Great service!! The owner is intimately involved in his operation and runs a very efficient shop, is reasonable and fixed my van! My daughter and son in law reccomended them since last year they needed stabilizer replaced on their Cadillac Escalade. My son in law is very picky and was very satisfied. They got Duval Auto Sales & Repairs' referral from my nephew who's lived in JAX most of his life. Chad was great as was Konstantin, my family and I greatly thank them for getting us back to Atlanta area without issue.

I ve been bringing my cars to Konstantin for over five years now. They re always busy because they re honest. Instead of going for the most expensive thing first I ve saved thousands over the years because they take the time to figure out what s going on with tricky issues. I just saved $250 on replacing a rare part because they were able to fix and rebuild it. When I needed an exorbitantly expensive oil pump, they called and gave me the option to go new with a warranty or if I wanted to order a used one. That alone saved me over $600 compared to the lexus dealer. I recommend them to everyone!

They have been able to fix up a high mileage Honda that my daughter drives. And I have also taken my Vw Tdi to have the timing belt done. Duval Auto had my parts kit the next day. They did an excellent job with my Vw! Super fast turn around, and the secretary that handled everything did an amazing job. I have put about 2000 miles on the car with no major problems. Even the small problem that I had they were willing to fix. But Vw fixed the sensor for free, D-gate warranty for the win.

Came to test drive a car. Car blocked in. Hood latch broke unable to assess motor. Said ac and heat worked heater fan didn't blow, brakes went to floor. They bled the brakes and fixed the hood latch but say they want to discount the car rather than fix the heater fan motor because they "have already invested too much in the car"

I recently had my car repaired by Landon Barrow. When I called to say I had a problem, he was able to schedule me the same afternoon and diagnosed the problem within minutes. This is my to go place.. Chad on the phone is great. Super helpful, understanding. They re super fast. Provide great service. Came here with my car a few times already (older car), they did all the necessary repairs. Prices are super reasonable. It s hard to find good car mechanics/shop that you can actually trust. The mechanics are also great guys, always go the extra step. Really appreciate their businessHighly recommend them.

I dropped my car off with them on a Wednesday, The next week Tuesday I called them to ask for a update and they explained they were so busy they have not had time to even diagnose my car, so I then explained that I was upset that the company haven t looked at my car and Constantine told me that he didn t care I was upset, and if I didn t like that my car was not looked at in a week, that I can come pick my car up. That s exactly what I did, I picked my car up and took it to a professional company and they have already done a diagnosis on my car. And has started repairs.Oh yea, Constantine told me he has plenty of work and does not need mine!If you need you car/Truck repaired with care and promptly worked on, Do your self a big favor and go to a real mechanic shop. Courteous, very knowledgeable professionals work there. Yuriy, Konstantin and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to take care of my Audi through a extremely stressful situations many times. They are transparent and honest. They prides themselves on only fixing what needs to be fixed and being open and honest with you through the whole process. Dulal Auto Sales and Repairs have a customer for life in me and I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs any type of car work done!

This company is amazing. They do excellent work for excellent prices. They are trustworthy and never try to upsell or recommend something unless it is truly needed. The staff is professional and repairs have always been done same day unless a part was needed and then usually done the next day. Engine failed in my 2007 Toyota Matrix. Everybody quoted me more than the car was worth, but I did not want to just scrap it. Ury & Konstantin put a low mileage used engine in plus a lot of new parts, a transmission service and some other minor repairs for far less than everyone else wanted for just the engine. It runs smoother and quieter than it ever did! They are straight forward, honest, direct and fast. Very happy with their service and will come back for regular maintenance.

I've been here twice now and both times my car has been fixed in timely fashion with great customer service. This is a real Pop and son business that have been honest from the get go, which is hard to find when dealing with mechanics. I'd recommend this place a thousand times over to anyone who is in need of auto repair, great people.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP! Horrible experience. They changed our front brakes (Rotors and pads)for $240. A month later we get this clunking noise coming from the front, took it back to them and somehow they diagnose it was coming from the transmission, which didn't really make a lot of sense, given the the pattern of the noise, this would've cost me $1600. Since I was suspicious, i took it someplace else for a second opinion. They found out that the original brake job was really poor to say the least (bent and ungreased caliper pins) This other shop charged me $270 for fixing Duval's mistake. When contacted Constantine (Duval's manager) for a refund of the break job ($240) first he said he needed the parts back(rotors and pads) to fully reimburse me. Went back and forth until he agreed to reimburse me the full $240, only to change his mind when my wife showed up to pick up a check and only give us $100. When I called to tell Constantine that that wasn't the agreement, he said we should have given them the chance to fix it themselves as per the warranty, which we actually did and they we're ready to change the transmission unnecessarily and charge me another $1600. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU OUT OF BIG REPAIRS AND IF CAUGHT THEY WON'T ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY!

