They ve earned their stars. Easy 5 star review.My experience from start to finish was nothing short of spectacular. Ben was very professional, kind and helpful. The staff went above and beyond on multiple occasions. They focus on making sure my car gets only what it needs and nothing more. They are not interested in ripping you off or selling you something that you don t need. Just straightforward, honest service with very professional and punctual communication. And their prices are very competitive (and I would say low) compared to other shops. Thank you to everybody who made this experience a good one.

I don't give 5 star reviews because I don't read 5 star reviews anymore. But these guys truly deserve it. My mom has been having problems with her Kia since they did an update on it. She tried to get Kia to fix the issues but they couldn't even tell her the problem because they don't have REAL mechanics. They just read what the book tells them. However, she brought it to Everything Automotive and they immediately went under the hood(who knew that was an option? Lol). They called and told her all the issues and which ones were most in need since she's not rich. They are honest and know what they're doing and don't overcharge. That's very rare these days. So glad some people still care about quality. Thank you guys so much and we'll bring it back to you every time we need it.

I will highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs automotive repairs.Ben is awesome. He and his crew do an excellent job.I'm a woman. They usually see us coming, to rip our heads off on the pricing. Especially when you're not knowledgeable about your vehicle.All you know,"it's not running right.Not this shop. They do a wonderful job.And the bonus is they don't rip your head off. I stopped bye this shop on my way to work this week, at 7:20 and waited for them to open. When he got there he said they were not open yet, I explained I got in my car this morning and it showed tires were low and front ones only had 22 # I was afraid to drive much further. This gentlemen said wait and let me get the compressors on and he would take care of me. He came right out and checked all my tires and filled them all, When I asked him what I owed him, he said Nothing! wow was I shocked., I asked him for his card and it was Tony Mossuto THE OWNER! Real talk...When I first pulled up I was skeptical and knew I was goin to end up fighting or arguing cause my car would not be addressed correctly. I was % WRONG! Ben and the team of people working at Everything Automotive have earned not just my business, but my trust! If your ever in need for charging electric car this full service shop won t let you down. I was on the way to get my nephew from school with only three percent left and trust I wasn t going to make it to the next supercharger station located on Philips. Thanks again for being so welcoming with ice cold water you guys were my lifesavers today.

I have nothing but good things to say. Ben was wonderful working with over the phone. I had my car towed there after the previous mechanic (family friend) charged me over $600 to replace parts that didn t even need to be fixed!! Basically the friend mechanic didn t know how to fix it. This caused me so much stress and irritation. Not to mention I m 7 months pregnant. So I went without a car for 3 weeks while this guy couldn t figure out my problem. I finally towed it to everything automotive because of the wonderful reviews I ve seen. They were able to fix my problem in two days. I ve never felt so good about taking my car anywhere. They were so confident that they could fix it. They had all the right tools and knowledge to do so and they did it! This was the best choice I ve made when it comes to taking my car to a mechanic shop. I definitely will be a repeat customer and will refer anyone I know. They took such a horrible experience I had with a previous mechanic and made it SO painless for me. I couldn t have asked for better service. Thank you!Car: 2018 Ford Fusion hybrid2024 update:I continue to experience small problems with my car unrelated to the first issue. Thankfully, I knew who to call. On a previous visit with my daughter's Mazda, Tony spent hours on a sensor reading that wasn't adding up.Instead of putting in a $300.00 (honestly priced) part, he suggested running a tank full of non-ethenal gas to see if it corrected the reading as he had tested the fuel in the tank and saw an issue. Two days later, the check engine light cleared itself, saving my daughter $300.00.I am back today for an incredibly well priced oil change on my truck.5 stars falls way short of the level of service this shop providesMark C Jacksonville

I m very lucky! My tire blew out as I was driving past this auto shop on my way to work. I pulled into their parking lot and Tony came over to help me right away. He changed my tire and put on my spare in 10 minutes without charge- just helping a stranger. I returned the next morning for a full auto inspection and oil change, and it was an A+ experience! The staff is extremely polite and very good at what they do. I m thankful that I have found an auto business that I can trust.Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection

We needed help when our 1997 Ford Class C got stuck in park. They worked us in the same day. They have a facility that can accommodate our rig and they were very friendly. The repair was done by the next day at a fair price. More importantly, they didn't hit us with excessive labor charges like our local "camping universe" just did. We recommend them highly and are very glad we found them!

