We have done business with this company for years. Today was the last time. 11/08/23 ordered a transmission. Transmission received and installed and did not move. On 11/17/23 received the replacement unit. It survived 600 miles. They are refusing to honor their warranty at this point, leaving this customer stranded with no options. We've spent tens of thousands with this company and will never spend another dime again. BUYER BEWARE.Regardless of what warranty you choose, or the price you pay, they will find a way to get themselves out of it. It's fraud.

Came across Fenix Auto Parts while looking for a stereo for my '11 MB C300. Bill Colwell was a pleasure to deal with, he sent me the necessary documents to get the transaction done and followed up with updates and tracking number. The product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. The price was the best that I found and the warranty was better than what I could have gotten at the dealer whose price was multiple of what I paid. I highly recommend this business no matter where in the country you are located.

1000000% recommendPhenomenal customer service!I ordered the wrong part and they exchanged with no issues! I am completely satisfied with their customer service and support team. Brandon was my rep at the New Kings location in Jacksonville fl. Julio was the gentleman that also helped process everything and took great care of me also.Thank you all so much for making this stressful situation so much easier for me.

I was looking to get a wheel for my dads car since it had a bent wheel and we needed a wheel in the same day since he was traveling. Brandin was very helpful and assisted me without hesitation. He did some research on the computer to see if they had it in stock and they did . And I got the wheel in the same day . Thank you Brandin for helping me out , I highly recommend him to anyone looking for parts in the near future .

I purchased a vehicle from pool company down in South Florida that needed a new bed. On the way back to North Florida the cooling package failed, transmission, cooler ruptured, and fill the transmission coolant..I ordered a new transmission from Phoenix, bed from elsewhere, radiator and transmission lines Ford.The bed took about a month to get, the radiator another week, the transmission lines were about a 90 day I ll wait.Once everything and arrived at my location, I scheduled the install, which was then about another 20 days out.Upon installation of the transmission, the tech found the solenoid valve ID to have a number missing. He open the pan to inspect the inside for the tag, it was not found. He had to take a guess at the number seeing as he could just see the top of it. Apparently that guess was wrong and the transmission started shifting hard a few days later. We ve been called to find out what to do about warranting the transmission, we were advised they would set us up with a warranty inspection company.A good time later a gentleman reached out by email, wanting to see all the parameters and programming of the transmission. I had to have the unit towed to another facility to have this information taken down. Once arriving it was in line for around 2 weeks.The company denied any assistance based on the timeframe in which it took from purchase to having everything installed, to having it towed somewhere to have the information captured, to then show them that the plate is damaged and it s all a guessing game.. so now I m out a transmission and absolutely zero help from management at Phoenix.So guess where I will not order the new transmission from..

It s not very often that we consumers get to say good things about items that we purchased that are used.In the case of Go Auto Parts, now FENIX parts, It s a whole different experience than many of us are used to when buying online and from people we don t know.I ve had the pleasure of dealing with this company for over 10 years now. I have always found Go Auto Parts to be professional ,honest and willing to go the extra distance to help bring parts in from all over the East Coast to help me solve mechanical issues.All of the engines that I have purchased come with a six month warranty and no labor. However, for an additional fee I have always been able to up to three years with no mileage limitation s and either the option to purchase $35 or $75 labor. Thank goodness I have only had to exchange one unit in 10 years.Those are excellent odds.My account reps have been Shelby and Ryan. They have been extremely helpful and if you get a chance to speak with them, I am sure you will get the same great service.

Excellent service is an understatement. For the absolute best used parts in the biz, call Josh Goodman. A consummate professional that will go above & beyond to get your whip back on the road. Aside from the outstanding customer service, the premium warranty is unbelievable! For a few extra bucks you get complete peace of mind with your used parts. Wish I could give this company more stars, but I got maxed out at 5. I highly recommend them!

Great business to buy all your used quality parts. For great professional service, I rely on Ryan Hill as my contact person. He is most knowledgeable and helpful salesman when it comes to getting me the correct part in a timely matter the first time. Keep up the good work. :)

Second to none for quality used parts, Ryan is the contact. The service is superb and the warranty unbeatable, it is double than the dealership for new one. Ryan always make sure you get the part that satisfy your requirements and in a timely manner, he has no limits when he is looking for your part.

