Donnie was great! Knowledgeable with a fair price. He was able to do the alignment in-house, which was a definite plus for me. He had my truck completed at the agreed upon time and had it pulled up out front awaiting my arrival. The truck looks great and rides fantastic! I could not be happier with the service or the results! I would highly recommend giving Dixieland Offroad a call when you are ready to lift your rig!

Definitely did the job and did it well! Was very communicative about any concerns and general questions, also done in a good amount of time! Already got to test the work too and had absolutely no complaints, especially after one rough mud spot I hit! Definitely plan on returning when needed for alignments and anything else!

Donny did a great job. I shopped around a few places and he didn t require a deposit or anything to reserve a time to get it done or to have sold me the lift kit like other places did. Fair prices put on installing the 6 inch lift and helped me pick out tires and wheels at an affordable Price. He took care of my vehicle until I was able to pick it up after work and was flexible. Highly recommend and will be continuing business here as long as I need it!

I have my brought my vehicles to Donnie for the last 6 years. I've had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. He has plugged tires for free for me, gone out of his way to help diagnose issues etc. Highly recommend!

Great service. They were able to take same day and got it done fast, he knows what he is doing.Added a 2-1/2 lift and mounted wheels, best price around. Im very pleased with it.This guy is super professional. % .I recommend.

Over the years, Donnie had leveled 2 previous F-150's for me. Today I called him to schedule the same for my new one. He quoted a fair price on the phone and I asked when he could schedule me in. He said, "How quick can you get here?" Long story short, about 2 hrs from my first call, my truck is done and leveled with a 3" lift on the front, eliminating that horrible front rake look of the stock F150's.. I could not be happier with this honest, fair, and highly-skilled skilled local operator. In a world when people are so quick to complain about poor quality service, superior workmanship goes unnoticed all too often. Not today. Highly recommend. Nobody else gets my business for anything Dixieland Offroad does.

Excellent customer service and craftsmanship took my truck to have kick bars installed and diagnosed. I was in and out in less than an hour problems resolved. Will be visiting again.

Great service. Quick turn around. Went in with an idea of what i wanted and was able to order my parts quickly. Dropped my car off and had it back within 2-3 hours. Turned our great. Fair prices.

Dixieland knows what they are doing. They know the high and low spots on the tires by using the dots on the side of the tires. Tires were perfectly balanced because they used the dots. They are highly recommended! Fair pricing and very fast at what they do. Very happy with them and I will use them again in the future.Thank you DixieLand!!

They installed a new set of leveling front springs on my 2017 Ford Raptor. I bought the springs online, so it was labor only. He gave me the best price in town, did solid work quickly and professionlly. If you want to go to a shop where a lovely front desk girl greets you and directs you to the service dept where a salesman offers your a water, takes your keys and a unseen mechanic that you cannot talk to, somewhere behind doors where you're not allowed works on your vehicle while you watch t.v. in the lounge, and you're charged three $$$ times what it should cost...then go somewhere else. This shop is just matter-of-fact, good mechanic doing good work, you talk to the man who does the work and who backs it.

First of all I don t know much about lifts, but I knew I wanted my Tahoe lifted... After some research, found Dixieland on google maps, read some reviews which were stellar, so gave them a shot... From start to finish Donnie worked with me with ease... Answered all my newbie questions, and recommended the perfect tires.. I can tell he takes pride in his work because when I went to pick it up, he seemed more excited than me lol.. Do yourself a favor and take you truck/suv to Dixieland for all your lift needs!!

This place is legit and the place to go! Wanted a 2" lift on my 2018 Ram. Called and he got right back to me. Got right in, didn't waste time, got it done and had me out in under an hour. Straight up, honest, fair, and good work. Definity the "guy" who will be working on my truck.

Great shop, great owner! Super knowledgeable, every time I have any issue with my lift wheels or tires, he figures it out within 3 minutes of me showing up. I will never go to another shop after finding this company.

