I've been dealing with this franchise and location for a few years now. I truly have nothing but good things to say. The staff from the front desk to the technicians have always been competent and many times have been friendly. I don't live in a fantasy world where everyone is constantly smiling and in a great mood. So I can appreciate when a person is simply competent and educated. I've had several trucks and sports cars fitted with tires and I've had some aftermarket wheels that I've purchased elsewhere that I've brought in and installed with their new tires. I've never had any wheels scratched or my interior damaged by them. Prices are always reasonable and at times amazing. As long as they keep doing what they're doing they'll always have my families business. I'm pretty confident that if you stop by for new tires and or wheels you'll have the same experience I have. Thank you staff for your consistently competent work it doesn't go unnoticed.

Wes, Aaron and the team made it super easy to get new wheels & tires on my boat trailer after having constant blow outs. Call them, book the appointment and get out in less than an hour.Highly recommended.

When walking in, the team was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I was a walk-in and I needed to get some nails out of my tires. With the store being busy and not having a scheduled appointment, I did not have to wait very long. I really appreciate them helping to make sure I stay safe on the road. I recommend this location.

My experience was great! The store manager Wesley, and team member James provided stellar customer service. James was very patient and polite. He was also very thorough as he provided financial payment options and detailed information about their services. I will definitely recommend Discount Tire to my family, friends and associates.

My experience is also top notch, whether a tire pressure check (funky Jax weather) or its time to replace the wheels. This location ALWAYS comes in clutch for the win. Thank You team for your professionalism and transparency with each visit.

I would like to say a big thank you to James. He was absolutely a wonderful person and extremely helpful. I was having a very rough day and He went out of his way to help me get the one tire I brought in replaced in a timely matter. So I could take it back to my stranded car that was sitting on just a Jack. That little bit of compassion made my day. Thank you so much.

Best customer service and best prices in town!! Very professional and courteous staff!! Had my Acura MDX upgraded with some new rims. Ask for Assistant Manager James, he hooked me up just right!! Great job!!

While the assistant manager may have helped me on the price of a full set of tires, they had my car for nearly 3 hours for a tire change. As petty as it sounds though, they misplaced 2 of my original valve stem caps and just left the valve stems exposed with no caps. Definitely not a reassuring experience as to the quality of work

Tried to get air in my tires during lunch today waited there for over 15 minutes so I left because I was completely ignored. Went to Mavis across the street was out in less than 2 minutes. I will never give business to yall because of my experience today.

Crooks.... BEWARE if you don't go there for big ticket items they will just take your money....though they smile in your face...the amount of the ticket really matters to how you are treated...I was lied to saying my wipers were no good that had just been replaced 2 weeks prior. I paid before service for a rotate and balance and all they did was rotate 2 tires and put air in my tires. This is because I wouldn't pay for $140 tire they said I needed for their refusal to patch a plugged tire. (My tires are new and good quality )When I got in my vehicle, it was running worse than before they "worked on it"...took it to Pep boys and not 1 tire was balanced and still had all the old rusty weights...I went to Pep boys within the same day.... businesses should know ..you can get away with many things But God is always watching....will not go there for anything ever again. 0 stars deserved.

I originally went to the Discount Tire location in Orange Park and they told me that I will be in and out within an hour and a half if I get there by 10:30. I was there way before 10:30 and then they told me they won't be able to get me in for another 2 hours which was going to set me behind in my schedule because I had a 1 o clock appointment.They offered me an appointment for the afternoon and told me the same it'll take an hour and a half. I accepted and I left. But instead I called the Discount Tire on 103rd in Jacksonville and the representative I spoke to Victor told me to come on in and he will definitely get me in and out within that amount of time. Like the man of his word he definitely had me in and out under an hour because his team was efficient and very professional. Thanks again...

Came for just a tire balance and rotation. I made an appointment but ended up showing up a little early. So they let me pay and everything. Only after I paid they said. You're appointment is at this time so it will be done about 15 to 30 min after that time. So rather than just squeezing me in, I had to sit in the lobby and wait an hour and a half while they serviced cars that showed up after me as well as cars where there was nobody waiting for their vehicle. Rotate and balance only takes about 15 to 20 min. So why I had to wait an hour and a half for that is beyond me. If they were gonna make me wait until my appointment time then I would have just left and came back. Won't be coming back here. Majority of the guys were just standing around or eating or sitting in the office. Yet another reason why I'm baffled it took so long. They should be more considerate, and also should have said something before I paid cause at that point I was literally stuck there till they finished.

