weeks or months for an appointment which seems to be the new normal.Service: Air conditioning

I am from Ohio, I contacted Jeremy in early October about a wash & seal. Got back to me the same day with a price that I considered very reasonable. I told him what date I would be at Pecan Park, he set up a day that was agreeable to both of us. He was very friendly & courteous. So was everyone of the men he had working with him. Treated my wife fantastic also. She mentioned to me about how great they all were. They did a superb job in a timely manner. I have NO complaints. I will use Final Touch again when in the area.

Jeremy and his partner came out today and did a wonderful job. We just purchased a used class c and it needed a proper clean. Fantastic communication and quality work. He took the time to point out areas that needed to be sealed right away and made me feel really confident in our purchase. (The dealer turned out to be a shady guy). We will absolutely use him again.

I scheduled Final Touch RV Detailing to come out and wash and wax my 2016 Winnebago Vista LX. What a great decision that turned out to be. I only had done a search online and read the reviews and figured I could not go wrong in trying them. Almost an immediate response from Jeremy on the cost and times available, which was a pleasant surprise as many times it takes weeks to hear something. I schedule it for today and Marshall and Jason showed up as scheduled. What a great team they are. Very efficient and just a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job and even recommended somethings I had not thought of. Definitely will be my team to take care of my RV from now on. Highly highly recommend them. RV looks brand new, could not be more pleased. Thank you Jeremy, Marshall and Jason!

Jeremy and his crew did a phenomenal job on our coach. They were able to remove the ugly, moldy diamond shield from the front and it looks brand new. The detailing job is phenomenal as well. They worked Betty hard on our coach and we really appreciate it!! Jeremy was very reliable and communicated frequently. I would not hesitate to go to him for anything.

Updated November 2019...February 2019We recently moved to the Jacksonville FL area and I found Final Touch RV in a Google Search. I was looking for a mobile RV service and, based on other reviews, I gave them a try. I'm sure not sorry I did! Top quality work and friendly people. Thank you Jeremy and your staff!November 2019We wanted to replace the old carpeting in our RV. Jeremy and his crew installed vinyl plank flooring. It looks fabulous.. top quality work. Fast service and reasonable price. Final Touch is the best RV service around.

Amazing! I mean that. Do not look any farther. These guys are amazing at what they do. Not only were they extremely fair priced, they were professional, clean, honest, reliable, and respectful to me and my family. I had just bought the camper the week before and I could not believe how bad the roof of my camper was, until they started showing me the damage that I had under the surface. Now, it looks and feels like a brand new roof. Not only that, they walked me through, with great detail, how I can personally maintain my camper to get long life out of it. I would recommend FinalTouch to everyone I know. The best in the business, hands down!Zakk

Jeremy and his team did an outstanding job detailing my 2015 5th wheel. Over the past couple of years my rig has taken a beating from the hot Florida sun and as a result of that, it began to oxidize. The guys spent hours restoring the finish on my RV and the results were amazing. When they completed the job it looked better than the day we bought it new. They are very friendly and professional. A+ rating!!

Jeremy and his crew came out to my house, re-coated my RV and did an awesome job. There was rotten wood/roof decking that they repaired, then they coated and sealed. They were very courteous and cleaned up after the job was complete. Jeremy explained the process and made sure he was satisfied after each step. I would recommend.

This is place is terrible! My RV sat there for two months. When we finally got it back my seats were destroyed my ac doesn t work or my microwave. They let cats go all thru your coach while they work on it. Left cigarette butts in coach. The good reviews had to be written by the people that work there. They will never see my business again!Service: Electrical

Jeremy and his team were prompt and professional. Very reasonable with attention to detail. He also took the time to explain the process and went out of his way to fine tune the generator repair he performed. I can't recommend Final Touch highly enough for any RV projects you might need. I'd give 10 stars if Google had 10.

Can t say enough good things about my first experience with this outfit several weeks ago. Had my camper washed and waxed. The crew of two arrived on time, were courteous and thorough and did a great job at an affordable price. I will use them again. Strongly recommend them.

Brett Terry was our mechanic and did an excellent job. One word... OUTSTANDING !! Jeremy and his crew at Final Touch RV did an unbelievable cleaning and waxing of our 2015 Black Rock travel trailer. It looks better than new!Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, hard working, and has integrity beyond reproach. It s so refreshing to find someone of his caliber and craftsmanship. Look, we spend 10 s of $1,000 s on our RV s. Why not maintain it and prevent future deterioration? Jeremy and Final Touch RV are the best. Period. Jeremy, and Terry and all the guys at Final Touch are rock stars!!! They removed all the vinyl flooring and carpet, fixed the soft spots in the RV floor. Then installed new vinyl and trim. It looks beautiful!!! Professionally done!! Reasonable price!! I am happy!!

Jeremy came out on a weekend when it was rainy and freezing cold and used his own car to climb on top of our camper and has been amazing. He was just coming by to check things out and went above and beyond. He sealed the camper once it stoped raining and his customer service and constant contact with us has been great. We wont,know whether it leaks or not until it rains but he offers a warranty so we are not worried. Thanks guys for everything. Jan 1st, 2018. I have to tell you, Jeremy has been the hardest worker. The sealing did not work for us but he has been out here tons of times to try and stop the leak. We were sold a horrible camper and need a new roof, which Jeremy is going to do for us. He tried everything he could to save the roof. His work ethic has been amazing. He was even here today in the cold rain on a Holiday for us. Thank you Jeremy.

We were looking at used campers and wanted to make sure we were getting something good. So we called and asked if they would come with us to look at the condition of the camper and how much any repairs would be. After they looked over the camper and gave us a price, we were able to purchase it with full knowledge of what we were getting into. After we got it to our home, they came out and did all of the repairs quickly. When they were done fixing the roof and resealing all the seals, we took it out for a test run. We no no issues and have taken it out several times without any leaks. They did a great job and I would definitely call them again if I have any more issues.

This company came out the same day I called them and repaired an issue I was having with my awning and they were fabulous. When I called them again to come do several things I wanted done on my travel trailer, they came out on a Monday and I walked through everything with them including washing the exterior. He told me he was going to get back with me by the end of the week to give me the breakdown on the charges and then to do all the work and I never heard from him again. That was 4 weeks ago. I have called multiple times and left several text messages but never got a response.
