I recently had a terrible experience at here largely due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their employees, summer. Summer is not only incompetent but also incredibly rude and uncooperative when it comes to working with customers. Despite my attempts to communicate my concerns, summer dismissed them arrogantly and made no effort to address the issues with my vehicle. It's evident that summer lacks basic customer service skills and should not be interacting with people in any capacity. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this establishment if you value quality service and respectful treatment.

Words can t explain Im still waiting on back order piece for my car its been 3 months have not received a phone call on missing piece. Car was in shop for 3 months finally get it back and my door would not lock after repairs. STILL waiting on piece of my car that is missing.

If I could rate them a zero I would. They have changed our vehicle return date 4 times. And we still don't have it back. Th we y can't figure out how to calibrate a backup sensor. If you are a female going there for anything.... don't. They will consider you an idiot and tell you to have your husband call them. Getting anything out of them is like getting teeth pulled. I have no idea if they do good work or not because I haven't seen my vehicle in 2 weeks. And updates don't happen unless you call them and askI have contacted my insurance and suggested they quit using this facility for anything. If I could get avoid paying my deductible I would because handi g them money seems like flushing it in the toilet.

They did the paint and repair good enough but the car was returned to me in horrible condition on the inside. It looked like a car that had been sitting in a junkyard with the windows down for a month. I took it back for it to be cleaned and they still didn't get it back to the state it was in when I left it with them. I figure it's going to costs me $100 at a real detailer to get it cleaned. The pictures I posted are from after I took it back to be cleaned. Notice the literal paint overspray on my leather seats. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lisa was amazing she kept us informed of everything being done ,what parts was ordered and how long it may take to be completed never made any promise to when it would be done ,she even help with the car rental process . The car looks amazing and the paint job looks super as well Thanks for all the hard work and getting my car back did a great job Thanks lisa for all you did even on your vacation I was truly glad to see great customer service is still around thanks to everyone who work on the car very happy would have gave a 10 star .I would defiantly recommend your service to anyone needing good work Thanks AgainServices: Painting, Body & Trim

You left out the part about leaving parts off my truck, witch had nothing to do with clips, 281 miles put on it while in your care and my window leaking like a faucet. Witch I still don't know if it's fixed, it hasn't rained any serious amount since the incident. I'm sorry I had to write this, but your people stuck by the clip excuse, I have to clear that up. No clips on a running board, no clips on my wheel well trim, no clips on my door decals and lastly, no clips on my rear passenger seat belt hold down. The paint and body part looks awesome. Ow, and by the way they stripped out one of my new bed hold down clips, so I have a bolt that just wiggles and spins. I ordered on, no biggie. I'm happy that the time was taken to make sure my vehicle was done right. However, the delays really stressed my nerves because I had to alter my plans several times due to several delays. It would have been nice to be compensated with a reduced out of pocket amount.The receptionist was nonchalant when I asked to speak with management, saying there was no management on sight nor available to discuss my issue. She was only able to dispense the vehicle and receive the deductible.Poor customer service.

Blindsided on the fact that they wouldn't be able to start on my car for 2 -3 weeks because it was towed to the facility. Very unprofessional. Does not care about keeping your vehicle safe at all! If I could rate no stars I would.

Awful is the only word I can describe this place if you want shady work and for them to damage your property you ve found the place had my jeep in there because of a rear end accident they ripped paint off my topper wouldn t honor fixing it because of prior damage in a different section of the top and also when I came to pick up the vehicle had wires hanging out of my bumper that I myself had to zip tie absolutely awful work do not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Had a horrible experience the insurance company sent my car here to get fixed when I came to pick up my car the car started to over heat,loose power and they took the guard that goes inside the hood of the car and when I tried to call them back to let them know they were of no help didn t give me any answers.

