My experience at Duval was absolutely fantastic. No high pressure sales and a very competent sales specialist in Matt Sikes. Matt was a joy to work with and made the entire process so easy. It was my 3rd Acura and my first purchase in 20 years so it was just great. I got a great deal on my car that I call Big Red and couldn't be happier. The dealership is clean and comfortable and puts you at ease. I couldn't be happier to recommend Duval Acura to everyone for their next car purchase!

Our sales associate Roger S. was attentive and knowledgeable. He explained everything with great detail and he took the time to review and answer any questions we had. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car at Duval Acura and I can't praise the experience enough! Nash, the salesman, was an absolute delight. He was not only kind, but he genuinely laughed at all my bad jokes, making the entire process enjoyable and light-hearted. Shopping for a car can often feel daunting, but Nash s friendly demeanor really made a difference.Equally impressive was David in finance. He was incredibly patient and efficient, wrapping up all the financial details in just about 30 minutes! This speed and clarity in handling the paperwork were refreshing and greatly appreciated, making what usually is a stressful part of car buying feel like a breeze.Overall, my experience at Duval Acura was exceptional. This had to be one of the most seamless automobile purchases I have ever done. 10/10 would recommend everyone to get their cars from here. The service was absolutely amazing. I had a great experience here. I took my car into to have a coolant leak checked. Initially there were some issues. I spoke to the service manager Merrick, he stayed late and went out of his way to personally look at my car and fix the leak free of charge. This took about 45 minutes or so, he was very kind and positive the whole time. I really enjoyed my interaction with him.

Hector our Salesman was absolutely the best with his knowledge, professionalism, and true passion for making sure we got the best service possible!! Truly a genuine person with a big heart! I would recommend anyone to visit Duval Acura and ask for Hector! The financial officer Kaled ( I apologize if I misspelled his name) but he was great also! He explained everything very precise and made sure we felt comfortable about what we were buying and what we were signing for! Overall an EXCELLENT experience and I m so happy with my new car!!

Bought a used car right after the birth of my baby, looking for something we could pay off in a couple months, came across this 2007 Acura MDX, bought it in February.. and I feel like we bought a lemon from there.. we have had problems with it since day 2. .. However, the service dept has been good, trying to I guess work with us. Buyer beware, before signing on the dotted line, take advantage and pay a small fee to have the vehicle looked over before making that decision.. now a days. Everyone is trying to make a quick sale for a reason.

I had been browsing for a car for quite some time. Came across 2022 MDX at Duval Acura. I got in touch with Nash. We reached a deal with few hours and picked up my MDX CPO next day. Their staff was very respectful and it was a painless experience. Will definitely go back again

Hector is an awesome sales professional, he took care of everything before I even stepped foot into the dealership. I was in and out in 30 minutes to sign the paperwork and drive off with my new car! Highly recommend Duval Acura since they don t markup their cars, even highly sought after limited production cars.

December 8th 2023 was a day i will never forget. With the help from Hector at Duval Acura and the entire staff I was able to purchase my car in my own name for the very first time. They made the process extremely easy & they worked with me until i was satisfied. Although the car purchasing process is lengthy, they made every second worth it. I am still on cloud nine & im in love with my new car. I cannot thank you guys enough, Happy Holidays!

Go see Matt Sikes at Duval Acura. Probably one of the best dealer visits we have ever experienced. He had all the paperwork ready by the time we showed up. The car was pulled up, washed, and ready to test drive. Finance got us in earlier then expected and we were on our way with a new car. Thanks again Duval Acura!!

The purchasing experience at this dealership was great. No pressure, helpful sales associates, fair pricing. Unfortunately, they are proving that once they take your money, they are no longer interested in providing service or retaining you as a loyal customer. It started by giving us a car with a chipped windshield and when we pointed it out, we were just told that they would help us make an insurance claim. I'm sorry, but it happend on your lot and while in your possession, it should not use up my only free replacement this year to fix your damage. Second, we have an unusable moonroof due to a loose weatherstrip that prevents the glass from closing after opened. Third, we are supposed to get a free oil change and when we tried to schedule, they told us to find the salesperson who sold us the car to confirm we get the oil change. Why she couldn't look this up in her computer or even get her bottom off that seat and walk over to the sales department to do this herself is beyond me. Two weeks ago, I wrote to the management of the dealership via their online contact form but no one has responded, signaling their clear lack of interest in retaining this customer. This was supposed to be a certified used car but clearly they didn't put much attention to the inspection quality before rubber stamping it and pushing it out the door. It is also supposed to be a luxury car dealership. For the amount of money we spend on these cars, we deserve better service than to be told too bad or go do it yourself. If that is the service I wanted, I could have spend half as much money on a Honda instead of an Acura.

Great experience. My consultant Nash provided excellent service throughout the entire process. I loved the ability to do everything online from getting financing through providing insurance verification. Once I got to the dealership all paperwork was done and ready to sign and go!!
