I had an AWESOME experience with Ben Smith at Empire Auto Sales. Just coming out of the Covid-19 lockdown and had lost my job and wrecked my credit, but had just landed a new job. Ben was able to work out a deal that got me into an excellent vehicle (Buick Enclave). Yes, the interest was a bit high, but after a year of perfect payments and improving credit and payments I'm ready to refinance at a better rate. Good cars at fair prices, and excellent customer service is my experience here. I would highly suggest obtaining the warranty offered from this dealership. Mine was a third party warranty through Phoenix American Warranty Company and I have nothing but good things to say about them as well. I have used the warranty on 3 occasions over the past year (it's a used car, after all...) and they have been prompt with reimbursement every time. No hassle, no push-back. This warranty service keeps its word and honors its commitment. (I have had warranties from major brand dealerships on certified used cars that I had to figuratively wrestle to the ground to force to honor their warranties.) Overall, a very good experience here and I would highly recommend Ben and the team here at Empire Auto.

I came into Jacksonville today not knowing what to look for you or what I really wanted & the family at empire auto really took care of me & my family & treated us like family making our process hassle free. Sam seen me lost looking at this bra G37X & asked if I wanted the keys it s like he already knew I was destined to have it not only that but this is one of my dream cars since I was a teenager an finally having one is a dream come true. Thank you to my wife & family @ empire auto. Make sure you go down an ask for Sam.

Have been looking for a car for a few days and ran across them through a Google search. Best experience ever and new I made the right chose, as soon as, I got here. The car was much better than expected and could not beat the price. All the other places we looked at were either way or price or just junk. If you want a good deal at a great price you have to check this place out.

Wonderful experience buying from this dealership! Sam made the entire process smooth. We drove from GA to purchase a vehicle because the price couldn't be beat. They also filled the tank up for us before driving it off the lot.0 Would recommend!!

Matt went above and beyond to help us. He listened very carefully to what we did and did not want and found the perfect vehicle for us. We shopped around and were frustrated, thinking we weren t going to be able to find one. Thankfully, we found it and we felt like family before driving off in our new vehicle. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Matt! We love it!

I walked into Empire Auto and told them what cars I liked. Sam immediately gave me keys to test drive and they gave me approved and in a vehicle within a few hours. Great customer service. I'm glad I chose Empire Auto !

This was my first time financing a car.. So so glad I found this place! They were so helpful and so nice also gave me a Great deal! Definitely recommend going here. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! If you go ask for Ben he s amazing!

I came with my fianc� to possibly purchase a truck. We needed a second vehicle, something that supported his fishing habits and his job in construction. Upon arrival we were politely greeted by Ms. Jenifer. She was a jem. She is actually the finance officer, but was helping out due to a staff shortage. I m so glad that we met her. She made our purchase smooth and seamless. She was courteous and extremely knowledgeable ( even though it was not her department). We could not have asked for a better shopping experience. She is definitely an asset to the dealership.

The service me and wife received from Matt and Jennifer was outstanding! They were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to put us in the vehicle of our liking as well as staying in our price range! Purchased car 12/4/23. Didn't have to go to such a low budget Car lot. But I've always wanted 1 of these cars. I put $4000.00 down so I would have low payments on 2011 Nissan Juke. I've nothing but problems brought vehicle in about 4 times. Prior to it being on back of a tow truck. I went to my hometown 1/13/24. Prior to me leaving that week went to Jiffy Lube had oil changed to synthetic oil and all fluids where checked. Also bought 4 brand new tires 800. 00 . Got home car gage showed hot when trying to come back so went to Auto Zone got a diagnostic test shows thermostat will need replacing. Also Jiffy Lube recommended getting a oil gasket replacement soon but ok 2 drive. Got 1 exit on I-4 had to get off exit. Ended up trying to reach out to so call extended warranty. Whatever u do I would not recommend it. Had to pay $350.00 to get car towed from Seminole County to Duval County. Had car towed to Coggin Nissan found out engine is gone extended warranty will not cover it. Was told by Ms. Jennifer she was told by boss not to talk to me and if I come up there call the police. I wouldn't RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM EMPIRE AUTO SALES. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLANTFORMS AWARE. SO I AM OUT OVER $6000.00 & still expected to make payments on something not operable. Was told by Jennifer she would call me back. CRICKETS IS ALL I HERE.

Bought my Volkswagen cc lux from this dealership. Super friendly staff and very good customer service. My sells rep was Ben and he helped me get my payments and everything where they needed to be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership..

Although Matt was a very polite and willing to help, I would be careful buying a car from here. I test drove one that was not accelerating correctly I had to inform him when I got back. And the one I ended up purchasing seemed ok, but had 3 lights (including the check engine light) come on within a few weeks of purchasing the car. I understand that this is a used car, however I was repeatedly assured that every car is looked over with their mechanic. If you have someone that knows cars well, take them with you.

Just found the truck I ve been looking for for over 8 months! Runs great. No issues. Financing was quick and easy. I called the day before to make sure they still had it. Spoke to Matthew he assured me he would get cleaned up and ready for me before I arrived, and that's exactly what he did! I'm very satisfied with how my deal went.

HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST!!!!! EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD!! When i came in i was helped right away by Mrs.Jennifer and she was lovely and was very determined to help me drive out of there that day!!! i explained to her my situation and she still made sure to get the job done!! not to mention she even got me in the car i have been wanting since i was 16 which is a jeep, and i will say i am in love with my 2016 jeep patriot his name is Chrome... I would definitely recommend this place to anyone rather you being a first time buyer or someone with bad credit they will make sure they get the job done!!!! But in all Fast service, Good vehicles, and load of kindness!!

Great place to buy a car.Everyone there was very helpful. The only problem was there were too many nice cars too choose from. Matt was very patient with me and he helped me narrow my choice down and I was able to get the perfect car for me.

COME HERE FIRST!!! I seriously wish I had! These guys were so wonderful to work with. Kenny showed me around the lot and was super honest and upfront about everything they had. During our test drive, he let me test everything - the brakes, the speed, the convertible top, every button and switch. He did a great job of answering all my questions too. I also worked with his dad Ben on all the paperwork. Seriously love that they ve got a father-son team there. Ben was also very honest and easy to work with, and I feel I got a fantastic deal on the car I went with. They had me in and out in less than 2 hours, and even fed me lunch since it came in while I was there. Love this place, and highly recommend Kenny, Ben and Empire Auto if you re looking for a quality used ride!

What an Awesome Job Ben and His Team did Helping My wife and I Ashley not only get Approved Quickly to get financed to get the vehicle we wanted but to get it done so quickly. There was no issues everything went smooth. They are extremely helpful and worked with us to get in our Car in less than 2 days of speaking with them. Grateful to be able have found such a great Company that guided us through the whole process and to do it efficiently, understanding and prepared us so there were no issues on the day to get our Acadia! Highly recommend this place to buy a car Ben and His Team will get the job done and answer any questions you have.
