Recently purchased tires for my personal truck and my company truck. The service at Davis tire Center was amazing the Office people were a tremendous help in picking my tires. And the crew that was outside working had us done and back on the road in no time. Thank you so much, Davis tire

Great experience with this shop. We had a flat tire on our 9 car carrier trailer and I called them to get a tire estimate and to ask if they had availability since the previous place we called had a 4 hour wait. They gave me a reasonable price over the phone and told me they were ready for our truck right away. When our driver arrived, they took care of him right away and he was out of there in less than an hour with a new tire. They were even able to give me a lesser price than quoted over the phone which we really appreciated. Highly recommend them!

Got a flat on my boat trailer on the way down to the Keys. My spare got me the rest of the way but it had a slow leak. Decided to try to get new all new tires while on vacation. Gene was awesome. Had new tires put on trailer while I went on with my vacation and fished with my family. Did everything by phone and text. He didn't have a complete set but put a different one on just to make sure I made it home to Jacksonville and then put the last matching tire on at my house when I made it safely home.Amazing service and trustworthy. Very nice guy too and gave me some free fishing suggestions...Thanks Gene!

1st time here , read the reviews and decided to try these guys out , glad I did ( I had 2 nails ) in my drive tire , and they were working on me very fast , would definitely recommend and definitely come back

Great shop! I was given a personal recommendation and do not regret it. From polite customer service (Keeley), to account set up (Karen), to great communication & experience for six 19.5"replacement tires from Jimmy (Mobile Service). All went as promised and couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you!

Took my brand new truck here to get a flat repair and centramatics. They scrached my rims up popping off the center caps. I asked about it and was refered to a sign out front that says not responsible for damages. He also said there was no way arround scraping the rims. They did not torque by hand so who knows what my torque specs are. They dont know what they are doing. Stay away from these dudes. They dont care.

We have used Davis Tire periodically over the past few years to repair / replace tires on 20' chassis used for transporting ocean containers to the port. Service has been quick and the prices were fair.On Aug 26th 2022 we had a tire lose the seal on the rim and called to have it fixed. I let the tech convince me to replace the entire tire with virgin rubber after he informed me that the recap was still in good shape but the tire itself was aging.This particular chassis made it two trips to the port and back for a total of 160 miles. Our driver noticed the wheel wobbling on the way back to the yard and found that the lug nuts were all loose. I called Davis Tire to come back out and tighten the nuts that THEY tightened when replacing the tire and I was informed by Brook that we had to pay a $100 service fee. At the bottom of the original invoice it states that there is a 30 day warranty on labor. I am writing this review on 9/8/22 which is well within the warranty time. All said and done, the tech came out, tightened the nuts and then charged us. I asked him to inspect the wheel to make sure it was sound and he stated it was fine.The final tab somehow came out to be $169.45 with all of the other charges despite being told it would cost $100.I cannot comprehend how a company like this makes a mistake (we all have mistakes) and refuses to fix the problem at their cost. These loose nuts could have easily caused a major wreck on the interstate and lawsuits would have gone in every direction. We got really lucky nothing happened.Two stars for previous good experiences.

Run. Brake job and alignment, who will pay for my front tire and rear rim ?? Can't tighten the bolts on the caliper and now im down one tire for the best alignment and the rear rim that the caliper grided it down , what a joke

Chose this business based on its location to the Baldwin bike trail. From the first phone conversation with Joe (who is awesome) to the final product of getting a replacement tire, nothing but professional, and friendly service throughout the entire experience! We had considered going to one of the big name tire stores, but chose this place based on the positive reviews. They surpassed all of our expectations! The entire crew was very helpful, friendly and professional, all in one package. We dropped off wheel/tire for replacement, completed a bike ride on the Baldwin Trail, and with perfect timing, the tire was ready as we were finishing up with our bike ride. Received a phone call from Joe saying, you re all set and the tire is ready. These guys work hard for your business and they deserve every customer that comes in!!!

Gene Davis from Davis Tire Center is my kind of business owner! Honest, super fast, diagnosed the problem immediately - faulty tire stem. Fair price, quick fix. We will definitely call him again, for all future tire issues! Thank you, Gene and Davis Tire Service!

Called for price of tires, given price. Called back at 2:30 for roadside assistance and was told they were busy until after 5, I would have to pay after hours cost even though I called for the roadside assist @ 2:30

Highly recommend!! We were referred here and so thankful we were! After getting taken for $2800.00 at another RV shop, Davis went above and beyond addressing our RV issues for half the price. Many, many thanks!! We will be calling on them for any future problems.

