Zack was very pleasant to work with. Work was done fast, but not sloppy. I took in a family member's car, and they had the whole history making it easy to get a few extra things done that were needed without being the usual operator and without being sold extra things.I disagree with the pricing scheme. I bit high for a lot of the services, HOWEVER, the manager did give me a discount for an item when I mentioned the price being too high.As a customer, I typically appreciate a reasonable price upfront with little to no 'discounts'. Easier to choose a place based on its level of service. Of which this place was great.

My experience here was 10 times better than it s ever been at the dealership they were quick, they were efficient, They were knowledgeable and they had me on my way in less than 20minutes. If you need a place to get your oil changed or have general maintenance , without a doubt, this place is a gem.

I recently visited Quick Lube #8 on Sunbeam Rd for an oil change, fuel injector, and transmission fluid changes. Zachary provided outstanding service efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff s attention to detail and prompt service make this location my go-to for automotive maintenance. Highly recommend!

Zach made my trip so smooth and care free. He let me know about all of the possible problems that could be wrong with my Impala. Took care of all my worries and more. Couldn't have asked for better service

Zach is very personable and knowledgeable.I usually go to the one near my house which is also great service but I was on sunbeam and came to this location. I would be happy to drive a little further to come back to Sunbeam. 10

We just had amazing service at the Famous Quick Lube #8 with Zach and Chris! They made sure we were topped off with our liquids, they were very knowledgeable and truthful with what we needed, and had amazing customer service and NO WAIT! Highly recommended!

Got my oil change done on the weekend to find oil in my driveway. When I opened my hood I found oil all over my alternator and engine bay. I had to decrease it all. I got this car not too long ago and it was clean.

Great place! The main boss man runs his crew very professionally and quickly. The prices are excellent too!Edit: changing this from 5 to 4 stars. Prices have gone up by about 2-fold in the last 2-3 years. Still great service, but the prices are no longer competitive, they are on par with most places.

I've got an oil change and antifreeze. I brought my own oil so it was cheaper. These guys are always quick and polite. Recommended me to change the antifreeze as well, that I appreciated, because I've never had that done since I bought the car 7 years ago. I was going on a trip, so they checked my tire pressure as well. I always go to this place. They are great.

A+ work and A+ customer service . I got my oil changed and my radiator service on 9/1/23 for the first time here. and I have to say the three gentlemen in there this morning were absolutely so nice and respectful and very fast. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and not like some place they actually talk to you and not demand stuff and as a woman I really appreciate that. I can t say it enough I highly recommend this Famous Quick Lube on sunbeam in Jacksonville Fl and will continue get my cars service here from now on.Service: Oil change

When I gave my first review 2 years ago I gave 5 stars because they actually deserved it then. Oil change price was decent. Now ladies day oil change prices have gone way up and everything else. Trying to say their prices are the best. Yea sorry no they aren t. Prices went up. Won t be going here anymore and letting my family and friends know that this is not the place to go to anymore. Maybe I'm just over particular about my vehicle, but, while everyone was very friendly, the price for a synthetic oil change was over $110, and they didn't even check any of the usual things, like tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, coolant, etc. This is nothing against the crew, but I've never paid more for less service. Never. In addition, I asked them to top off my coolant, and they refused, short of paying an additional service fee for my cooling system. I asked them to top off my wiper fluid, and they filled it with water. Really? I'm definitely never going back. I've read plenty of glowing reviews, and I don't see why. I don't think this is a crew issue, but an issue from the top down. The only rude employee was actually the manager. If I go to Jiffy Lube, they just do what I ask. And that's not being cavalier, that's just customer service.

I came in on Ladies Day for a basic oil change (nothing else they do not check fluid levels or tire pressure) and didn t understand that the discount does not apply for synthetic oil. Like, at all. The conversation I had with the mechanics was brief, and then I was handed a bill with no explanation. It ended up costing over a hundred dollars. When I asked about the discount, the guy taking my credit card offered me a $20 discount but it was still $80. It made me feel like they overcharged me/didn t explain the pricing because I was a woman, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.

These guys are my go to in Jax for all my vehicle upkeep needs. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and their prices cannot be beat. My favorite thing is their speed and thoroughness of service.
