Spencer and Aaron were both very friendly, honest, informative and helpful. They both went out of their way to make sure I was making a comfortable purchase and had all the information I needed. I unknowingly showed up 10 minutes before they closed, and Spencer still let me test drive I bought the car the next morning! The whole process of buying my first car was great because of them! We bought a New Jeep Sahara from Darcars. Jenny was our salesperson. She was amazing to work on our behalf. Jenny helped us to find what we wanted. She spent a lot of time with us test driving the different jeeps. She is super knowledgeable about the vehicles. The finance manager and sales manager was very nice and easy to talk to with our purchase. We highly recommend Jenny as your salesperson. She will work hard to help you.

Took my jeep Wrangler there for a problem. Kept it for 5.5 weeks. Told me it was PCM. Had to be sent out for repair cause they no longer make that year (2004). This was after the first 3 weeks. The other problem was no communication for my service representative. So I went up there to find out my service rep. Had been fired. New guy was willing to help but then after another week went by. I was told. The jeep now would stay running for an hour or 2 but would shut down and have misfire codes, but would start right back up. Was then told that it needs a new engine bay wiring harness because it has an oil leak an is saturation the plug to the PCM. Oh by the way we can't get you one of those. Fast forward another 2 weeks. Can't fix it. But it stays running but when it does shut down, it starts right back up. Pick the jeep up around 4:30 $1100.00 20 minutes later calling tow truck cause it shut down and will not restart in the middle of Blanding Blvd during rush hour. So useless misleading and would never recommend this place. If they had a zero star I would give it. Will be contacting BBB and seeking reimbursement of what I did pay. Through legal action.

I was looking at a 18 GMC. They ran my credit, I was approved for the vehicle, they then tell me oh it has transmission issues and they were fixing it.While waiting over a week for them to fix it I was supposed to pick it up on a monday. Talked to my sales person the Thursday before and confirmed if it was fixed I m picking it up Monday.Monday comes and they tell me they sold the GMC Friday afternoon.These people are con artist and I would advise anyone NOT to purchase from here. My credit was ran and took a hit for nothing, all while they KNEW a vehicle had issues that they purposely didn t mention until AFTER they knew I had good credit.(And we agreed to no deposit due to then running my credit THEM telling me the vehicle had issues and I was still patient and waiting for the vehicle to be fixed - that conversation was on the phone with the same salesman in the text)

Took my Jeep Liberty for them to program after having my engine installed. Torre told me that my wires were cross and they d to re-do the wires. On day 3 she said I needed a battery. That was replaced then on day 5 I told something was killing my battery. Then she stated when the tech droves the car my brake light was on, the power steering wheel was spongy and my Jeep went dead due to something draining the battery. I couldn t understand why they couldn t recharge the battery and find the problem. They were just trying to drain me of my funds. I couldn t afford to keep putting out money. Because they acted like they didn t know what the problem was themselves . So Torre told me I can come get my Jeep. I arrived . No one know where my Jeep was or the paperwork. The next day. I was told I could not drive it because of the brakes. So, I had to tow it away little to my knowledge. When I tried to crank the Jeep.. it wouldn t turn over. Call Jeep asked for the GM/ Torre I went to their vm twice. After paying over $1,200 they did not fix my problem. I don t believe they drive it or program the Jeep so it could ve been compare with the new engine. They TOOK my money.

Wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I attempted to purchase a vehicle online and after investing numerous time in submitting all information requested, which was days on days process, I was ghosted by the "salesman," Aaron. Whether someone is approved or not, the POLITE thing would be to at least provide them some information moving forward to close out the process so no one is left sitting up waiting for a phone call day after day. I was blessed to grab a vehicle from the dealership just down the road with a competent sales team and better savings. God's plan clearly.

My Jeep battery goes dead and require me to get a tow to Darcars. Day 1 they tell me the battery is bad & I must replace it first. I replace the battery in the parking lot and the battery light indicator is still on. I take it to Autozone which showed there was a charging issue with the alternator. I take it back the same day and they keep telling me I need to replace my battery ignorning I did replace it. They took the Jeep another day and said nothing was wrong regardless of what the test came back. Today. My Jeep battery went dead because the alternator is BAD. I do not know why these people are refusing to service my Jeep under warranty! Maybe because I m white ? or because your company lacks ethics, integrity, & morals. I understand, if I said I was going to whoop your for calling me stupid, but I treated you guys like gentlemen.No I wouldnt like to speak to you or relive drrrrr cars experience again. Ridiculous -So this is normal? & two days of going dead is not an indicator of a bad alternator? So you wasted days to order the part so it WOULD OF ONLY TOOK A WEEK IN THE SHOP! Update:I got a new Alternator put on & vehicle is good to go. This shop discriminated against me for what reason hell if I know, but I know I will take my business elsewhere if you cannot trust the word of myself, Autozone, or advice from other mechanics. Loco

Suggested that i take my Chrysler here for the express oil change . I didn't like my car leaving my sight . Sure enough first the 66.00 oil change went to a $1000 bill. I felt like they were going to keep my car. i am glad i youtube before ANYONE changes a tire! My car was out of sight , a fellow brings me a picture on his phone saying this was my car, NOT that picture is Silver my piece on my car is black. This was my first experience at this place and im never going back for SERVICE . i felt like the service department that was there Saturday April 6, 2024 around 2pm was EXTREMELY UNGRATEFUL for my business. Thanks but no thanks . I. will buy some tools and YouTube before I go back THERE,!!

