I am the proud owner of a BMW X5, now at least. I needed an oil pan and to get my misfire sorted and they were quick with it and the pricing was reasonable. Very professional service and I know it was quality too.

Recently had my two of my vehicles inspected and serviced at Euro Spec, got thorough report of what needed to be done and what would need attention in the future. I chose to have them do all the necessary work to make my Audi vehicles run like a Eurobread machine and I was totally pleased with the results.

Always an absolute amazing experience and pleasure with Euro Spec. Had my audi while I was deployed and completed multiple services ahead of schedule! Acquired a 2020 Mercedes SLC 300 Roadster and wanted an alternative to dealership maintenance services. Found Euro Spec on Google and researched reviews and was impressed with the results. Made an appointment for a normal service and from start to finish was treated great. Cory did a great job explaining the service and received a detailed report including pictures. In the end only needed an oil change and cost was reasonable based on service provided. I highly recommend Euro Spec for those with high-end luxury vehicles.

Spent $2500 and couldn t fix a 4 cyl bmw. Not a single issue was resolved. Turned out to be as simple as a valve cover replacement and they couldn t even manage that.They will take advantage of whoever they can unfortunately.

The quality of the work that EuroSpec did on our Mercedes Benz appears to be excellent. They communicated with us on a regular basis throughout the repair period. And the price was as agreed upon with no .surprises I will definitely return for any additional work that we may require. I recommend EuroSpec highly.

Reliable work. Recently took my 11 year old Audi and it feels good as new after they worked on it. Better value than the dealership and they didn't push things that were not needed.

This is a great shop with expert foreign car gurus. Very thorough. Clean shop. Great customer estimate software with pics. Staff is super at explaining what's going on. Highly recommended.

I live more than 110 miles from Jacksonville, FL; but, I had a meeting there and I had an issue with my smart car. I stopped by Euro Spec and they were able to get my car issue resolved...while I was there!My thanks to Louis and Ryan for their professionalism, their service, and their accommodating me.

Have done business with Euro Spec for several years now, always extremely satisfied.They have a great front office staff that is flexible and works with your schedule and coordinates ordering parts so there is no wasted time. We brought our BMW x5 for repairs. The first trip took twice as long as told it would and the estimate was half what it actually cost. Unfortunately the repairs were not completed and a second trip was required. This cost more money since the repairs were not completed the first time. A third visit was required for the same codes as the first visit that required the second visit. These codes have not been resolved and we spent more the $4000. My partner tried to speak to the owner and he has not responded at all. Do not take your vehicle to this repair shop. They cannot do the work

Great customer service. Provided detailed information on repairs needed and vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. Would definitely return for work on vehicle if needed. Other services provided was a courtesy car wash that was greatly needed.

Great communications along the entire process. Saved hundreds of dollars by using Euro Spec instead of dealer for scheduled maintenance. The report that is provided upon completion spells everything out clearly. Upon picking up the vehicle, details were again communicated with any concerns clearly identified. This is how it should be done!

These guys ripped me off huge! Took over 3k in "diagnostics and changing thermostat and water pump" tech locked out the computer and said the truck need 7k more in work to be ok. I told them I got bad gas that it needed fuel pump and was charged for gas removal and flush was never done. Took it to a friend's Range Rover shop in ATL they put a new in tank fuel pump in like i said $550 later and everything was perfect. SCAMMERS beware quoted me thousands for brakes on my Audi R8 got done by reputable shop for $300

Very dissappointing bunch of repairs.Every time i have brought my vehicle in to be repaired, it breaks down AGAIN and AGAIN!And mostly due to techs who dont follow the necessary procedures. Now i have a powersterring pump that has failed due to not flushing the system properly or even at all.

I had a fuel pump replacement paying over $1200 and the same day when I picked up my SUV I had gas leaking like a faucet from the gas line. The desk representative was nonchalant and apologized with the car wash. A car wash is an insult to a possible Fatality.

Great job!! Land Rover with dim yellow headlights, they found a kit and they are bright and perfect now! Also checked out the vehicle because we just bought it and passed all 60 tests! Thank you!

Took my 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera to Euro Spec for the first time last week. Had an AC that was not cooling.They had me drop off the car and got back with me in a day, letting me know they were diagnosing the issue on the rack.The following day they called and made recommendations and performed the approved work.The AC has been working better than I can remember since the repairs were performed.They made several recommendations for potential future issues due to regular a maintenance interval coming up. But no pressure to get it done now.Great communications and good work at a reasonable price.Very pleased with Steve that worked at the front desk.Very well informed and communicated well.I will definitely be using Euro Spec for my Porsche and Audi in the future.

I booked an appointment on 10/25 to get a diagnostic and my car repaired on 11/03. I dropped my car off at 10AM today which is 11/03.I called at 1:30PM to check the status because no one called me and told me a price. Corey answered and told me that my car is next up to be diagnosed and I will have it by the end of the business day. At 4:40PM Corey called me back and told me that they didn t do anything to my car and if I need my car for the weekend I can come pick it up and bring it back Monday. I picked my car up , and I will never do business with you people because that is so unprofessional and inconvenient and my time has truly been wasted. I would ve respected the business more if someone had have said we are sorry for the inconvenience, we can give you a discount to accommodate you instead of a I m sorry we couldn t get it in today but bring it back Monday . Thanks but no thanks. Do better as a professional establishment, because now I am going to go spend my money elsewhere.

So glad I came to Euro Spec! Heard good things prior from my fellow Porsche owners and the research was good as well. Corey went above and beyond. His efforts saved me about $2500. Chris did a great job on the repairs and I can feel the difference in the cars performance. Kudos all around!

We spent 4500 for them to fix our X5 diesel The vehicle still throws all the same codes it did when I took it there . I ve asked many times for the owner to call me to discuss and he just dodges . This place isn t good fixing euro vehicles at all and they don t hold their techs accountable The owner needs to get involved Fix my car or return mu 4500
