Well, I gave 'em 5 Stars for Phase 1, so far so good. Stopped by a couple of months ago to inquire, start the process (I suspect they thought "Sure. Seeya when we seeya.") And then I showed up again.2003 Silverado, just put in a new 5.3l...dual exhaust. Yeah. So we're off to the races, and these folks are cool. I already know she's going to be flat gorgeous, BUT!I'll come back to this forum when I pick her up, and do THAT review...'cause I do reviews, and I'm stoked. This truck's a fully- loaded beast and a blast to drive. In about six weeks (I think she'll be sooner ) I get to roll 'er put and by the Shop a big ol' feast, on site.To be continued...

I will always, 110% recommend these guys! A deer hit our van while traveling cross country, deployed airbags, and caused a bunch of body damage. No harm to the humans inside, thankfully. We had tried to get help from other shops in the area but always got hung out to dry. When we contacted Disney, they were very responsive and put in the effort to make sure we got the help we needed. Mr. Disney is an extremely kind and helpful man who was always willing to answer all our questions. He was a huge help working with our insurance too. The work they did on the van was excellent. There was pretty hefty body damage, but after we got our van back (plus the rain had just cleaned the exterior ), I seriously felt like I had gotten a brand new vehicle. Our van is outfitted on the inside, and they were able to work around that no problem. They are very professional and nice. I hope I don t need body work done anytime soon, but if I do, I will be using Disney Paint & Body.

The worst place to take your car!!! Couldn't even calibrate my sensors or cameras in the car. I had to get Nissan of Orange Park to do the work. The only thing I can say is thank you, Dinsey, for a life warranty on you. Thank you for nothing!!!

After a week and a half of time spent in body shop, I am 1000% satisfied. Not only did Richard Disney and the team complete the work, but they went above and beyond to make it affordable and looking brand new. This was one of the most disrespecting places I ve ever been to. I walked in trying to get a quote in to reference my F250 being hit. The gentleman came from the back with nothing but a racial slur of how are you doing Bubba which we all know a person of colors lips, as I stated to the gentleman why would you think that would be my name he said is it and chuckled I hope that Ford on Cassett understand that sending someone to this gentleman would be a big mistake because this is not the 1940s hopefully God can clean his mouth a of the hate he feels! I feel sad because someone has hurt this guy . The

Took my truck here to have some minor scratches removed. When I picked up my truck Richard Disney didn t want to charge me because he was unhappy with the results. But man I was! As hard as I tried I couldn t see where the scratches were. I give the shop 5 stars for the excellent work. I give Richard 10 stars for outstanding customer care.

I have owned a 2005 F150 Street Boss since it was new. I was considering trading it in for a new truck, but decided to spruce it up instead. This included redoing the interior and a new paint job.Duval Ford stated Disney Paint and Body does all their work and highly recommended them. I took my truck there for an estimate and they were very good in explaining everything involved in repainting my vehicle. They do a very thorough job and had it about two weeks. The end result was fantastic. My F150 looked as good as the day I purchased her brand new. Disney is not Fact O' Bake or Maaco and the paint job was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality paint and body work.

We had such a great experience here! Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. They worked miracles on my very bent car door. Mr. Disney to my amazement was able to bend it back into place. Because of that, my car didn t have any leaks during the rain that comes down pretty much every day. The job was done in a timely fashion. I was told that they would do what they could to have it done in one day. Not only was it done in one day, they called me at 2pm to say it was done. If I ever need work done again I know exactly where I m going and I will continue to recommend Disney Paint and Body to everyone I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If Walt Disney World is the happiest place on earth for people, then Disney Paint and Body is the happiest place on earth for vehicles. My Fusion looks as it did when it was brand new. Great job! Mrs. Williams was very warm and inviting when I arrived, and she kept me informed throughout the process. Dean was a great help working with the insurance company gobbledygook. Disney did work on both of our vehicles. First they worked on my husband's G6 after the one & only tree that fell in Fleming Island during a hurricane went through my husband's back window. Insurance wanted to total the vehicle even though the only thing wrong was the back window. We took it to Disney & they fixed it up good as new. We even ended up having them repaint the entire car & it literally looks new now. It's going to be a wonderful car for my 15 year old next year.Most recently they fixed my Acadia as I was getting ready to sell it & had a minor fender bender with a car on 220. Minor, but still needed to be fixed before selling. Exceptionally reasonable prices & took them a few hours to repair the grill & trim piece that would have taken my husband an entire weekend to do.Nicest people to work with & quality can't be beat! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Went in for someone to help me with my bumper and the owner and staff were very helpful and very kind. The owner is definitely a family man and very respectful to his clients. I will be returning to this auto shop if I need anything else done to my car

If you need any paint work done, I highly recommend Richard Disney. He did an excellent job repainting the door handles on my Ford Edge. His price was fair, he was professional to work with, and the car looks great!
