THE BEST SERVICE IN JAX!This is the first time I got a true, good quality service for my Mustang in Jacksonville (been to Ford, Tires Plus (terrible, please don t go) and a couple of other mechanics).Driveline s got my business for good.I would never expect (here, in Jax) to get my car from service not just fixed and driving silky smooth, but also washed, polished and smelling nice! What?Jesus is honest and passionate about what he is doing. So glad I found this shop!

I had an excellent experience with driveline both Mike and Rafael worked all day with me to make my deal happen and meet me in the middle with my terms. Not once did I feel pressured or that I was being deceived. If you re looking for a dealership that will be transparent with you and actually get you in the car that you d like then I would definitely check these guys out! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, if you are looking into buying from them make sure you research the vehicle. I contacted one of the shops that serviced the vehicle I was looking at and they called me back right away saying DO NOT PURCHASE IT, it needs a new engine, they had 4 other people call about the same car. And then the owners comments because he s caught with a scam, and FYI I did test drive the car. So instead of questioning someone s intelligence you might want to take the time and make sure the vehicles you re trying to sell are in a reasonable condition to sell.

Went to Drive Line and was approached by a very nice Sales person Ellen, down to earth and all. Looked over a couple of cars and decided to make a purchase happen. Went to Driveline today for a car for our 16 year old daughter. We were warmly welcomed in the parking lot by Ellen. We quickly went on a test drive, and once we got back, she presented us with the Carfax report without being asked the cars, exterior, interior, and engine all pristine! This is the second vehicle I am purchasing from Bo and his team, and it will certainly not be my last!!! 100% recommend to any and all! Great service, and selection!!!

Chris made my family and I getting a car, easy, fast and he was so patient with me. He did everything electronically which made it easy for me to get a ride to the dealership by a friend and drive away in my new car within 30 minutes!!!! This dealership is amazing, and the staff is beyond Fantastic. I've spent the past two weeks struggling to find and buy a car, I visited 25 different dealerships in the Jacksonville area. Every single one of them turned me down, I was to the point of giving up which would have cost me to lose my job and place to live. I took one more shot and pulled into the DriveLine lot, as soon as I walked in Ellen instantly took an interest in my situation and urgent need for a vehicle and with the help of the finance officer they did what I thought was impossible, they got me financed and in a new used car that I love. Ellen you are absolutely amazing and I'm grateful for everything you did and I'll forever be thankful.

I want to personally thank both Chris and Andrew for being compassionate and dedicated to getting me in a new vehicle. Chris made me feel like a priority and ensured I left happy and in a car I felt comfortable with financially. Andrew is one of the most easy going enthusiastic people I ve met. I don't normally write reviews; however, their service was fast, easy and efficient! I came to Driveline looking for a Mercedes GLK 350. Kate was very honest that it was not her favorite car. She did not try to upsell me or try to persuade me to look at something different; yet gave me the honest facts about the car. After test driving the car, I noticed an issue that I wanted to address and was able to talk directly to the mechanic (Joe). Knowing a little about cars, I figure I knew what the issue was, and he confirmed it (an honest man). I was offered a cash deal (out of the door price), took it and ran. The dealership took a loss, and I found a treasure. Thank you for being honest, and straightforward. 10/10

When I woke up this morning I had no idea that I was going to be driving home in my literal dream car that I've wanted since 2013. Thanks to Kate here at Drive Line I was able to finally get the keys to my new baby. It took less than an hour, Kate and the gang had the car detailed and ready by the time I got to the dealership. I saw my car on their website and she was absolutely instrumental in getting me behind the wheel. I was treated extremely fairly and given a wonderful deal on a car I've had my eye on for months saving up my money. I fully plan to buy next vehicle here once I put 200k on mine. Financed a car through this place a few months ago. Unfortunately i ve driven a rental more than I could drive the actual car I got. There has been countless issues after issues with the car i got and they offered no help except being offered to wait an additional 6 weeks before they could even check out the car. Then they say we never seen the car up here since the day you bought it. I sure do wonder why. I m being told i ll have to wait an additional month and half, already not driving my car BUT A RENTAL. Of course i m going to take my car to a place where they can check it out SAME DAY. And this is when i went up there to speak to Chris, the one who sold me the car. Instead i m met with the owner who told me all that trash. But will run to the internet to question me why I never brought the car into his shop. Screams delusion.They want to question other mechanics work on whether they re doing their job or not but clearly a lot of people drive off HIS lot with issues. Everyone is to blame but them it seems. I have MULTIPLE receipts of repairs and maintenance I had to get done on my car with only months of owning it. The amount of towing i ve had to do with this car is insane. Why would I want to take my car to them to repair it when clearly they didn t fix a lot of issues with the car to begin with. Almost seems like they bought it at an auction and performed the bare minimum to have this car pass a safety inspection. From cracks in hoses and seals to a leaking water pump. To faulty spark plugs that cause engine misfires, constantly having my engine overheat and constant leaks all in 5-6 months? None of this was checked prior to selling? Or is that the consumers fault as well? With Driveline best believe it is. And as far as i know that s not traditional wear and tear. I shouldn t have my hood fuming with smoke seeming like it s going catch fire if I keep driving it. It s ridiculous. The owner told me and girlfriend straight up they couldn t help with a rental but then to respond to her review saying they were offering help with a rental. Blatant liars lol. They only want your money end of story. Customer satisfaction is non existent.The salesman (CHRIS) who I worked was leaving very unprofessional voicemails (which I still have) being nasty and rude. Instead of wanting to make things right they ll instead make you feel bad for even choosing them as an option in the first place. I seriously doubt i ll get nothing remotely close to a helpful response from the owner on this as he feels he never does wrong. Instead he ll blame me for making the choice to buy the vehicle I did and blame my income for why I got it. Quite disgraceful as it s his job to inform consumers on his vehicles period. Everything is your fault no question. We understand you gotta SELL cars but keeping wraps on what s wrong with it isn t a sales tactic, and that s not to harm your ego or anything. Also, income really isn t an issue sir. Again I have multiple receipts of me paying upwards to thousands to have it repaired. So if I really need to bring them up there to show proof and if math is your strong suit, add it up!! I m sure they ll add up more than what the car is worth. I was open to trading in my car on YOUR LOT STILL, despite all the issues just so I can try to get something more reliable. You were reluctant. Stop pocket watching your customers and build a reputation that s known for helping. Let s see the owners top notch customer service response!EDIT: Garbage response as I expected. He s never in the store to speak to but will be sure to be behind a screen to respond to anyone hurting his feelings. You re hyper focused on the fact that I made a mistake buying a car? Isn t it your job to inform me on what you re selling. It s laughable that you ll instead blame me for getting the vehicle I did when there were plenty others in that price range. Learn to take accountability for selling busted cars you doorknob.

Drive line is the best, Ellen took very good care of me and I would definitely buy another car from her
