Back in November, i got in an accident and this place was one of the only places that my insurance would cover the repairs from. I usually liked to get my car repaired from the manufacturer direct so I was hesitant at first. When I got there I talked to Ben and he said that they ll get the part directly from my car s manufacturer and have one of their guys recalibrate the sensors that attach to it. He said it would take a week but he actually got my car back for me in 5 days and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was more than happy with my experience and grateful for their transparency, friendliness, and honesty.

Katie was very professional and took care of my car like it was her own. I received my car back in perfect condition and they even cleaned my dog's nose trails off the windows not involved in the crash. I'm recommending people check out Crash Champions.

Crash champions repaired my son's vehicle after his wreck. I was highly impressed with their communication. They gave me updates frequently enough to know what was going on but not so often that they overdid it. Hopefully we don't have more crashes but if we do we will definitely bring it back to Crash Champions. The car actually looks better than before the wreck. Perfect paint matching and faster than expected work!

Ben Wilson has top notch customer service. Very pleased with the follow through to be sure my vehicle was back to how it was before the incident happened. Ben kept me informed through the whole process. And my vehicle was finished earlier than expected. Would use again and would recommend.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had I got a call saying my vehicle was complete. I show up and wait over 30 minutes for my car to be pulled up, only to find it is not fixed actually I had. I tail lights so they were going to let me leave without having working taillights. Imagine if I had my 3 years old in the car and someone smashed into me for having no taillights. After leaving my car with them they claim this happened prior to my accident. I had perfectly working taillights prior with a police report to back this up. Please do not use this company they are horrible.

Progressive required me to use this place when their customer hit my car. Crash Champions tried to give it back to me with multiple missing parts I had to keep asking be reinstalled and also without even fixing all of the issues it was in for. The car frame was bent. They tried to return it with that damage still there. Their paint job was shoddy. I have pictures documenting the gashes and chips in the paint. Zero communication. I called and called and called again for 3 weeks trying to find out the status. Then twice they said it was ready and I arrived twice to find it wasn't fixed. Even after I got it I still had to go back yet again because they didn't put bulbs in. Their young woman at the front desk was usually cordial until she wasn't the final day.Service: Painting

My 2015 Genesis was hit on the side and I reached out to the team at Sunbeam Auto body. I've known Bobby Andrews for years and he's always taking good care of me and my family. He did an amazing job as you can see from the photographs ensuring that my car looks like new. BEWARE OF THIS STORE Do not know if it is all stores but this one is ridiculous. Tried explaining what happened when my truck got hit and the salesman would keep thinking I am lying. Went back told them about my door not locking and the manager replied with a stupid question if I thought getting hit in the bumper made this happen They had to replace sensors which would mean a simple computer adjustment instead they said they do not want my business. Corporate next. UPDATE BUMPER IS ALSO NOT EVEN

Very bad job, the rude painting supervisor, they charged the insurance a lot of money for a lousy job, and they did not cover the supposed guarantee, they painted without properly repairing the blow, poor quality paint with drops and stuck mosquitoes, additionally they reported to the insurance having delivered the car 5 days before and they charged me 5 days of the rental car unfairly

I had my front bumper replaced, radiator and condenser replaced. Ben W did an amazing job. He and the shop kept me updated the whole time and I got my car back way sooner than I thought I would. I am glad I went with this shop and I would recommend it to others! After receiving my truck back from this company, one week after my bumper was replaced, I have a permanent white Haze that has shown through on the very bottom of the bumper. I now have to take it back to see what can be done to fix it. I should not have to make another trip. This is very inconvenient as I live 40 minutes from this location. They should check the quality of the work before they release it.

OMG Fantastic staff and my car looks like it was not even in an accident and it looks fantastic !!! So impressed !! My first time using this body shop as I just relocated with my job back in December and got rear ended and my first accident ever so I was nervous and everybody made me feel so welcomed and everybody was so professional and I rented a small suv and they were great and they are inside this body shop which was so easy for me ! Body shop team members kept me updated on my car repair by text and they got my car done in a timely manner and Tina my adviser was great also and the 2 ladies at the front counter very sweet and very helpful.You all are the best and Thank you so much !!!!I highly recommend this body shop !!!!SincerelyTina HowanstineServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Gave 2 stars because the customee service was nice. But to be honest i think they are very pricey i got a car on perfect conditions but it was on an accident which literately had a scratch on the back part of the car i drove the car there because the insurance told me to.They estimated a total loss just for that i looked at the same price of the cars online and it was not even half of what the insurance wanted to reimburse me.I went out to another shop and i am currently fixing my car for 1/3 of the totalloss estimated price.This guys are just loosing business and decreasing their productivity thank god this is US there is always someone else hustling against big conpanies like this.