Recently purchased an awesome new vehicle from here! Aaron communicated with me for over a month to make sure I got what I wanted and I really appreciated that. *** AARON IS A MUST ***It was time for our New family car and we didn t want to deal with the hassle, called the dealership and spoke with Aaron. This was by far the quickest and best I ve ever been treated at a dealership.I called in at about 4pm, walked in the store at 5pm and was immediately sat down with Aaron. This location was terrible. We dropped off our vehicle with an appointment on Wednesday and they didn t even get around to looking at it until Friday. We told them we had a warranty, but they didn t check so we had to go through the weekend before they checked the warranty on the following Monday. We were told it would be fixed on Tuesday, but they didn t fix it until Friday. Each day they gave different excuses as to why it wasn t fixed. After all of this, they told us that they wouldn t give us our fixed vehicle until they got the money from the warranty people, but that was not our fault at all. They were dishonest, would not return our calls when we would call to ask the status. I will never take my vehicle here again.

Believe the bad reviews.No post sale support. Will lie about paying off your vehicle- resulting in late payments. Will lie about the registration status of your current vehicle.They will ignore you when you question them and stop responding.Florida law requires them to pay off within 10 days or you can sue them, do your research if you find yourself in my situationDo not do business with these clownsUPDATE:AS OF 2/4 my vehicle is still not payed off, which now means I have to make two car payments this month, which I don t have the money for causing severe hardship.

Absolutely horrible service. My father has been waiting for two days for his car when he was told that he just had to drop it off one day and be picked up right then the same day they do not have a great communication they matter of fact, lack it I m really upset and I do not suggest this place for anybody unless you really want to struggle with communication problems. 2 days later and still waiting on them for something that they broke that has to be fixed

My first impression was from an online search, then a phone call from Aaron Ammons. Wow! Great start. He was very prompt to respond with any information I requested. Aaron stayed in touch with us through the entire process. "We want to earn your business." No pressure. Everything he said he could or would do was done! No hype. Aaron and our salesman John, sent a video to make sure they found "my perfect" truck, before we drove 80 miles to test drive it. They had indeed! From Aaron's first welcoming, "how can I help you," on the phone, and again from the sales staff, etc when we were in the dealership, to delivery of our new truck, we had an amazing experience. 100% satisfied. What an unexpected day. Came in for some maintenance, left with a level up. Jenny prioritized my financial wants and needs to the point where I had no choice but to make the deal. She was very helpful in covering all of the bases. Jenny gave me multiple routes that best fit me and waited 10 hours for me to find the right fit. Malia was totally awesome to deal with and made the experience totally stress free and went far and beyond to get us the best possible deal. I wish I could leave a 15/5 stars for Kyle in the sales department and Dylan the Manager. They met every one of my needs for the vehicle me and my girlfriend bought. We had a little hiccup afterward that they absolutely could not control and made sure it was handled appropriately. Definitely recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase. Wow, where to begin Are there any reliableand trustworthy car dealerships?? Between their impossible to reach staff to their lying about interest rates and financing approval it's hard to pick. Only go here if you know exactly what you want and don't ask any questions.They ran our credit over a dozen times without our consent, don't ever call or text back and when they do it's a different person telling you different information.

UPDATE:Spoke to two individuals in the corporate office. Sad to say that we are no closer to getting our situation rectified than before. The vehicle has been back in their care at least twice since I've made this post and each time, it comes back with another issue as if they are trying to get more money out of us. Call to speak to the young lady from corporate and had no look twice already. Yet the worker/ manager keeps asking us to remove our post. I would actually consider if the issue could be resolved. To have to go through all of this to get a solution to this ongoing problem leaves a even worse taste in my mouth. No one has been rude or distasteful these last two times but they clearly have no idea what they are doing.Original Post *This place should be ashamed of how they handle their business. Everyone was welcoming upon arrival. But for servicing our vehicle, it has been a nightmare. They had our Jeep for over a month. And we had to go to management to even get a loner car for a mistake that they made after. Our insurance paid them and we paid a 500 deductible out-of-pocket. Needless to say, the issue is still not resolved. And the car is worse off than it was when we went. We had to take it back a second time for them to correct the mistake that they made and after them Having it for an additional 2 weeks, the vehicle is still not running properly and has the same issue it had originally. Trying to resolve anything by phone is almost impossible. So we have to continue to try to take time out of our work day to communicate and half of the time management is said to not be available. I will be attempting to reach out to their corporate office.
