Cody was very knowledgeable and kept me updated through out the entire process of fixing the AC and air suspension on my 94 Rover. The replacement condenser was installed using custom fabricated brackets and the air suspension was dialed in. A fault code came up 2 days after picking it up due to a battery swap which put the air suspension into limp mode. I called the shop and Cody once again took care of me by making time to reset the codes the same day. Sounds easy but the module on my truck is very hard to access under the seat due to the design of it being an older vehicle with early computer tech. Give these guys your biz !

Walked into this dealership with not very high hopes. Walked with the car that I wanted with the payments I wanted. Matt was patient and understanding, walked me through each part of the deal. He encouraged me to do my own research. Everything he said was true about the vehicle. I am so happy that I chose this dealership verses a large one. Please go see Matt. Recently had my 2012 MB SLK350 in for a B service at another facility, nice people but our maintenance philosophy just didn't click, I asked them to repair a minor oil leak but they said it wasn't bad enough yet. I met the guys from Eurofed at Caffeine and Octane, and my club recommended them. They did a terrific job, turned out the rear seal had gone and the oil was draining into the bell housing. They took a reasonable amount of time and did a super job replacing the rear seal, performing a complete B service, did a front brake job and some other repairs that they documented photographically. As for cost, not the cheapest but far from the dealer cost. Very reasonable and they provide an honest evaluation. I can add they have the best warranty at 3 years. And in case you wondered the shop is about 47 miles from my home. My wife has already asked that I schedule her C300 for its next B service, and it's only been to the dealer since new.Highly recommend them

I've always had great service from Matt and the team down at Eurofed, but they went above and beyond, staying late on a Friday night, just to make sure my daughter's car was ready for her to return to college the following weekend. I can't recommend these guys enough. Great and honest communication, reasonable rates, and top notch work.

2013 C250 service from motor mounts and transmission to re sealing the timing cover, swapping out OFH and some suspension components. These guys are top of the line for all automotive needs. Really understanding group of people amongst Eurofed. 100% recommend. Top quality great service.

Matt at Eurofed on Atlantic Boulevard in Jax was !! His expert in-depth knowledge on all of the variety of luxury brands was impressive!! I have a German car and he knew exactly what was wrong with my car, had to fix it, estimated it perfectly what it needed, and the price was amazingly better than going to the dealership. I'm so grateful for him and his impeccable quality customer service!

Cody and his team were so helpful! They gave me a detailed list of everything I needed to do to my VW Beetle. They itemized this list by importance. The service is prompt and the price was excellent. Most places didn t even want to look at my car, let alone work with me. The quote came in lower than anyone else and when I picked up my car, the price didn t change. This is 100% my go to for European cars!

Matt as always did a great job with both of my vehicles (boxster and Macon). The dealer fixed a warranty issue about 8 months prior to my service visit with Eurofed and recently there was a faint oil burning smell coming from the vehicle. Matt had his techs take a look while servicing and discovered a bolt had come slightly loose bolted connection. A quick turn of the wrench and the problem was cured and saved me a dreaded trip back to the dealer. Point is he goes above and beyond and that it why I have trusted him for the last few years to do all my vehicle servicing.

These guys did a great job diagnosing an oil leak I had with my BMW. Turns out the work I had done a week prior had fixed the issue but there was a lot of residual oil on the exhaust. Cleaned it up and have had no issues since. Very happy with service and am glad to have a mechanic I can trust to work on my vehicle. Thank you!

I continue to be pleased with my experiences at Eurofed. They re upfront about the potential costs and I always leave feeling like I ve made the best choices.I appreciate that I do NOT have to take the car to the dealer to get OEM quality parts and a guarantee. You drive a Benz or some other sensitive, expensive car this is where you go.I happily sat in the lobby and worked about 4 hours the other day while they took care of my vehicle. And yea, car maintenance in general is not cheap but we know what we are getting into when we select certain vehicles!The guys are professional and respectful. It s a quality team and they provide a high quality experience.

Matt, Cody and the whole team at Eurofed are amazing. I brought my 2015 S7 in for some upgrades and maintenance. It was all done with meticulous detail and care. Absolutely have a customer for life. Great experience, customer service and knowledge. Avoid searching for anyone else, go to Eurofed!

I recently had some work done by Eurofed of Jacksonville on my BMW X4M. I had a great customer experience, received superb customer service and the work done was completed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Eurofed of JAX has a great team Matt, Cody, Travis, John and Michael; they re all knowledgeable on every European vehicle and can advise you on what work you need to get done now versus elective work that can be done later, if necessary due to availability of funds and/or time. I trust all of them to offer me sound advice and they always offer viable options. Their location at 8864 Atlantic Boulevard is convenient and they have good parking and a nice waiting area with leather couches, a large TV and free coffee and water available. They recently started selling nice pre-owned European cars at reasonable prices. If you are looking for a good place to service your European vehicle, with a staff of trustworthy professionals who stand behind their work and are not trying to empty your bank account with exorbitant prices, Eurofed of Jacksonville is the place to go! This is what getting your car worked on is supposed to feel like: easy, efficient, affordable and with you calling the shots with professionals offering you multiple options! They re simply the best!

Very professional/honest but it lacked specific test equipment for a.mimicooper s, only mini dealer could read BMW codes for complete diagnosis , Eurofed did not change any fees because they couldn't complete diagnosis. I very much recommend them

I recently purchased a 2005 BMW and without question scheduled my appt with Eurofed to have her checked out and have literally all the fluids changed. Matt helped me purchase a vehicle. I knew the potential issues the car had after doing a ton of research. He earned my trust when he mentioned the biggest issue himself right out of the gate. He knew his stuff and was honest about the car. He was professional and easy to get ahold of and a great advisor through my family s first vehicle purchase. Cody, Joe, and Eric the rest of the crew there were friendly and enjoyed their work. I ll be seeing these guys again soon for service.