I took my car to Crash champions after an auto accident. Ben worked with me through the process . Gave me updates regularly so I didn t wonder when I would get my car back . Very very great body shop , they fixed my baby so well you can t tell the accident ever happened . It took 1 month to fix but was well worth the wait. My car looked just as pristine as it did before the accident. I was even more surprised they were able to find my custom colored paint. the only issue was the black glove marks On my cream colored cloth on the roof of my car and the sun visor but no worries it came right out with a few Clorox wipes And now looks like they were never there. All I can say is WOW!I was referred to Sunbeam Auto body from my insurance company and took my car in to have some repairs done. They were on top of it the whole time! The car looks amazing, like new and I was very nicely surprised when I picked up the car to find out they had detailed inside and out! Billing and repairs went so smooth. I 100% recommend them to anyone needing any work done to their vehicle. Great service in the office, warehouse and beyond. If I ever need another repair I'll absolutely use them!

The side of my door was hit and took it in to get repaired and once I got my car there was paint chips off the hood of my car that was no there when I took it in. I was told they just replaced the door so there was nothing they could do about it. My car had no paint missing off the hood when I dropped it off and now there is. They were also rude on the phone when I tried to explain the situation and the communication overall was terrible. Do not recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The repairs were absolutely phenomenal! From repairing a rim to pin stripes my car looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Customer service is also ECXEPTIONAL! We turned our car in on January 3rd with a promised finished date of January 10th. The day comes to pick the car up and neither my husband or I received a call so I called myself. The woman who picked up the phone replied with "Oh no has called you yet, yeah we are waiting on another part that should be here today so your new day of pickup will be Thursday the 12th. The day comes and a woman calls my husband and explains that the new day is pushed again and at earliest will be friday the 13th and latest Monday the 16th. So almost 2 weeks of pushed back appointments and no car with BEYOND POOR communication. I would not suggest this company or location to my worst enemy. I have two small children with no rental car (we are a one income family so can not afford one). I just do not understand why not give a longer estimated date rather than now 3 changes in pickup. I am severely agitated and my patience is worn thin, I never experienced this kind of service with Caliber Collision, maybe thats why their ratings are higher in average.Edit:It is now the 16th. Today we were supposed to get a call so we could pick up our vehicle. Me nor my husband received such a call and I just had to call them MYSELF AGAIN. I was put on hold and the woman told me she would call me back she had to speak to a technician. It has been 15 minutes and no call back. She said they were in the process of assembling it back together and they were looking to get the vehicle back by today.Ultimate example of horrible customer service.Edit: Got a call back itll be ready by 430. Well thank the lord all mighty they actually kept to their agreement. Still is so annoying it took me to call them to get an update.Edit: Woman calls back and asks if we will make it to the shop before 5 to pick up because that's when they close. Im sorry what? Are we inconvenience you? You have inconvenienced our family on four separate occasions now. Just wow.Service: Body & Trim

06-30-2022 8:32 writing this from the parking lot. I was assigned to come here for an insurance inspection. Due to traffic and the place being located directly in front of a railroad crossing, I was late arriving to my appointment but still within the 30 minutes. My car was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. After acknowledged I was told that I missed my appointment although I was there for 10 minutes. They told me I was supposed to go inside although there's a sign outside for Geico inspections which is misleading. The young guy was nonchalant. I will never use this place again!

Second time I have had body and paint work performed here. Crystal was perfect, and Jojo at the front desk was awesome. The work was right on target and turned out great both times.Work was done on time, and Crystal called me to give an update on progress before I had a chance to call her.Great service by good people. Great experience I had my car fixed through insurance claim. They had me in fast kept me updated and finished the car before the estimated time. Not sure why they have some bad reviews but my experience was outstanding

Was there to get an estimate on my truck. The front desk greeter was friendly and responsive. I showed up 1/2 early to my appointment time and they took me in right away. The inspector noticed more damage than what I originally saw and was courtesy about pointing it out. The inspection was quick, simple and they were ready for me with all their paperwork. Answered all my questions as well. Would highly recommend them for accident claims work.

My experience here was horrible had my car over a month have been told 3 times my car was ready and wasn t communication is terrible between front desk and the worker. Very upset and has been a BIG inconvenience to my life without a car. And yet on today I received a text letting me know my car was ready and I voiced my concerns and how much they have inconvenience me with my car I was told someone was going to call back far as delivery my car to me and accommodate me for my prices I have yet to hear from anyone.