They now have a new customer. RPM was our previous auto maintenance provider. After selling to Pep Boys we decided to make the change to this establishment. Doesn't look like much when you first arrive but I must say that "you should NEVER judge a book by its cover.I've never been treated so professionally and competently by an auto service dealer as I was with these guys.I recommend them highly, not to mention that their prices are most reasonable.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was referred by a good friend of mine about this place! Said that they are very honest and professional. They made her feel like they weren t just digging in her wallet. She was right!!! As soon as I walked in and expressed my concern they were on it! While I waited they kept me up to date with everything they were doing. While waiting I made great conversation with the owner and his hospitality is outstanding! They offer complimentary safety inspections with every service. Who knew I had a flat spare tire?!? With the many times I ve been to Goodyear or the 5 minute oil change, they never inspected my vehicle the way this company did! I definitely fell in the right hands here! I need more work done so I will be returning. Lastly, I will be recommending this business to all who needs automotive work from now on!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

ABS sensor light came on. They were so quick to evaluate, replace the part and ensured all worked. Highly recommend. Only shop I will take my Explorer for maintenance.

My car had a gas leak from a vent hose. Our regular place we took it to would not repair the hose but instead ordered a new tank with hoses which are on Nationwide backorder and the cost was going to be over 1700 dollars. so I went online looking for answers and doing research and decided to bring it to everything automotive after for a second opinion after reading their reviews. Ben and Tony were the ones I dealt with and immediately Ben, knew that it could be fixed and Tony fixed it right there and then while I waited.They knew this was emergent and got right on it. I decided that this is the place we need to bring our cars to. It's so evident with their knowledge and Ben, was so easy to talk to I immeditately felt at home. Thanks again Ben and Tony we appreciate you.

I've had my car serviced at Everything Auto for a few years. My car is 20 years old and recently needed some necessary repairs and maintenance and it's running beautifully. I must say the work is on point and I'm satisfied with the final outcome. I HIGHLY recommend them and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Ben and Tony, and the entire E. A. Once again, the team at Everything Automotive has gone above and beyond! Their customer service experience is superb! One of my brake lines exploded and had to be replaced. My car was towed to the shop and repaired. Both lines were replaced to prevent another situation. My car was inspected from end to end and returned to me the next day. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a pleasant experience! Thank you Tony and team!Service: Brakes

*** GREAT PEOPLE ***I am 25 and I have been getting my car repaired at Everything Automotive for about 5 years now. Countless times�they have advised me against a repair that could wait to be done. When my car needed a serious repair, Ben physically showed me evidence of malfunctioning in the engine and answered all my questions. So glad I brought my car in for this very serious problem! Found the assistance from the employees and mechanic were excellent! The mechanic was able to determine the problem immediately and showed concern about my anxiety and worry! Took care of my car immediately and got me back on the road safely! I took my Toyota Prius here for an issue that 2 other shops could no handle. Everything Automotive took my car with no hesitation, diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. I have been going to Everything Automotive since they opened their doors. I can't say enough about Tony and the staff. They always do an outstanding job and take excellent care of my car. They explain exactly what they are going to do and how much it will cost before anything is done to the car. They are also honest enough to tell me if can wait. As a woman, this is very comforting and they have always gone above and beyond. They have a comfortable waiting area if you can't just drop off your car. If Tony finds something else that needs to be done, he always talks to me before hand. He, also, goes over everything they do, show me all the part, and even tells me if he sees something that may need attention in the future. I can't say enough about the whole staff and the excellent work they do on my car. There isn't a better auto care business in Jacksonville and in today's world it's nice to find an excellent mechanic that you can trust. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what my friends have paid at dealerships and other mechanics. You just can't go wrong at Everything Automotive!

Tony and the guys at Everything Automotive are absolutely top notch!They diagnose issues quickly and correctly the fist time. They stand behind their workmanship and warranties.The prices are more than fair, and yet still less then taking your vehicle to the dealer.Just can t say enough about the value they provide me and my family.

The people at Everything Automotive really care about the service they provide. They are not in the business to sell you unnecessary services. They are honest and reliable.I took my vehicle in for air conditioning issues. Rather than recommend replacing several parts, they filled it with freon and dye. They said that may be good enough; however, if at some point down the road the air conditioning seems to go bad again, I can bring it back in, and they will waive the diagnostic fee.From the moment I first did business with them, I felt like I could count on them to do the right thing for me. They have what is best for my vehicle and wallet in mind. They have earned a customer for life, and I have referred people to them already.Services: Exhaust, Air conditioning

Tony and his team go above and beyond to help their customers, no matter who you are. Their integrity is top shelf.My ford fiesta blew its head gasket and they rebuilt the engine for me and had me come back in regularly so they could keep an eye on it in case the OEM parts failed (again).I moved out of town and can only hope I find a shop this good!