Crash champions GM -Lori Walker is the most unprofessional manager I ve ever experienced. I brought my vehicle back due to the rear door not locking at all now where before it was intermittent. Previous repairs I ve always advised the service advisors/ assessors that I was still experiencing issues. The technicians could never find the root of why it wasn t working or it would lock in the technicians present and they would say it s fine. Today I off work and took my car back. Lori was the epitome I don t care and I never spoke with her. She advised me that she s the new shop manager. I was flabbergasted as I ve paid this shop $1500.00 for multiple repairs. The told me that you have to make an appointment for the doctors and they are no different, which I stated to her I was totally unaware of the protocol and wasn t aware of new management. She looked at the claim documents or the print out from my car was there and said why would it take you so long to come back. I stated I have been back spoke with Helen and Angie concerning the locking of my rear door. There wasn t a caring or empathetic bone in Lori body to my concerns. This is totally unacceptable for somebody in management especially a GM.Service: Body & Trim

The work is ok. They did what they needed to do. But it wasn't the greatest as I had to take my car back to get fixed 5 months later. The customer service sucked. Would I recommend them. No. Would I personally pay for them to do work on my car again. Absolutely not. Were they completely horrible. Not completely. Used them through my auto insurance due to a no fault collision. Friendly, professional and thorough. Unerpromised and over delivered with the expected turnaround time. Had a minor issue a few weeks later with a wiper fluid hose becoming detached from the reservoir, and they were kind, they fixed it swiftly and at no charge. I cannot recommend Crash Champions enough. A+ experiences!Service: Body & Trim

I was notified as to the progress of the repair each and every step. The vehicle was ready in record time as promised and appeared to be a good job. So I will say my issue is not with the people who actually helped me, but the work they did. The customer service was phenomenal to the point that I feel bad leaving this review.. but the repair process was god awful. They didn t reassemble my car properly. My brake light literally popped out after going over a speed bump. They left parts disassembled in my back seat. They dirtied up my cream colored seats. They left my side view mirror hanging. They also had to have done something with my power steering because afterwards I couldn t even turn my wheel with one hand. I had to bring my car back and they fixed everything but it doesn t change the fact that my safety was at risk. The adjuster told me they more than likely rushed because it was the end of the month and I really appreciate that transparency but that doesn t make it okay. To this day I still have a piece missing from side door but I just do not want to be bothered with them again. 1 out of 10 would jot recommend. But the ladies who helped with the initial check in process and my claims adjuster were great. So props to them.Service: Body & Trim

Lori, saw me coming back to my car and said come with me and I will take care of you now. Lori, I made it to work on time because you went above and beyond and that's what you call excellent service. The advisor Helen was extremely deceitful and accusatory. Lying directly to me several times. The manager Randy was honest enough but viewed clerical tasks as vastly more important than dealing with a dishonest employee and a customer in need.Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed several caps and bolts missing as well as a coolant hose and skid plate then had to argue with the manager, Randy, to get all the parts put back on the vehicle.Highly recommend going with another option as this place was dishonest and performed extremely low quality work to the point if I hadn t inspected it myself my engine could have easily been destroyed.If you do use them, take plenty of before and after pictures and look under the hood to make sure nothings missing or loose.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

5 weeks later and I still don t have my car returned.No one ever reached out to update me on repairs at all .I was made aware by my adjuster that my car should have been ready 02/21/2022 no one has called to inform me on any updates at all(since I took the car in 01/16/2022). Every time I spoke with the manager (Randy ) he states the person who is over the assigned was fired . That s the second time I have hear this same exact excuse from this place I would not recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly, respectful and professional staff with a warm greeting. They explained every step of repairs process as well as rental assistance w/ transportation to them. The time line was fully explained. In fact, repairs were completed before they had anticipated, being the parts had to come from Korea. Yes they fixed my mirror as they were told however my car was returned w electric issue. My window don t roll down. Was told return car at my earliest convenience. There is no early convenience. Avoid at all cost. This is the biggest inconvenience ever. I would have kept my broke mirror had I known I ll have issues w electric

Great service, went there both times i got in an accident but they were sometimes are very slow on both services. Telling me it would be ready one day then changing it LAST MINUTE because they forgot to either clean it or do something else it needed. They will get you right you just might not get your car until a few days after they say.

Manager Lori Walker is unprofessional and treats her customers and coworkers like they do not matter. She has no regard for others and She will fix your car the way she See's fit regardless of rules and regulations. I would not trust this woman to take in your vehicle.She hires the homeless under the table to clean vehicles for her without corporate knowledge which is why there are so many complaints about vehicles being unclean.