Very polite men who work there. Eric is the manager and he was very helpful. I had them install 4 tires on my bus, yes they install large commercial tires(245/70 19.5"). I'd go back there again.

Speedy service. Patched our tire no problem. We did come in like an hour before they closed with just the tire and they promised to fix it by close and they did. They didn't treat us like we were an inconvience.

I arrived at 8:45. Left at 9:50. No help was received. Appointment was supposed to be at 9:00 but it was somehow booked for 9:30. After no interaction and I noticed people who didn t have an appointment came after me but left before me, I left.

First time was ok , second time complete mess. You wait forever and additionaly they broke my lug nut, were not able to unscrew it and they sent me to unscrew it somewhere else. So basicaly not equiped enough. So I had to spend more money to unscrew it, replace the part and come back here! And now my rim is all scratched.Thirdly, they make you buy new lug nuts and " forget" to give you the old ones. Not to mention they never checked the air, each tire had less air than required.Minus 5 stars.

CHECK YOUR TIRES!! Came in for a tire rotation and they only rotated 3 tires. I knew as so as I got home because I have two different tire brands on my car and you could clearly see the threads matched each pair. This was my first time here. I don t see me coming back. Customer service was good but the service is subpar, which is the most important thing when coming for service.

AAAAA+++++ This store provided me with the overall best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. The manager (David Delbrugge) personally devoted hours to ensuring that I was satisfied well beyond expectation before I left the store. From the time I was greeted until the time I left, I was given as much time as I needed to make my decision for my new Rubicon. The manager himself actually put together 6 different wheels and tires together just so I could see what they would look like on my jeep. I still couldn't make a decision, so he then mounted one on my jeep so I could see it on the jeep. Not only did David and his staff provide AAA+++ service, but he also provided the very best deal available so that his quote was comparable to other quotes I had previously obtained. Overall, I can't express enough how appreciative I am with David and his staff for all their patience and allowing me to have the best experience ever with purchasing my wheel and tire package. I will definitely be back when I'm ready for my 37 or 40 inch upgrade. Thank you Discount Tire!!! I'm Ready to hit some trails now! :)

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years but this was my first time at 103rd location. I made an appt for a tire rotation. I was in and out in 35 mins. Very friendly, professional and fast! I highly recommend!

We noticed my tire going low( slow leak) & went there to get some air in the tire. The attendant was helpful & noticed a small nail in the tire & stated that they fix them free. We brought the car back soon & got the tire fixed ( for free) I think this place is our new mechanic shop. They seem to give a lot of care & genuinely are helpful.

I'm really disappointed. I came here to see if they would plug my tire and get a quote on another tire that became bald. It was a 3 hour wait which was understandable because there were a lot of customers. But after three hours we asked about my tire, they told us that they couldn't plug the tire due to the length of the nail and because it was bent at a weird angle. Or something like that. Also, he said that 3 of my tires were bad and needed to be changed asap! I was seriously considering coming back to do the financing since I didn't have the money for the tires then. But then as we were leaving, we found that they took my tire AND the rim. When I asked for them, one of the shop guys seemed really annoyed that I asked for them and reluctantly put them in my trunk. No apologies or anything. So I almost got screwed over on a $100- $200 rim.How does anyone act annoyed about not being able to steal from other people? And they were going to keep my tire which makes me think it can be plugged because my tire actually still looks and smells new. I'm just really annoyed because I can barely afford to get new tires so how am I able to afford to buy a new rim? Or probably 4 new rims the way they were going about things.Very dishonest employees, I wouldn't trust them.

I ve been waiting since 3:40 PM for tires .., people have come in after me and have left . Salesman indicated that I would be finished about5:15 PM . Well my car is STILL sitting in lot ?? When inquired he mentioned people have appt . Well then you shouldn t have told me 5:15 . I m getting angry RIDICULOUS SMH

Just wanted to say we had a blow out on 295 South interstate last night, took the tire to the Discount Tire on 103rd. Aaron was our service rep and we could not have been happier. He knew about our situation with the vehicle still on the side of the interstate and how much of a hurry we were in to get it fixed. Aaron expedited our service and went above and beyond what was expected. I've purchased two sets of tires from this location, and could not be happier. These guys are great.

The staff, by far, was amazing and supportive to my tire needs. With the appointment, they certainly serviced my car in an exceptional amount of time. The tires itself are wonderful. Happy Customer!
