So my battery died and I was SOL with someone coming to help me. They drove out to me and jumped my car so that I could come and get a new battery. They were super nice and had great customer service!! I can t thank them enough for helping me. I would ve been screwed otherwise. Highly recommend this place!! And thanks again!!

I ve been here 3 times. Very convenient for a busy mom. I often have kids with me and being able to drive through is fantastic. I ve only ever had positive experiences here. Tuesday is ladies day and you get a small discount. Service is fast and reliable. I highly recommend!

I recently moved close by this place and took my car for an oil change. Tres Bien was such a great assistant. He was able to verify the oil and tires. He explained all information with details and have me quotes for my tires. I really like this place and will come back. Great service and kind and honest workers.

Had the pleasure of meeting the guy s that work there today and to say they were helpful would be an understatement. They really went above and beyond to make sure Im safe on the road. I would definitely recommend 100/10!!!

Hands down the best place to go to to get anything done with your car. The staff is really friendly especially if you ask for Camrin, he is very efficient and well work-driven to get all your needs met. Stress-free environment.

This location has become my go to location. I have both of my vehicles serviced here. I live on the far westside of town but the customer service here is top notch so to me it is worth my time and drive. Today I arrived pretty late - almost closing time but without hesitation I was signaled to get in line. I had the pleasure of meeting Jay and Noah this afternoon and both of them were extremely polite and had a smiles on their faces the entire time they interacted with me. They were the absolute BEST!! They definitely put a smile on my face. After my service Jay went over everything they did on my vehicle and made sure I didn't have any questions and that I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend having your oil change done here, not only good service but GREAT people!

THE BEST OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE I VE EVER HAD - from start to finish, Charles, Joe and their team made this oil change feel like a breeze. Everything from their google map ad (as a marketer I really appreciate), their awesome reviews, to the energy they answer the phone with and the smooth customer experience when I actually arrived. This team are masters of their craft and I appreciate them !!

The black guy in the red hoodie was rude to me when I told him I was dropping off my car for an alignment and was leaving in my other car and he told me to drive around in a condescending and Sarcastic tone when I told him repeatedly that I already had the car parked in the lot and I wasn't intending on getting it done right away as I had an appt.

Best place to get an oil change! Customer service is always great, they know what they re doing and are very quick. Went yesterday for an oil change and got the best customer service from Jay! He made sure everything was done right and not just my oil change but informed me about my tires and changed out my windshield wipers. These guys are awesome, highly recommend!Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Great experience. Jay serviced my vehicle today. He brought customer service to a new level. After changing my oil he showed me the oil level on my dip stick. I was in and out in 10 minutes and I have peace of mind knowing the job was completed correctly.

Just moved from out of state and I already know that this place will be my go to for my cars. Had to change the brakes and they were wonderful! Being a woman many take advantage but the assistant manager and the guys were amazing, knowledgeable, professional and just made the whole experience stress free! I recommend them 100%! Thank you guys!

We had a flat on the way to Ft Lauderdale after running over something on I95. This shop was about 6 minutes from where the incident occurred. The guys at this shop were amazing. Very quick and polite making sure we were taken care of and explaining everything they were doing. They were also very efficient and did a great job on replacing the tires.

Excellent service! Went in to fix the AC on my 2012 Chevy Cruze. I was expecting to pay a lot. Tres'Bien helped me. He replaced a small part that completely fixed the problem with my AC and saved me about $300! I know a more dishonest place would have replaced my entire AC and charged me full price. I've been coming to Express Oil Change for about 6 months now and every experience I've been surprised at how courteous and professional everyone is, especially with Tres'Bien. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Air conditioning

I have taken my car here to get the oil change and while it is fast, the service sucks. Both times I have had an oil leak after getting my oil changed. The first time I took my car to the dealership thinking something was wrong only to be told the oil filter was loose. They tighten it, cleaned up the oil on my skid plate and top off my oil at no charge. Trying to give another chance, I took it back. I even told them to make sure the oil filter was tight and explained about it being loose before. Well apparently, they did not listen. Now 24hr after getting my oil changed, I have an oil stain in my driveway and oil is now low. So now I have to go buy oil to top it off. I paid a pretty penny to have my oil changes so taking it back, so they fix their mistake along with cleaning up the skid plate and redo my oil change on their dime.

My brother went up here to get a tire patched because it went flat. They told him he had a bad tire and he just needed a new one because they couldn t find a hole to patch. They then tried to sell him a 175 dollar tire. I met him up there and looked at the tire. Within 5 seconds I could see a small metal piece that I grabbed and pulled on, that ended up being a wire in his tire. So they just didn t look very hard because they could have definitely plugged that hole. I ended up taking him somewhere else. He did get his oil changed here, that ended up being 80 dollars. The most expensive place to get an oil change because everywhere else is 50. I do not recommend this place. Go to George s on Main Street. Walmart is better than this place.Service: Oil change

Just got my oil changed here today and this visit reminded me of why I only come to Express! The customer service was thee best! Jay was the one to service me and he did this his thing! Made sure my car was good and my oil was changed efficiently and correctly. This place is Awesome!! We went there with our class c 24 ft RV to get the oil changed. Yes with the help of the guys we got the RV in (mirrors pulled in). Jay and the guys were Awesome. Great customer service and just friendly. Thank you Jay and the guys.

These guys are the greatest car oil change company in Jacksonville, Florida because the spot is very convenient and the added services that come with the oil change are a nice feature. I use this place and trust the Mechanics for all of my auto repairs. The waiting room is spacious and very clean and inviting and the complimentary water, and coffee is a nice gesture. The staff is friendly and professional. I can t imagine going anywhere else for my service needs. The Managers Cruz & Tres Bien, the Technicians Mike, Gabriel, Cameron, & Hector are great people you can trust with all of your vehicle needs!Daron CollinsService: General repairs & maintenance

I used to absolutely love this place for oil changes and maintenance. After today's bad experiences I honestly think those days are gone ! I got way more honest and sincere help from Goodyear across the Street today than this place and Goodyear didn't even charge me a penny. The old staff were no longer there today and the Service was all about taking as much money from me as possible and the technical abilities definitely a noticeable drop off from all the years past. No Owner or Manager response necessary! Not coming back !Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I have have had my oil changes and car repairs done at this location for the last 5 years and have always received top notch service from the manager, Cruz. I visited today to get my oil changed and also received awesome service from Jay. Good customer service is hard to find, but I can always expect a good experience at this Express Oil Change location.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Manager was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, as well as extremely personable. Entire staff was friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home in the waiting room with our two small children while repairs were done. I was impressed, not only with how quickly they got us in, but also with how fast they were able to find the issue with our AC. These guys had it FIXED in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed with our entire experience. I can not imagine what the dealership would have wound up charging me and I will be forever grateful for the time and money saved. Great store in Jacksonville. I was on my way to South Florida but ended up with a screw embedded in the center tread of a tire. I called several local places to get the tire fixed or replaced, all of whom were unhelpful and told me that I would have to wait hours for services. I called Express Oil Change, and they said to come right over, and maybe we can fix it, and you won't need a new tire. I got there and waited no more than 10 minutes. They were able to plug the tire and repair it within 40 minutes. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Their pricing was fair, and they did not try to rip me off or unnecessarily sell me a new tire, given my emergency. I was on the road again in no time and got to my destination without a problem, and repaired tire is still functioning today. Kudos to the manager and mechanics at this store.Service: Tires