great pricing, told me the problem same day without appointment and got the car repaired the next day. communication is great over the phone as well in person. if you drop your car off, you get a text to confirm your vehicle repair and they give you a detailed note on the problem of the vehicle. you can confirm from there. highly reccomend.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Fair and honest. When I dropped my car off it felt like it was going to fall apart from under me. I picked it up today and took it for a drive. And all that I have to say is WOW. It's like a whole new car. Thank you very much for taking the time to fix my car properly. And for a really good price. I have found my lifetime mechanic thank you to konstantin for the wonderful service..(UPDATE) Back again with my car mind you my car is old. As always super satisfied with the service thank you and your team for getting my car running smooth again. I will be seeing you again soon.

Brought in my Mazda CX-5 because it wouldn't go over 40mph. Konstantin had a bunch of cars to take care of but said he would take care of mine regardless of everything going. All that needed to be done was a simple spark plug replacement. Replaced all of them for a very good price. Super nice guys here. Won't take my car anywhere else.

This is the place where I know I will NOT be ripped off (compared prices in the past to other places and based on various interactions concluded that Yuri is a very honest man). I have been taking my old Ford in here and now taking my Sonata. We also bought a car from Yurii for about $11.5k (hybrid Lexus hatchback) while in regular places for that money nothing decent was available. That Lexus was bought on an auction - total loss from the hail storm. A few repairs and it looked and even smelled like new (previous owner took very good care of it).

Always received honest, friendly and fair estimates/advice. Also, super fast turnaround. I will always bring my vehicles here as their service beats everyone else. To add, I've never felt "upsold" or lied to. Keep up the great work, you guys are redefining what it's like to work with an Auto Mechanic!

Mechanic that runs the shops leads on that he provides you good service but can't handle pressure when things go wrong and he needs to fix them for the customer as the customer previously stated when they had to come back to them he was rude. He takes little things offensive and gets annoyed when the customer really needs help. I took my car in and spent 1000 dollar just on the front end of the car. I was grateful then my hub cap came off the front of my car and I called to have them replace it. The mechanic acted immature over the phone then finally agreed to replace as it was such a big deal that a 50 dollar cap needed to be replaced after 1000+ dollars spent.Granted the mechanic couldn't even match my wheel to the cap he bought and wouldn't conveniently for a busy customer send it to my house and I had to drive to the shop to get it, then it doesn't fit. After informing them it doesn't fit the same mechanic that runs the shop got snipping on the phone and wouldn't answer as if it wasn't his problem that he ordered the wrong part. Seems this isn't the last instance that this happened.mechanic will charge $75 hr. front end ball bearing replaced and caliper cost 1000+ dollars. For the experience and the higher price its not worth it. They don't try to make you whole or own up to their mistakes to make it right for the customer because they can't handle the feedback and helping after the job needs to be fixed again.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Having a quality, honest mechanic is hard to find. These guys fit the bill. They are super cool, always straight forward and never BS. As a used car owner with over 200k miles on my truck, I highly recommend this business.

Constantine is probably the BEST mechanic I have ever met. He is super honest and affordable. I never have had to worry if he was going to try and overcharge me or make up things that need to be repaired. He is the ONLY mechanic we will be going to for servicing all of our vehicles..

Have your vehicles serviced here without having to worry about whether or not you are getting the truth from your mechanic. I trust Konstantin with my vehicles and would trust him even if I forgot my wallet in his garage!!! He operates with INTERGRITY AND EXCELLENCE EVERY TIME.

It is a breath of fresh air to deal with mechanics who are very knowledgeable as well as honest. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. I am confident that they will diagnose the problem and only service/replace what is needed. They are family owned business who I am happy to give my business to.
