My husband I had our car windows tinted by Robert (owner) on a Sunday afternoon! He did an absolute amazing job on our car and was very detailed to make sure everything was perfect to make for it to last forever! His film is high quality and on top of that he warranties the job as long as we own the car which is great since you don t find that type of guarantee these days! Robert was very friendly and had great customer service treating my husband and myself like we were good friends not just another customer which made our day!! On top of great customer service we are new to the area and Robert enlightened us on the ins and outs of Jacksonville area and answered any questions we had as well. I d HIGHLY recommend Custom Made in the Shade Jax for all your tinting needs! Believe me Mr Robert will answer any questions you have as well as take care of all of your tinting needs!! Oh I didn t mention price how could I forget the most important part of the review!!!!!! Mr Roberts prices are definitely great and when you add in the warranty he gives makes them incomparable to anything! Robert the owner did a great job on my custom window Tinting. My vehicle windows needed to be designed by hand not on a machine. They came to my home and did a great job. 4 years later and the tint is still looking great. Had them tint my patio windows which made a great difference in temp and can now enjoy the room in the afternoon. Thank you

I really liked dealing with Made In The Shade Jax window tinting. I dealt directly with the owner, Robert, who kept me in the loop the entire time he was working on my window tinting. Full disclosure, I owned and operated a sign making business in the MD/DC area and I look for high quality application and workmanship and I view this with a very critical eye. Robert did not disappoint and did what I consider a superior application. His pricing for removal of old tinting and applying new tinting was VERY reasonable and I couldn't be happier.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Got my father's truck windows tinted for Father's Day this year as a surprise and they came out perfect. He loves them still and he is very picky when it comes to detail. I'd seen a few negative reviews here, but this was not my experience at all. Apparently, there were issues with a previous employee that had to be let go a while back. Windows were done within the hour of starting and cannot recommend this service enough to anyone that wants professional results without the hassle of sitting somewhere while you wait.

DO NOT USE!!Horrible job, was dusty and tint was all bubbles everywhere... Said he would refund only half... And I still have not gotten anything over a month later...As to the "owners" response... I sent pictures for proof, and went to a reputable shop to get it re done properly... Why would I go back to a guy that messed up so bad and then would do nothing to remedy the situation... again horrible job, DO NOT USE!!

Terrible work got my windows tinted a couple months ago. Owner and his apprentice argued the entire time and became physical with one another. Tint quality is horrible, after I waited the allotted time to roll my windows down so tint could set, my windows started to peel. HIGHLY UPSET!!!!Literally I looked at the bed reviews and still decided to give this a chance ..I called on a Saturday and got an appointment set up for tomorrow .. that Sunday at 5:00!!! He text me the address and confirmed . On Sunday I show up at 4:37 meanwhile I drove 32 minutes out to get there.I called his personal cell 5 times and the shop phone 5 times no answer no I m sorry texts no nothing ! I was going to wait until tomorrow to make peace but this is crazy! Literally I would even give it a chance anymore ! I waisted gas and time ! Guys do not go! And the place was all cluttered with dirty mattresses in the view , DOSENT feel very safe. Out there . But I don t wanna get a sorry for that I was busy come back I ll do half off or no have a blessed day response u have proved urself u can t even communicate that s terrible! Not good customer service!!!

I am very happy with the work performed by Custom Window Tinting. Robert Snyder is very professional and the quality. of of work performed is exceptional. Very polite andi had the job done in a timely manner. I recommend CUSTOM WINDOW TINTING to anyone needing this service. The price was unbeatable. Mr. Snyder is very knowledged in window tinting. Great work and friendly guys. We set a time that was convienient for me and they came to me. He took the time to understand what I wanted and worked hard to meet my expectations. Very happy with the results. Would def use them again. His work came with a lifetime guarantee!

Rob Snyder is a scam artist. Stay away form this business or anything else he will try to sell you on. He told me that he is a professional and trained over half the guys in Jacksonville how to tint cars and now I am stuck with bubbles in ALL my windows and he will not return my calls. He told me that he would come by my house and look at the bubbles...never did. He told me he would come by my office, never came. He told me if I wanted my money back he would give me a full refund...hasn't happened. Now he has blocked my cell phone number from his phone and I'm stuck with a crappy window tint from a guy who. Stay away from Rob Snyder in any business venture he may be in.Joe Carlucci wrote this message.

This seems to be a great guy with much experience. I'm trying to do more reviews so here it is. My only complaint is I couldn't contact him to confirm details about an apartment. I tried multiple times over hours. After seeing reviews about not being able to contact him about complaints. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Seems like a great guy . I could be wrong give him a chance. I just don't have time to spare. I value his time and mine

DON'T DO IT!!! Absolutely the worst experience I've had as far as window tinting goes. There have been multiple issues and despite several attempts to schedule a fix on both my Mercedes and my BMW, I've gotten nothing but the run around for months.
