I had the best experience up there, my Mother in law has been going up there for some time now. However I just want to add that Will is who I had the opportunity to work with- he adjusted the air in my tires. I was able to get in and out in less than 10 mins or so! He was polite- Awesome customer service all around 10 stars! If you can request a mechanic- my money would be on him! Kindness goes a long way for me!

Wow, just so impressed by the staff at this Discount Tire store. I showed up with no appointment, was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They checked me in and told me it may be 45 minutes to an hour for my free tire rotation and balance. Well they had me out the door in less than 15 minutes and we're so polite and courteous. They did a great job, balanceed my tires corrected the tire pressure and were friendly as I ever experienced. If all Tire kingdoms are like this I am definitely a return customer.Great job guys!

From the git go, they took me under their wing, found the perfect set of tires for my soon to be 10 year old Acura RLX, found me an appointment available in a very short period of time, with practically no wait time and took care of me like I'm family! What else could you ever do to be cared for like this?

I had a nail in my tire. Went in to see about getting it fixed. Results was that I had to replace the tire. But the employee that helped me was great. He was very friendly and he took the time to let me know what my options were. If you need tires I recommend you give them a try.

This is a top notch business on Skymarks Drive in Jacksonville. Kudos to management for a great business and to the young men who work there. They are hustlers, good and workers exhibiting patience, caring and respect. They did a great job replacing all four tires after we got a flat on. I-95.Best service we ve ever had anywhere !

Always sincere good customer service at all discounts tire. This company needs to be a role model to other companies of what customer service should be. Many of these companies lack customer service and could care less and have some people with worst work ethic working for them.

About 6 years ago my wife went to Discount Tire at the River City Marketplace on the north side of Jacksonville to get help with a flat tire. They changed her tire and would not accept any payment (who does that anymore?). Since then I have done all of my business with our cars and minivan with Discount Tire. Without exception - every single experience has been wonderful. They are always motivated, busy, and extremely customer-service oriented. It s very conspicuous that they want your business and want repeat customers. Highly recommend!

AJ and team provide excellent service at a very fair price..I have purchased multiple sets of tires from them over the years. They stand behind the warranty on their products. Today , I purchased new tires for my Chevy Duramax 3500 pick up I arrived at the store around 8 am , tires were mounted , balanced and torque to specs within 40 minutes. That s fast and efficient service. Keep up the great service !!

Good staff here. One of the few places that is well run and very professional. All of the techs I ve dealt with here are knowledgeable and courteous. These guys are well trained, know their stuff and seem to enjoy their job. Seems like they re benefiting from good leadership. Keep it up management, well done!

I have had the pleasure (under the circumstances) of working with Discount Tire Rivercity on 2 occasions and cannot express enough how efficient, professional, and friendly the staff was. When I am spending my money, customer service is the upmost importance to me and I have nothing but positive things to say as how I was treated here. I want to recognize Eric, one of the managers as both times he took care of my needs. His demeanor is always pleasant, he is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely does his best to get your serviced in a timely fashion!

Discount Tire at River City is a professional, fast, accurate and excellent tire company that respects your time and pocketbook. Extremely well-managed, the staff is efficient, polite, and eager to assist. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your tire needs.

I've been here 3 or 4 times for one thing or another and the service is always great! Today I was there for a leak in my model Y. They showed me where the leak was and that it couldn't be repaired. Bad news....Good news is, I got the insurance for the tire and replacement was free. Did I get insurance on the next tire? Heck yea.I'm not trying to sell anything, just promote my experience with some great guys.Thanks!

AJ and the team at Discount Tires were helpful, professional, kind, and quick. I had a flat traveling from South Florida and they pulled up our account from West Palm Beach, fixed the tire, and we were gone in 30 minutes. These guys are great.

Great location They price matched my tires with the less expensive prices, quoted me an hour to change out and had it finished in 20minutes. Fair priced, good service - RECOMMEND!

Excellent customer service.. just make sure you make an appointment, bc they can get super busy.. but I can see why bc they are AWESOME! I picked the wrong size tires online , the manager took care of the pricing & was sooooo nice & professional..They literally go above & beyond for their customers.. oh & they have more than 3 workers I will be back for more services! Keep up the good work!!

Got to discount tire for a very slow tire leak. Service advisor will met me outside and got right on it. I expressed that I was in a hurry for an emergency and he assured me he would get right to it. And he absolutely did that. They pulled my car in right away. Within 10 mins tech blaze met with me and showed me a nail was in it and they were going to patch it. Discount tire for all tire needs.

