I handed in my car for a repair which was only two months old and they returned it to me with broken plastics. Inside the car they did not properly adjust what they removed. The staff there took photos of everything I pointed out that I saw was wrong and They stopped calling, so several months have passed, I went again and the colleague who had told me that he was going to buy the parts was not there, and so no one has contacted me, I handed in my car. Without a sound and it turns out that right now it is a bell that he was driving, it is unbearable thanks to everyone who in one way or another touched my car, a 2022 car with zero miles that I had purchased, for me the service that They offered a good repair, but they didn't deliver it to me as they should.

I had a really bad experience with the one who took my car's case initially, who finally no longer work at this shop anymore. He didn't fix property. The second time, my car was fixed but the problem still occurred when John help me. Luckily, I was able expressed my concern and experience with John, Charlie, Chrissy, and my car insurance representative who understood my car problem and stepped in to resolve the problem. My best recommend to you all are: making sure the car are fixed properly, following up with them, and giving them a second chance to resolve the problem.

These guys were the best from beginning to the end. Everyone was very helpful. My husband acciden was very stressful worrying about the car being fixed. was one less thing we had to worry about because of the employee at Crash Champions. Anyone needing their car put back together for whatever reason this is the place to come they deserve 10 Stars

This whole experience has been a nightmare. Months down the line im having to pay out of pocket for half completed repairs. My service rep was Carlos, who seems very helpful by conversation initially, but i soon found out this was the wrong place to be. Better off trying the location at 7135 Atlantic blvd instead of 8929 Atlantic Blvd. upon getting my vehicle towed to the location, I meet Carlos and he assured me everything would be ok. Skip to a month later after drop off of my vehicle and multiple date changes ( in Carlos words, I just need to add your trim )i pick up my vehicle. At first glance, i assumed everything was good and signed off for release and verified that it was ok( this was influenced by me being excited to get my car back and not needing to pay out of pocket for extending the rental). A day later what was once repaired, my bumper begin slipping off and the trim flew off while riding on the expressway this was extremely alarming causing me to swerve in a car accompanied by three little ones. I immediately came to a stop on the side of the rode to try and snap it back on. I was do devastated, as a single mom with a busy work schedule and a tight funds. I knew it would be a hassle getting my car back to the shop allowing them to keep it. How would i get to work and get the kids back and forth to school? A week later I convinced my sister to allow me to hold her vehicle while i take my car back to the shop. I was extremely upset making Carlos aware of the issues. Bumper coming off, trim flying off while driving, and strange thumping noise coming from my tire. He then told me that my car needed and alignment which this was cause by the accident. I had never had the issues prior to the crash. He promised me that the bumper and trim would be replaced upon second pickup. Fast forward a month later from second pick up and the trimming is still flying off while i drive. Im sick to my stomach. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Professional Courtesy Customer service. Kyle answered all my questions. The communication was great. I was greeted each time with a friendly tone. Great atmosphere My vehicle was ready before the due date and it was clean when I picked it up

THIEVES. BEWARE THAT THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS. My insurance company recommended this place to get my car fixed and I needed my car fixed so decided to use them. they fixed my car but didn't complete everything that they were supposed to and there technician or whoever the employed to detail the car stole items from out of my car. when I talked to the manager Charlie he was very rude and unapologetic he laughed in my face and said my technicians don't steal. then tried to argue me down and say that it may have been the detailers that they hired to clean the car out. I would not recommend the people at all find a place with honest and hard working people because this place is not. if i could give less that 1 star I would because they aren't even worth the 1 star.Service: Body & Trim

Had a car accident in January and car was taken to Crash Champions. Office kept my husband informed of the repairs regularly, they were very pleasant. They were unable to repair the final part of the vehicle due to a supply chain issue. We ended up totalling the car. We went to Crash Champions to collect our personal items from the car and they were very pleasant and accommodating. Would use them again in the event of another accident.

Absolutely, hands down, amazing shop!! I chose them for repair after being rear ended as they are a preferred body shop of the other party's insurance. Then my Mom called to check some things out before final decision to use them and she was so impressed with the amount of time and information they gave her. Chrissy and Charlie are phenomenal!!! They go above and beyond with communication, details, customer service, professionalism and commitment to ensure you are satisfied with the work. The original inspection by insurance noted the caveat there may be hidden damage. Not long after having my car, Chrissy was already in communication with the company and submitted additional claims that was more than the total of original estimate and it was immediately approved because of the detailed submission to insurance. My car looks like a million bucks and I am so thankful for them!! I remember that they were same shop that fixed a previous vehicle of mine many years ago and so impressed that their commitment and quality are still beyond fabulous!!!!Thanks Sunbeam Autobody!!! Very pleasant people; I believe her name is Christina and I also worked with Paolo. I didn t experience any sort of stealing; the exact opposite actually. One of my kids magnets and some random cloth I didn t remove were sitting on my seat waiting for my return.Paolo kept me updated when things took longer than expected; mainly a parts issue which I expected. Got into an accident on Labor Day then a storm came the day the parts came in and Christina called me today saying my car was ready and I was surprised! Also no idea about cars but it seems to be running smoothly and it s very shiny and cleaned which I didn t expect!I also realize I left my mailbox key in the car and didn t want to drive out to get it separately. Paolo found it and kept it aside for me in his office. I left without it since I forgot, he didn t see me come in then I came right back and Christina called him out, he had it right in his hand to give to me!Services: Transmission, Painting