I highly recommend Dixieland Offroad Inc. for your lift kit installation. The service was no hassle, quick and fairly priced. My truck drove great off the lot and so far has no issues. I may go back here to have some new shocks installed. This is a small business that provides honest and quality work. Break away from the big business giants and give Donnie your business. This is how business is done. Donnie was honest and saved me a ton of money. He wouldn t sell me stuff I didn t need and knew exactly what I wanted. He is a straight shooter and told me exact what I needed and he was 100% correct. Absolutely love the tires/ level kit. Rides better than stock and everything was done in just a few hours. Donnie searched high and low to find the tires and still sold them at a very reasonable price. I wouldn t go anywhere else for my truck. Just a great outfit for trucks. In today s world of shoddy workmanship, it s nice to find someone honest and hard working. Thanks Donnie!!!

We are so happy we found this shop. Lowest rate of all the companies we obtained quotes from. Donnie did a lift for us and accommodated us to have it completed before Thanksgiving holiday. It rides well and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. Great communication throughout the process as well. 5-star shop

Donnie is the man! Went to several mechanics for over 4 months to try and diagnose an intermittent issue. I spent over 2K on other shops guessing with no results. Pretty much gave up and called Donnie to see if he could help. He got me in the next day and found my problem in 15 minutes! If you have any issues I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Dixieland Offroad FIRST!

Couldn t be happier with the work done to lift my 2020 Ram. Purchased the Ready Lift kit from Donnie who ordered it and had it the next day. Brought my truck in at 11am and was back on the road before 2pm. Truck pulls straight and drives like it should. Not only that but I got a follow up call from him to make sure I was happy and everything was good. He s not some overly peppy sales guy on the phone but a small business owner who was able to get the job done faster and less expensive than the big name shops. Highly recommend. Thanks!!

They did a lift/level on my Tacoma and replaced a wheel bearing with a bushing (common Toyota issue) and each time the work was done correctly, at a very reasonable price, and completed on time. What more could you ask for? I definitely recommend this shop.

This man does good work, not taking that away from him. However, I had a lift kit done on my truck, and when he finished the job it still wasn't level. He told me "regular cabs usually need to go a bit higher to be level." He told me when the job was complete so there wasn't really much I could do about it, I just wish he would have mentioned that before starting so we maybe could have done a little higher leveling kit? He needs to put that stuff out up front, not when the job is over. Bad business in my opinion, but the one he did put on the truck was done efficiently and properly. Make sure you get details with him before he starts so you don't end up in my situation.

This place deserves a 6 start if it was possible!! Donnie was great and on point with great customer service, his honest opinions, and quality. The price that you get is fair and can t be touched. I can t be happier with how my truck came out.

My steering wheel was turned to the right thinking I hit something. I took it to a GMC dealer and they pointed out my front wheels were squatting hard and the inside of my tires were chewed up bad. They said they wouldn't touch it and to get my lift looked at. I Googled places that work on trucks and lifts near me and Dixieland was one of many options. I called him and he said bring it in. When I got there he stopped what he was doing and told me to pull my truck in. He immediately spotted my Inner and outer Tie Rod on driver side spun itself loose. After making a few adjustments and telling me to take it down road and back he fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. I was blown away from his knowledge and being helpful. He just earned a customer for life.

Every time I have taken my truck to someone else I end up having their work fixed by Dixieland. I finally learned my lesson and I only bring it to them and for he last 5 years I've never had a bad experience and his pricing is always better than anyone else in North Florida. Not only the best service and price but an all around nice guy that is so informative and helpful with anything vehicle related. I will recommend them to everyone that asks where I got my work done.

This place is a hidden gem. Took my Lexus gx470 to them to put on a lift and tires. They did all of the work in a few hours, and they did it for probably 40% the price I thought it would be. Donny is an honest guy, and he will do great work for beyond fair pricing. Will definitely be taking my gx back to Dixieland Off-road if/when I need work done.

Donnie is a good dude, does good work, and is a straight shooter. He give good deals and cares more about the customer than money. Watched him turn down a dude trying to pay him when he did a quick fix. All he asked in return was to spread the word. Would highly recommend!08 Jeep Grand Cherokke lifted, tire change with spacers.
