I bought my car, 2019 honda CRV touring from Maurice. When I tell you this man is amazing I MEAN IT!!! I am what you would call car illiterate, He is so patient and understanding, not only do him and his team go through the process with you and make sure you are understanding each step and its importance, but he makes sure that the process is easy and tailored especially to your needs. I work late most nights, so the only time I was able to view a car was almost closing time for him, Maurice stayed and waited. He was so helpful through the entire process: made sure i knew what all of the buttons did, but he made sure it was the car i wanted. When I was ready to make my purchase, him and his team kindly lead me through all of the steps. Maurice is a freaking rockstar! He has a loyal customer with me, as I will be going to him next time I need a car. Additionally, he will be the person I send anyone I know to when they re ready to purchase a new car. Thanks Maurice! You really are the best!

Absolutely LOVE Duval Ford.In my time of need they always come through. We have purchased several vehicles and only trust Duval to service them.Communication is open and they always go the extra mile to wash and vacuum my car.The service team is incredible. When I walk into the office to check out on a simple oil change multiple staff always ask how can I help you, or have you been helped. The leadership is phenomenal on the service side, because the service advisors are truly dedicated to helping make the experience the best.Thanks always!

Kyle was phenomenal to work with. This dealership gave me more for my trade in than any other dealer in the state. They included delivery of my new vehicle without any extra charge and didn t tack on any phony fees. I would drive 2 hours to do business with this dealer again. 5 stars isn t enough for Duval Ford. Thank you for making my shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

After almost 2 years of being a loyal customer, they gave me my car back with a deep white scratch on the door. I had an appointment for an oil change and brake concern. An hour in, the service advisor Nicole Johnson recommended more services for my vehicle which i decided to go ahead and get done. The extra services kept me there until about 1pm.She gave me the keys and I went outside and located my vehicle when I noticed the huge fresh white scratch on my passenger side!!!I immediately told the service advisor Nicole J. She came out to inspect and was just as shocked. ( Nicole also greeted me at arrival when I pulled up. Keep this in mind. That is her arm in the photo as she felt the damage). She went inside and came back out with who I presume was a manager. He looked briefly and claimed it was already like that when I got there. The manager could not produce a timestamped photo and further gaslit me. He offered to get one of his guys to put it through the carwash. I declined (that was supposed to have already been done anyway. My car was given back to me unwashed. It was listed on the receipt as a completed service which was inaccurate).That evening, I emailed the service manager Sheila who responded she would review video footage and photos because they were timestamped..first thing in the morning and get back with me.I followed up with her the next business day, and she told her assistant to tell me she was waiting for "the company" to arrive. I assumed that meant security company.She NEVER got back with me. The company doesn't care about it's customers or the damage to my car.They blew me off! You have been warned!! Go elsewhere!

I've had such a pleasant experience from the time I purchased my Bronco Sport from Alden to now my second maintenance. Tammy picked up my vehicle and was so kind. This service allowed me to attend a business lunch instead of waiting at a dealership while services were being performed. Amazing top tier customer service!

I can t even begin to describe how happy we are with Duval Ford and THE BEST DEAL we could possibly imagine! Angel Mattos, Billie Brown and Daniel Harris worked diligently and patiently with me to take in our trade, find an amazing car, and save us over $23K total! The whole experience was great and in-store took less than 4 hours, from introductions to test drive to signing paperwork and driving away. I was looking to trade my car for a truck. My hometown dealership in Tallahassee really disappointed me. I contacted Duval Ford and did a lot of the work over the phone. My salesman (Donald) got back to me promptly and when he said I ll get back to you in 10 minutes he dang sure meant it! They sent me a proposal and I was more than happy with it. Cole called me to let me know everything was good to go and assured me things will go good. Drove 3 hours met with the salesman (Donald) and sales manager (Cole) at 9 am and drove away at 11:30 am. Easiest and smoothest transaction I ve ever made at a Ford dealership. They didn t hassle me about my trade or tried to sell me something else. They were professional and had great attitudes. I got the truck I wanted and couldn t be happier. I will be coming back to buy in the future and will be recommending friends and family. Great experience!