Adding a review for service done 2 years ago. Yes people remember how you treat them. No charge to fix my punctured tire, not purchased from them either. Minimal wait. Boys broke a sweat to help me out and for that you have my future business.

Went here looking for tires for my smaller travel trailer. There pricing was very fair and there installation work was excellent. They re-mounted my spare also. Well done and others recommended them to me and I highly recommend them also. The are 2 other tire stores right there so get the right one.

An employee named Doug was driving by and actually pulled over the night when we had a flat tire and offered to help and stay with me until a tow truck arrived. That was really nice of him and he went above and beyond considering he wasn't even on the clock! So I decided to get our car towed to their store and get the tire fixed the next day when they re-opened. The next morning I was immediately greeted by another employee named Dan and he was very professional and helpful throughout the process of getting 2 new tires and even helped me deliver my wife's van back to her work, I also spoke with the assistant manager A.J. who was also very professional and helpful and hooked me up when someone ended up buying the last set of tires at the same time as I did, they gave me a nicer set on the house for my troubles. Amazing customer service. The entire team was great to work with and even all the other guys in the garage were helpful and courteous and upbeat. It's refreshing to see such a clean, efficient store with such young staff who take their jobs seriously (not name calling but I've been to other places where you can definitely tell the employees could care less and just wanted their shift to be over). They've made a repeat customer out of us for sure!-Ryan

Everyone was very polite and friendly which is hard to find when getting your car repaired, at least in my opinion. They also helped fix my existing tire instead of up selling me a whole new one for an up charge/upsell for them. The whole experience was overall very pleasant. Will be back and would recommend.

Always a great experience when I come here. Depending on when you go, you may have a bit of a wait, but the staff is always friendly, so I never mind waiting. Most times, they have me out before the quoted completion time.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Just drove in to this Discount Tire (5:40 PM, mind you they close at 6:00PM) at Skymarks Dr after suffering a flat tire on I95. One the team members, Torian Busby at the counter immediately accomodated us, checked to make sure they had my tire (they did!) and are going to replace it tonight .AWESOME JOB TORIAN and the team!!! 5 STARS!!!

We have been Discount Tire customers for several years. However, May 1, 2020, that changed and we will never go back.In the past, Discount Tire messed up our Suzuki SX4 lugs (stripping them) and scratched one of our Porsche rims after we were assured they only used plastic tools on expensive rims. The guy used a regular screwdriver!We had ordered tires online from Discount Tire and when they were ordered, we also wrote a note on what happened in the past and that the tires we just bought were going to be going on our BMW. We were assured by AJ Lear, the store manager, that he would put his best guys on the job. We took our BMW in on May 1, 2020 to get the new tires we bought put on. One of the guys that check you in came out to look at our car. We explained what happened to us before. He looked over our rims, made very detailed notes, and we pointed out the one chip that was already on one of the rims but noted all of the others were chip free. We thought we were leaving our car in good hands. That was NOT the case. When we came back to pick up the BMW, the first thing we did was look at the rims. ALL FOUR WERE DAMAGED!!!!! Scratched, chipped, and even chunks taken out on them!! AJ Lear, the store manager, came out and looked at all the rims and asked us what we thought was fair. Really?! What is fair is to get our car back exactly like we left it which didn t happen. Paul Hill, another Discount Tire employee, said he knew someone that could fix all the rims and you d never know they were ever damaged. He gave us the number and I called to set up a time to bring the rims down to the place Paul Hill recommended. We had AJ Lear put it in writing that Discount Tire would cover the cost of fixing the rims. It took a week to get back the rims and there were clear coat runs in 2 of them and you could clearly see where some places were simply painted over.Discount Tires has lost a customer that has bought tires for 7 vehicles over at least 10 years. We have spent thousands of dollars. If the guy that put our tires on was their Best Guy , we would hate to see what their Worst Guy does. We also have an issue with being inconvenienced for their incompetence. WE had to take our rims across town to be fixed and had to go back a week later to pick them up. Discount Tire should have been the one to do that because they are the ones that did the damage.If you don t want your rims mess up, stay far away from this place!!!!!!

Couldn t even do business with them poor customer service constantly having to follow up on my own order that some how never got placed even with a deposit . Which they took over the phone but when I wanted a refund I had to come into the store for that . If at all possible I wouldn t waste you re time with them

AJ is amazing! Just need him to be a Nittany Lion, not a spartan! You want to buy tires from them as they always help when needed and get the road side hazard protection as they will patch and always check on them for you. 5 stars for them, I will continue to get tires from them, great staff and they match prices, why go anywhere else!