Great customer service. Lobby was clean. Chance was very fast on the computer, knew his stuff, was very fair on price. I will definitely use this company again if I need used truck parts. Just wish they where open on a Saturday.

One of the best in town by far. Ryan Hill is my go to guy there. He always gives me the best price and his parts knowledge is top notch. I rarely, if ever, have an issue with the parts I receive, but if I do then Ryan corrects it immediately. You really can't go wrong with Go Auto. Thanks for all you do for us Ryan!

Kyle Hall is always super friendly and helpful with any questions we have. Whenever we have any issues with parts Kyle is always willing to help us and makes sure we receive the part as soon as possible. You can definitely tell he cares about good customer service and making sure the customer is always happy.

I call these guys (usually Matt P) several times a week and they are always professional and responsive. Sometimes they know I am not going to be getting the parts from them but they are still good to go. The parts we have gotten from them are good and come on time. The few returns that we have had to do were handled quickly and efficiently. All in all, this is a go-to company to work with.

Brian and the Team from North Carolina tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was already out the time and entirely frustrated with the process. I understand that the largest purchases of body panels are by body shops. However, I just simply wanted to see the part prior to purchase ($700 purchase) to make sure it was suitable as I wasn t looking to have to paint. To be fair, a new one painted and shipped is $550 (obviously color and texture are going to be a concern) and having done this many times, this is first time I ve had an issue with wanting to see the part before I made the purchase. I hate negative reviews because often times they are unfair and one sided based on perception but, in this situation, this is their policy. Therefore, if you want to see a part prior to purchase, you would need to encourage an associate to avert policy (would never be ok in the company s eyes and would put that associate in an unfair position). In closing, this location wasn t able to assist and in the end I am still on the search.

ryan hill is one of if not the best used parts person i have ever used. he is always honest end fair will get the job done even after hours. great person to deal with.. i have worked at march motors for a long time and have always depended on him.

My shop has been dealing with Ryan Hill for several years and he always gives us great service! This is one of the few salvage yards that it is a pleasure to call. If he doesn't have the part in stock he always goes out of his way to find it for us. I Highly Recommend Ryan Hill at Go Auto!!!

Matt is awesome!! Not only does Matt sale parts but he makes sure the customer is taken care of. Go Auto is always my first call when I need a LKQ part. See there all about building relationships and customers for life. That is exactly what I am is a customer for life. Not to mention they put the Go in Go Auto when it comes to the delivery service I hardly have to wait for anything. Thanks Go Auto!!!!

Our shop used a different parts company for the longest time. Since the first time we switched to Fenix we haven't looked back. #1 reason I haven't had to look elsewhere is the customer service by Maston. He keeps me posted 100% of the way and you can't find that anywhere else these days. Thanks for making my job easier and keep up the great work.

I work for Ed Voyles Collision Center in Marietta, Ga, and order parts from Fenix a lot, for the repairs in our shop. Matt Perry is my contact, and he always gets me a clean part quickly to help keep our cycle time low. With all the salvage yards out there i've called in my 25+ years of collision repair experience, there one of the best. Thank you to Matt and the Fenix crew for keeping cars in our shop moving!!!!

Just picked up a low mileage alternator for my 2012 Camaro RS from here the other day for a very affordable price and it works perfectly. Literally payed 1/4 the price of what it would cost new. They were able to ship it from their NC location to Jax in one day at no extra cost. I also thought it was cool how they had it in a box with packing paper. The best part is it came with a 6 month warranty! I will definitely return in the future if I need anymore parts. The staff was straightforward and professional. Highly Recommend!

I have 2 Infiniti's and a Lexus that I am able to keep running thanks to Ryan at GoAuto! I was first introduced to Go Auto through my employer and have been using them ever since. Their prices are not even a third of what you pay at the dealer, and everything comes with a warranty that they live up to. ( YES, I have used my warranty before). I have never dealt with anyone else except Ryan, and I think he is the best! Thank you Ryan for everything you have helped me with over the years. I think you are great at what you do, and I really appreciate you!!