These guys are super professional and friendly.My wife and I live in a converted school bus full time. We needed new tires for all six wheels and a check over of our engine before we hit the road on a long road trip. We called Davis Tire and they got us in promptly for a set of new tires!Unfortunately four of the tires we got from them were marked incorrectly as tires that were usable when they actually were defective (Chalking this up to a mistake! They were NOT trying to pull on over on us). After a few days we realized they were slowly leaking air! We called up Davis tire and sent them some photos. Right away they got on trying to get someone out to us, but we were able to get enough air in the tires to make it from our location over to them.Within 4 hours of letting them know the situation and traveling to them they got us right in and replaced all four tires and returned the difference on the new tires. The handled this situation with grace and complete customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen and we couldn't be more thankful for how friendly, helpful and understanding they were. They easily could have said too bad and left us hanging but that was not the case.10/10 would recommend them for your tire service needs.

Gave me a price other the phone for little under 300 and got there and payed for tire was 491. Little much for a tire that you can get for 245 to 270 anywhere else.

The owner was rude and inconsiderate of the situation that was happening on his grounds. His loss I will take my business elsewhere with my fleet of work trucks he came recommend but after my experience there Goodyear has been awarded the contract

My husband & I are on a road trip & had a problem with our RV. Jimmy booked us an appointment for first thing Monday. We got there at about 8am, they tended to us immediately. Figured out that my front tires were in pretty bad shape so they took care of it right away. The place was packed but they kept a very steady pace. We were there for about an hour & a half. Back on the road again good as new! Thanks Davis TireWe would highly recommend!!

Fast Friendly and Professional!!!I had a customer of mine with a tire issue in the Florida Keys and Davis Tire mounted a new set of tires on site. Can t thank them enough for the job they did. Highly recommend them for RV tires if you re traveling in Florida.

This place is THE BEST!!! They are the best tire company in Jacksonville!!! They are ALL very friendly! Joey and bodhi are great!! I ve been using them for about 20 years! You don t go back to a place if you aren t happy with the service and or people. If you ve had that problem PLEASE try this place, I promise you ll be very happy ! My family s company also used Davis Tire, Vallencourt inc used them for almost 30 years until they moved to the other side of town. I love this place personally I d work there if they ever needed someone! Just says a lot if you re willing to represent this company by being loyal and having the desire to do a job for them to help them grow! Without good employees you don t have a good business! Everyone has to do their part in any business. Everyone here is happy so something keeps them there besides needing a job!

They are not eager to wait on you. Waited 20 minutes for just an estimate 4 new tires, but the young man was too busy playing on his cell phone and playing with the girl behind the counter. Finally, I just left. The owner won't return any messages I have left.

I went there to have an object that was wedged between my tire and hub cap removed. Matt was who I dealt with. He and the staff were friendly. They asked questions about the object and if I had lost any tire pressure. They efficiently removed the object, which, thank God, did not puncture the tire; and checked the pressure in all of my tires. I was out of there in probably less than 30 minutes. I was surprised that the charge was low since they had to work me in quickly.I recommend them.

First Class Service! Thank you Kayti! Since tires on an RV age out before they wear out, make sure you get the latest made date codes available when buying new tires. Davis Tire will take good care of you. Tires were only Five weeks old! 5016 (50th week of 2016 )Date codes on SIX Yokohama Y023 295/75/22.5/. Out the door prices are the best that I found in researching a 300 mile area.

My lady had a flat tire about a mile from this place and one of the lugs nuts was stripped and I couldn't get it off. I drove to Davis Tire Center and asked for help. Not only did they drove down to where the car was he took the tire off and took it back to the store to plug the hole. When they were done the mechanic drove back to the car and put the tire back on at the end of business hour. I was so appreciated by the courteous the staff shown me and my lady. Davis Tire Center thanks for your help and staffs were so wonderful. I definitely recommend this company for service.

Horrible customer service the last TWO times I visited. The last time being today. Staff has horrible attitude, management isn t much better. Four guys sat around leaned up on my truck not doing anything while I was the only truck in the lot. Safe to say I will never return to Davis tire. If you value your time and money you won t either!!

Davis did a great job job putting new tires on my Tiffin Motor Home. Price was great also. Had Davis do an alignment of the Tiffin also. Great place to go to service on your motor home.

Bodie was friendly and super helpful on the phone. (Which is normally hard to find in that industry) The speed at which they arrived and repaired the tire on my tractor trailer was unreal. Service techs were friendly and down to business. I hope I don t get another flat but if I do, I ll call these guys again.
