They fixed my car(A/C 2 hoses, Tire Sensor, & lights). I feel that they were honest and did a good job. A little pricey but for all that was done, it was less than the dealership s. Dealership wanted $1,000 more.

Did not receive the service I paid for. I paid $64.95 to get my engine light diagnosed for the underboost code, I did not get that done, instead I was told about a bunch of other codes and no follow up. Additionally, I brought my truck in with no brake light sensors on, picked it up and the brake light senaors were on after I had them replaced( a few weeks proior at another place) when I got them checked( somewhere else) one of the sensors were unplugged. It was unplugged on the passenger side which is the same side my other tire was repaired at this shop. Although John was nice I do not recommend. I lost money and did not get the service I paid for, I had to take to Ford to get the underboost code diagnosed. Stay far away!

Moved from Saint Louis, MO and missed my honest and awesome mechanic. My dad found them after a quick Google search and my dad told me that they were super honest and they don't rip you off. They are super friendly Jon is super nice and very knowledgeable and very hard working. And the lady sorry I can't remember your name that checked me out is super super friendly. I will be taking my 2011 Camry there for my oil changes and any other needs. Highly recommend for any car issue. Thank you for your honest and amazing service.

So happy with the service provided!! Friendly with clear and helpful communication from the start. John was quick to answer every time I called, and always took the time to answer any questions I had. He recommended a tow company that was fast, friendly, and affordable as well. Once I actually got my vehicle towed to him, it was repaired and ready for pick up in less than 48 hours. We traveled out of state the same day we picked it up, and it ran great. Pricing was extremely fair as well! When I went to pick it up, everyone in the front office was just as friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Excellent people. Growing up, our local mechanic was like family. Trustworthy and dependable, and knew us all by name. We never even considered going anywhere else! My experience with Crossroads reminded me of that nostalgic familiarity. I ll choose personal and friendly service over the big box chains any day. The technicians broke my starter and put it on anyway with one bolt ..broke one of the connectors on my transmission and use a zip tie to hold it in place instead of replacing it once I pointed it out to the owner he bought me a replacement starter so he is a good guy

Crossroads auto is reputable, professional, affordable, reliable and always a pleasure to deal with even on my bad days, when my car isn't working correctly. Have been taking car to dealership for over 20 years. After a very bad experience with them for the very first time in over 20 years I decided to try somewhere else. Crossroads is not far from my house. Went in and explained my situation. Transmission fluid service at two other places was going to be $298 and $231 and at Crossroads it was less than $100. I feel like I have known John and Lydia forever and I only met them 2 months ago. Highly recommend. Wish I would have discovered them years ago.Services: Transmission, Battery, Oil change

I had concerns with my steering wheel shaking for a few weeks, only driving it twenty-five miles an hour. I feared the worse and was not financially prepared to have an expensive repair. However, I took it to John at Crossroads and after an inspection, he resolved the problem.As usual, he was proffessional, honest, and attended to the problem in a timely manner. Sorry, John. I am so conflicted but you do not deserve my loyalty. Since I have known you for many years I trusted you. Took my great but older 2009 Ford Focus to you for an entire inspection to see what I should do to keep it going. I was happy with the service. So, I sent my very dear friend to you to check out his Expedition. First you said spark plugs but apparently could not find the time? Then you kept it for 2 weeks & decided it was not worth fixing? Charged him a small fortune for nothing? If you did not want to do the job simply say so. Very disappointed.

The best automotive repair shop in Jacksonville. Diagnosed and fixed faulty AC issue on 2014 KIA Cadenza which a dealer claimed did not exist. They take the time and effort to fix the frustrating intermittent problems that most repair shops will just sign off on. John discovered loose tie rod ends when I took van in for an oil change before a road trip. He replaced the damaged parts the same day and now my van drives like new. I always appreciate how John takes the time to explain what is going on with my car and what needs to be addressed. He's always so good at prioritizing the work (when possible) and letting me know when a big job is coming up so I can prepare financially. My Nissan problem was with the windshield wiper motor switch relay John diagnostic the problem give me the bad part back. I have been undergoing treatment for B Cell lymphoma for several months. One day during many exhausting appointments our A/C quit cooling during the stop and go traffic. John took just a few minutes to top off the coolant to keep us up and going. The following week, I was hospitalized so John kept the van and replaced the broken parts and it's now like a new vehicle. He also replaced the ABS sensors at half the dealer cost. On a silly side note, the window washer fluid reservoir was constantly leaking and just a big annoyance. He fixed it for me after 4 other mechanics failed the task. For your information, the vehicle is a 2015 Kia Sedona mini-van. John and Crossroads is the shop for my family.