Had the best experience working with Conner purchasing three vehicles today. We never felt pressured to buy. Jonathan is the man! If you're on the market for a new vehicle, please do yourself a favor and stop by Duval Ford and speak to Jonathan. My wife went over to the dealership to help me in my search of Ford Maverick and we ended up walking away with a new Explorer for her. Jonathan was incredible with her and my son (did all of the talking or most of it in the play area). He has also helped me place my custom order for a 2024 Maverick. He has consistently went above and beyond throughout the process as I've changed my order 3 times. He has been responsive and attentive to all request. Thankful for the treatment and looking forward to accepting delivery at some point with Jonathan and Duval Ford.

We ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick from Bri on 9/16/22. She told us that it may take up to a year to receive it. We took delivery of the truck about 2 weeks ago. The truck is everything my husband had hoped for. The color, technology and handling are perfect. Our salesperson, Bri, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bri and Duval Ford!

My first experience at Duval Ford was great. My husband and I came to test drive a vehicle that we liked. My husband had some reservations but our sales associate, Leighton Brown, helped us make our decision with no pressure. Mr Brown was courteous, knowledgeable and considerate of our time and our decision not to purchase. Because of his easy going manner, we returned later that day to purchase the vehicle. Thank you for the outstanding transmission service NOT . The truck was serviced on Friday and today is Sunday 2 days Outstanding on the side of the road due to an incompetent service department worst experience ever trying to start our vacation and the truck is broke down. Now we are going to be at least one day behind on our one week vacation so much for saving that time off to go somewhere and do something. I wouldn t take a 1990 Honda there for service much less a 2020 Ford. the angry face cannot express my current level of frustration you can t really see it in the picture, but the whole back of the truck is covered with transmission fluid as its entire underside

While in Jacksonville, FL from out of town, I had an issue with my Ford Edge. Unfortunately, I ended up being in Jacksonville almost a week longer than expected due to this issue. Tammy and the entire team at Duval were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They took my car first thing on Monday morning, diagnosed and got the parts ordered. They kept me in the loop as to where/what was going on and sent me on my way as soon as they could. The BEST experience I have had at a dealership in a long time.

Special thanks to Ryan in accessories and the technicians at Duval Ford for installing my Roush Supercharger kit on my 2023 mustang. While my experience was not a purchase I can say their showroom was clean and inviting, the waiting area was comfy and I was never upsold or hassled while I was there.I brought my car here for this expensive modification because Roush has this dealer listed on their website as an authorized dealer/installer. From the conversations we had I can say they really were very knowledgeable about accessories, vehicle mods and always had a good suggestion when I asked. My next step will be suspension and extra cooling, and I m certain I ll be bringing it back here to order and install. Thanks!

Fast and friendly service.Update: I bought a brand new Ford Expedition Platinum yesterday 2-22-2024 and it did not come with a cargo net (or missing?), not too happy a $80+K SUV did not come with a cargo net.2nd update: They reached out to me and offered me the cargo net after all and hand delivered it to me, thank you Jonathan. I just wish they had offered it to me when I had initially contacted them that the cargo net was missing from my brand new 2023 Expedition Platinum.

Justin in the service department was great. He made all the arrangements for my loaner car to be dropped off at my home & my car was then driven to the service dept for repairs. He made sure I was aware what wasn't covered my by warranty & what my out of pocket cost would. He made sure there were no surprises along the way.

Wow!!!! What an amazing dealership. I was purchasing a specialty truck that I have been getting the run around from other dealers for the last 6 weeks. The team at Duval Ford, led by Rafael, was able to get the truck I wanted without any hassles and closed the deal within an hour. This was a remote transaction and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable with the process. Loren in financing was very knowledgeable and pressure free. I can t say enough nice things about everyone I dealt with. I would highly recommend Duval Ford and will be contacting them for all of my future vehicles.

For better or worse other's experiences may vary.... arrived without an appointment on a weekday as they were opening at 7am. Was told it would be about an hour wait to start work on my car due to scheduled appointments. I was out after 1 hour 45 minutes. The staff was mostly courteous and accommodating. There is a nice sized wait room with space to social distance. Wait room included work space and outlets at the chairs. All questions were answered satisfactorily. I will probably return for the same quick lane service (oil change/rotation/inspection $70) in the future. I would probably make an appointment and find a coupon next time.

Salesman was really good. Service department leaves a little bit to be desired. I understand that they need the truck to act up, but when I take it out and it acts up almost immediately, that tells me the tech didn't devote any time into finding the problem.

My service advisor Allison was great found us a tow got me and my family off the side of the road made repairs to my vehicle got me a loaner car .Ford need more advisors like her she is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction and a model for hospitality.
