My experience with Joel at Field Cadillac was exceptional. The car buying process was made seamless by his expertise and willingness to be available for any inquiries, even post-purchase. It's genuinely one of the best car-purchasing experiences I've encountered. The entire team made me feel welcome and part of the family.

JR did a great job helping me get my vehicle in and repaired quickly. The mechanic John Truby was fantastic and I appreciate his hard work. The service manager Jim Logston runs a great shop and I will only use Fields Cadillac in the future.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! From the moment I pulled in I received a smile and great customer service at every turn! They didn t just meet my expectations, they exceeded them!Joel, Steve, CeCe, Ashanti and KR were the dream team for me!My salesman was Joel and he actually listened and was patient and walked me through every step of the process, answering every question and making it all special. He even called after the sale to make sure I was home safe and didn't have any other questions! Steve was the finance manager was very nice, and fair even in negotiations. He never made me feel pressured. Cece and Ashanti were not only beautiful inside and out but they were very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel super comfortable! I did not get to sit down with KR but she definitely helped out too!!! All of the Cadillac team was awesome though and 5 stars is not enough! After the sale, They all came out to congratulate me and take pics and make me feel special and proud to buy there! I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!

Melvin Smith is the BEST at what he does. I was in around 930 did my paperwork and he suggested what was best for me. By 12:15-12:30 everything was signed and the keys were in my hand!!! I would recommend Fields Cadillac of Orange Park to any and everyone. The entire staff is friendly and everyone greets you with a smile. I am the proud owner of a Cadillac XT5!!

Amazing experience at Fields. Much better than Randy Marion.Ended up with a CT5-V and got the best interest rate of the 3 other dealerships I looked at.Professional treatment and a gave you a feeling like your joining a private club with all of the above and beyond customer service after sale items.Joel, Ashanti, George, and Patsy were all involved in my sale and ensured everything went smoothly.I can't think of anything they could have done to improve my experience. 5 stars and highly recommend!

Very comfortable waiting area. Made to order food cooked with complementary beverages. Service department is excellent! They listened to my concerns and addressed and corrected every issue to my satisfaction.My service agent-Ora is the best! They are all understandably busy, but she always gives her full attention to whoever she is talking with. She is the epitome of excellence!

Simple process and they did everything possible to get me in my dream car. The service waiting area is nice with lots of complimentary real food and drinks. Sales guy has been awesome with Followup and help with minor things I have needed.

Joel Stout is an exceptional salesman, tells it like it is and listens to what you tell him. Nice young man I highly recommend. The entire staff worked very hard to assist me as I had special needs of a timeframe nature. Very impressed how the staff from the sales manager, the service department, the parts department and especially Sandy in finance all went the extra mile to help me. I am so grateful for all there help it really made a big difference in my experience. Thanks to all the great folks at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville!

Lenisha helped me get an amazing vehicle! She didn t give up until I got an approval and was able to drive off to lot! Ashanti did my financing and got me everything I needed from start to finish! Mary is very professional, courteous and good at what she does. I enjoy my interactions with her; the service team (folks that actually work on my vehicle)....Wellllll! here lately they have been slacking. My time is valuable and the last 3 times I've been in for service has alot taken longer than needed. There is no way an oil change should take 2.5 hours. Come on Fields get in together.

I am grateful for the opportunity to add a vehicle to my fleet. However. 1) Before making the purchase, my sales representative assured me that the dealership would take care of my current bill of $1374.25 at the time of purchase. After buying the vehicle, he then claimed that was not part of the deal. 2) After showing me several other vehicles in the lot & mentioned I didn t like them because it wasn t like the one I was currently having issues with, he still ordered me a vehicle like the ones I was saying I wasn t impressed with. I bought a vehicles that did not meet my specifications. 3) I had also requested certain items to be removed from my trade-in before driving up to Jax from Orlando so my company can function according to rules and regulations of city of Orlando but they have still not been addressed today s 4-17-24. For example: (Front tag holder, business cellular phone on vehicle in service, all weather floor mats). Despite my dissatisfaction, I proceeded with the purchase. I feel that my concerns were not taken into consideration for that I regret buying from Fields Cadillac due to how I was treated. If you re in the Jacksonville, Kingsbay or St. Augustine areas please do your homework and don t let sweet talking salesman or manager play you.

Couldn t get much better! I had an honest and straightforward experience. Wasn t misled or lied too. Doing business with Kim was like dealing with an old friend. Love the car, love the staff in finance and the personal touches. I m also blown away with the level of service they provide. I m actually excited to work with the service department, which is a big change! Keep it up!!

Not a fan. Tried to buy a car here. They were insistent on keeping it marked up. Chose to drive to Georgia for a better price. Every time I try to bring my car in for service, I have to book 3 weeks in advance and they won t provide a loaner. I ve started just going to Orange Park for service. They are SO much nicer and accommodating over there.

I have been a Cadillac owner for a little over a year. I inherited a very nice xt5 from my mom and I see it as a treasured gift. Fields Cadillac has provided me excellent service and I trust them with my vehicle. Ora was attentive and provided excellent customer care. The breakfast while you wait is a nice touch. Kenny is awesome.

My field service advisor Mike was fantastic however, to no fault of his own, the technicians were less than to be desired in terms keeping the vehicle clean during service. I had the CUE system changed. When I arrived home I noticed my carpet, mat and the cover mat were filthy on the passenger side of the vehicle. Taking an extra step to cover a customer's vehicle would go along way in terms of overall satisfaction.

They took advantage of my mom who has Dementia which led to me trying to take them hostage to get her car back. They forced her to get a new one and wouldn't fix hers because it was infested with roaches.

Kim, the sales person, is just wonderful. I don't normally do surveys, but with I felt I owe to he.It seems that to her, is not just the sale, is the experience during and after the sale. She makes sure you are comfortable with your decision even after you purchased the vehicle

The experience was good I had an appointment for a oil change tire rotation and for them check the latch system in our vehicle. We were there for about two and a half hours u fortunately but that s about the worse part. Love love love the kitchen and snack area as we have a two year old so in order to keep him calm just let him eat lol

Outstanding Service! After being freshly discharged from Bankruptcy I was getting turned down. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get a nice suv let alone a Cadillac Suv XT5***My salesman Joel* and the manager Steve* made it happen for me!They went above and beyond to get me not only in the XT5 but it was the color I wanted and had every single feature I wanted in my next suvI can not believe this happened. I'm so so grateful for Joel*and Steve* for going all the way for me. We are a military family and drove home to Florida with no intention to purchase another Cadillac just yet.Kevin Johnston was our salesman. I spoke to Kevin over the phone before going to the dealership. Kevin is exactly the kind of salesman you want. He spoke with confidence and had faith that he could find me and my family the right vehicle within our budget. This is my second purchase at Fields Cadillac and haven t been disappointed yet. Everyone from Patsy,Kevin,Angie, Ashanti,Nick and KR were amazing from start to finish. The customer service received makes you want to make another purchase. We even got fresh baked cookies while we were there! I am beyond pleased and will be returning. Shoutout to the auto detailing team as well. Our car was immaculate!