Brought my car here b/c I thought it would be more convenient using my insurer's preferred body shop. Unfortunately, this was not the case as I ended up w/o my car for what amounted to 3 weeks for an estimated 3 day job.Ill give them an extra star b/c I think the paint work was really good. The paint matched the adjacent panels just fine, as well as the metallic flakes.However, I feel like this shop's attention to detail & craftsmanship is sorely lacking. Panels were not assembled properly, uneven gaps between the panels, missed bumper clips, bolts were not properly torqued. I found scrapes/scuffs/wear marks were on various exterior and interior parts that appeared on the car that were not there before. IMO, this really is evidence of inexperienced techs, or the techs not taking the time needed to prepare and research the vehicle they were working on to prevent any sort of mishaps from occurring during the repair. These issues ultimately led me to drop off the car off a second time. I have picked up the car again, and this time, about 90% of the issues were resolved.This was my first experience with this company, and will most likely not deal with them again. I was genuinely disappointed in the quality of work they showed with my vehicle. Once I addressed them with the supervisor, he did "address" them, but not w/o showing me a negative attitude first.(Funnily enough, I had a coworker w/ a very similar experience w/ the shop located on Sunbeam Ave. He ended up bringing back his truck 4 times).

They steallllllllllllll don t take your vehicle here parts on the car still not fixed. Charlie the manger let me know they don t have cameras he trust all his techs but would not ask the guy or guys who worked on my vehicle (fishy). Grown men stealing an 3 year old change jar.

This place is the reason zero star reviews should be allowed. Made an appointment for a estimate. Showed up s few minutes early and was told no one was available. Hesitant to even make an appointment after the same negative reviews came up over and over.

My car was badly damaged in a hit and run and Sunbeam Autobody went above and beyond in repairing it. Charlie was terrific to deal with. The car had to go back in a second time, to fix something not originally covered by my insurance, and he acted as an advocate for me with the insurance company to get the work covered. The body and paint work were flawless.

Shotty work and very unprofessional!!!I took my wife's car here after hurricane Mathew for damage repair. When they called me to pick it up I thought it was a fast, timely repair. Unfortunately, it was a terrible job. My wife immediately noticed a crease where they didn't buff down the repair good enough and painted over the bad work. There was still glass in the seat due to the busted windshield that wasn't vacuumed good enough. And a mysterious new scratch on the driver fender. The service guy Devin immediately said they would fix these and got what I assume was his manager to come and look. The manager was extremely rude and just said "We'll take care of it." No window of time was given to me on when it would be done. Considering I already paid my deductible and my insurance issued their payment I was hoping For a quick turn around. This was Tuesday, Nov. 1st. Thursday afternoon, after no word, I called to check on the status. Devin said it was getting painted and would be ready Friday afternoon. Monday, after no word, I called and was told I could pick it up around 12:30 -1:00 pm. When i got there the receptionist had no idea where our car was and said Devin takes lunch from 12:20-1:30. The rude manager came out, brought the car around and of course the glass was still in the seat and the mysterious scratch was still there. Luckily, the crease was fixed. On the scratch he said it was there when they received the car. I told him it was new, we had no idea where it was from. He said they had pictures of the car but could not provide any from his computer when he looked. Then simply said "bring it around and we'll get it." Obviously, I did not give them a 3rd chance to screw up. If at all possible, do not take your vehicle to these sorry excuses for the hack job you're sure to receive.

I had an accident and my insurance company suggested Sunbeam. They had a original date of 2 weeks. However, they knew I was paying out of pocket for my rental They were on top of their game. They had it finished 7 days before scheduling.. Thanks a bunch Sunbeam Auto. I highly recommend...

I just picked my Ford F250 up from Sunbeam Auto body on Atlantic Blvd. The repairs were spot on...can't even tell a woman backed into the side of it. The staff was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

i was nervous after reading reviews but i had an amazing experience. Someone with Geico Insurance rear ended me and set an appointment for Sunbeam. I dropped my car off and they had the paperwork ready. Immediately gave me my rental car and i was out the door in less than 10 minutes. They told me my car would be ready by tuesday. I called tuesday morning and Sunbeam said it would be ready that day. Again, paperwork was ready and i was out the door in 10 minutes. Very good experience!!

Took my car for repair, they left my headlight on and drained my battery. Took it back, they re-charged it and then the next day my car would not start. I took it back again, they replaced the battery, then my car came back with a big dent in the hood. Do not use, very unprofessional.

I went here today to get an estimate cash in hand....my sons car needed a small repair I was prepared to leave it. The lady at the front fest was extremely rude and condescending and get this.... they charge you for an estimate. I laughed out loud!! I wouldn t take my child tricycle to these clowns. Avoid them at all cost there is a reason why there have so many bad reviews. I guess they have forgotten what customer means..... too many body shops on both sides of the street.... would never give them a dime of my money!!!!

a customer service nightmare that lasted wayyyy too long...Tina will never return your call or even answer the phone and they have this thing called the "detail dept" where my car sat for 4 days waiting to be washed and inspected. FYI I can wash my car my damn self thank you.

Got into an accident the only part that was messed up was by the head light on the side. My gas tank was full when it went in. I get it back and my sun visor mirror is broken, THERE IS COFFEE SPLASHED ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF MY ROOF AND ITS FRESH! And my gas tank is half filled. Then they tried to say it was from the accident. DO NOT GO HERE!

Thieves. My mother had repairs done here this week and when she picked up her car she immediately noticed many small stolen items and more damage then when she went in. Calling the police today to file complaint. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Remove everything from your car if you do take it here.

Sunbeam auto repair is the worse place in Jacksonville to take your car for repairs. My car was taken here at the suggestion of the car insurance carrier and my car had more damage when I picked it up than it had when it was towed there. Then when I took my car back to show them the damage the sorry bastard basically said with an I don't care attitude that it's not his problem. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HETE FOR REPAIRS
