I took my truck in for a whining nose, they misrepresented the price, then took my truck back and did a full a inspection on it. They stated they were going to work up a qoute for it. Emailedthe invoice that stated I declined the repairs, which was not true. They never did the qoute like state. It appears as they are poor historians and make stuff up as they go long!

I have used Expert Automotive on multiple occasions. I highly recommend them. Honest, reliable and won't sell you things you don't need unlike other shops. I'll only bring my vehicles to them

This place is now my go to place for vehicle repair. I own a 15 Yukon and I have been having issues with the check engine light. I took the vehicle to 2 Dealers with unsatisfactory results.My issue was, I kept having an issue with the check engine light. I took the vehicle to one dealer and they said it was a spark plug issue, even though I had just changed the spark plugs. I agreed to let them change the plug, two days later, the check engine light came back on, with the same codes. Frustrated, I took the vehicle to another Dealer. The second dealer said it was a fuel injector, they replaced the fuel injector, 2 days later the light was back on same codes. When I talked to the Service Advisor, I asked him if it could have anything to do with the TSB ( Technical Service Bulletin), which the the lifters are known for throwing the same codes. I was told no it was another fuel injector and I should watch how I drive. I had told him that its a V8 and when I merge in traffic, I need it to get up to speed. Needless to say, it didn't fix the issue, and the light came on again, so I took it to Expert Auto.I took the SUV in, with the paperwork showing everything that I had done and told them that its not fixing the issue, and I think that it may have something to do with the TSB. Ken told me he would take care of it and check out what was going on. He actually listened to my concerns.After having the vehicle and diagnosing Expert Auto was able to determine not only were the lifters not working (this was part of the Service Bulletin that I had asked the Dealer about) but the cylinder was oblong so the piston was not creating the combustion, it needed. They worked tirelessly with my Extended Warranty and got my engine covered under warranty and finally got the issue corrected and verified it was fixed, by test driving the same way that I told them issue would happen.If you want to be listened to and not only your concerns to be listened to but diagnose the vehicle correctly. I highly recommend them.Service: Engine repair

Literally the BEST Mechanic shop in Jax. Every time I ve had an issue they get me right in and do an excellent job. AND have even came to the rescue when my car wouldn t start and had to be towed to them. I won t trust anyone else to work on my 392 Charger! I ve use them numerous times for my truck and SUV. I ve always appreciated their concern with my vehicles. Their service is always great and they are fair in their pricing. If something goes wrong, they ALWAYS make it right. Also, free towing is a major plus. took my Dodge Viper there which isn't your typical car... the guys took great care of me and were super knowledgeable about high end cars and took excellent care of it while it was there waiting for parts... price was very reasonable too! David was very good at communicating mechanical issues and makes the process very easy and comfortable. highly recommend!

My son has taken his car to them for 3 years now and they do a great job! I feel like we can trust them (which is huge for automotive) they wont try to upsell or replace something that isn't necessary. Super friendly owner's and staff! They offer a lifetime guarantee on labor, if a part goes bad that they replaced they only charge for the part replacement! This is one of the best places to get your car repaired. The Owner (Ken) is a Navy Veteran and is dedicated to superb work. He is a nice guy. His wife is a sweetheart and both are outgoing to ensure they create customers for life. Def made one out of me. If you have any automotive repair needs, Expert Automotive should be your first (and only) call!

My car was running perfect. I purchased a vehicle and then a week later the cable disconnected from the shifter. It was the linkage cable he charged me a diagnostics fee to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. When I drove off the lot after he fixed it $800 later it broke down with multiple new issues that did not occur until after I left the shop this mechanic has done something to my vehicle to gain more business and then turned around and wanted to charge me another diagnostics charge. This guy is a scam artist, and now I have to pay another tow bill and have it towed to a different auto body shop when the guy could ve charged me one diagnostics fee and told me the issues that were going on with my vehicle. If they were there at the time he ran it I literally pulled out of the shop, drove down the street an hour later I was on the side of the road. I contacted the owner and he argued with me and was going to charge me so much more money. Be careful taking your car to this place. I will never use them again.

