I made an appointment for a works service. In the past, I have been in and out in about an hour. Last week it was 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I asked why it took so long I was told your in business, you should understand. I have a busy schedule and came in on my lunch break. I missed a meeting . I guess I would understand if I was a walk in, but not with an appointment. Not happyService: Oil change

First visit. Brought an old truck in for a full revamp lol. They took all my money, but for good reason. I really didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Refreshing experience actually. Thanks!

This was a walk in appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. From check in to check out was not more than an hour. Yes, this service was perfect. In addition to ordering parts needed for my F150, time was taken to ensure that no recalls were pending. I truly appreciated the genuine concern for my safety and the quality of care.

My husband's 99 Ford Expedition needed an oil change. I chose Quick Lane because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. Friendly customer service and I was even offered the free inspection and car wash. My wait was over an hour for the oil change, inspection, and car wash but I did not mind because the lounge was clean and comfortable. I will definitely use their services again.Service: Oil change

This was a really good visit. Just needed routine maintenance and I was only there for 1 hour. Enjoyed the new lounge.