They were very efficient and got the job done quickly. Very professional and straightforward with what is needed. I would go again and will. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was straightforward and told me what I needed to fix at this time and what could be pushed off for a little longer. They have always been nice and helpful the several times I have been. I will refer everybody to them for the great job they do***** toke my car in recently at their new place. They were amazing like always. Got me done quickly and efficiently. They are always honest with the price and will tell you what needs to be done. I called SO many other mechanics in town and actually had my car looked at by four other places but I declined their service and paid their diagnostics fee. I was starting to feel like I was going to have to get rid of my car because the repairs were going to be too much. Expert automotive fixed me right up for a great price and even did my oil change and my rotors and break pads too!Now my car drives better than ever and I have a mechanic I can trust. If anyone ever asks me where they can find someone reliable I will recommend Expert Automotive.It s so hard to find someone who will be honest and not charge you for unnecessary parts. They also warranty their work. I came here because of the reviews and I haven t received good customer service like that in a while. It seems like all that is left is big businesses that don t care about losing one customer because they have millions of them but Expert Automotive really made me feel like my little used car was important to them.

David is very honest and transparent and went above and beyond to help me out. They made the situation as smooth and easy as possible and for the best price I found calling multiple other shops. Expert Automotive has been the best mechanic shop by far that I ve ever encountered and used. They are superior with customer service. They are honest and their prices are more than reasonable. I ve actually enjoyed working with them as they have been working on my truck that s been a nightmare to fix. But they have been very patient and have given the term TLC a whole new meaning. If you have doubts about your own mechanic, just take your vehicle to Expert Automotive and let them help you. They are very knowledgeable and go beyond the normal for the clients needs. Wow, what an experience. I truly have been moved and inspired. These folks have really taken automotive service professionalism to whole other level. There patience and understanding and belief of doing it right the first time is impeccable. They put your safety first in your vehicle and truly like doctors give you the ultimate operation on your vehicle at an honest and sincere price. This place is AWESOME!! I brought my car in for a transmission issue/ engine light..and it was diagnosed for those issues. Instead of them taking advantage they were completely honest with me and provided me with a FORD bulletin for a recall regarding my car and it s transmission!!! Ken and David are awesome and very kind as well.Even though they didn t actually fix my car because they referred me to my maker.. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone! This place used to be a good shop untill the someone died.. now I wouldn't send anyone there.. over priced lied and lost document s!My recommendation is to go to any quick lube mechanic shop and you will get better service even if it's $800 cheaper

They did an amazing job I took my srt8 chrysler 300 in to them with in 20 minutes they found the problem blown head gasket. They got it done in a timely manner and good price .they communicated with me about every detail if you have any vehicle problems I highly recommend. Ken and his tecks are awsome .

Amazing people. Dropped my car off at 7:30 am and done by 1! So quick. They call and text back very promptly. Owner is very nice. This is a great place. Will definitely go here again, cost me a 1/3 of the dealership price.Thanks again!

Went to this place to help out with a simple A/C repair. I called up explained exactly what I needed an with there help I saved over 1000 dollars. Straight forward an honest all I needed an I recommend to anyone. Had to visit two times an they had me in an out in both times within an hour they are experts at Automotive.!

Full tune up and all six engine coils change. Guaranteed work. Yes I will be back very soon for other issues with my baby. Don't use this So call expert automotive my last work that was suppose to be done was not $800 for a tune up that wasn't done, they changed one coil and nonthing else my car broke down 2 months later reading the same codes. Got in touch with another place that picks your car up and gives life time warranty on there work, I can't remember the name at the moment but it is on Beach Blvd. As soon as I find the card I will post it

If you are looking for THE mechanic... you found it. By far the best customer service + no rip off(crazy, huh? ). These guys know what they are talking about. Yes, they are busy and yes, they can't always book you in at your convenience.. but they will do their BEST to get you in as quick as possible. They will not hold your vehicle any longer than necessary. Just stop searching for new mechanics right now because you just did. You won't regret it... unless you actually enjoy getting ripped off and wasting time.
