Mike got the job done quick fast in a hurry, it took him one day to be exact I m still kinda shocked about that one.. They are reasonable and they not knocking your head off like these other body shop they re accurate for timing to get it done, and did a super job communicating all the way through! And my car looks brand new again, I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best shop in town, let me explain. There are 4 main guys. Rashad the owner, Mr. mike the body pulling wizard, Mike the people person and the paint pro, and a quite guy who was always kind when he did speak.My challenger was trashed, airbags went off, rims destroyed, stuff missing, dents etc $17,500 worth of damage. The insurance told me to find my own shop because their shops were packed. I called custom collision they took the car in the next day. Parts shortages and labor shortages made the rebuild process long but worth the wait. Mike talked to me every step of the way and Rashad drove no less then 400 miles on his own time to get parts faster, he also installed spark plugs himself when my engine light came on. If you re patient with them and the process you ll be extremely happy with the results. If you want shady half a** work done go ahead and go somewhere else.

I COULDNT be happier !!! Mike is God sent he is amazing with his work and will make any car come back to life and better ! I was so upset someone glazed my brand new car in a parking lot and this man and team brought my car back like it never happened !!! His pricing is beyond fair ! This is my second time going to him for body work and I promise you won t be my last as long as he s working ! I will never take my business else where . Don t even look further ! I m telling you he will have your car in and OUT and won t break YOUR POCKETS Mike and team thank you so much for your talents and hard work . I wish everyone in jax could go to them ! Best shop I ve ever been to. Had to get a new bumper for my Cadillac XTS and the car was done in 24 hours. Called 10+ shops but they had the absolute best price, so i drove over a hour one way to drop my car off here. Honest work at a great price. 5 stars across the board.

Great and quick service. Was able to get my car in the day of and got it back at the end of the week. Blended paint perfectly, can t even tell any damage was done.

Mike is the man. He will take care of your car, and he is easy to deal with (unlike most mechanics) and won't overcharge you (like most mechanics). Trustworthy and friendly, and my audi came back looking good as new.

I was a customer here because my car got hit. It was a pretty bad hit from the back and wasn t too sure it was salvageable. Luckily Mike (a worker at Custom Collision) helped me out and put the car back in the state that I had it before. I highly recommend them. Custom collision Michael are truly pros. 2019 Mustang GT 5.0 was in bad shape came out like brand new. I recommend them 100 %. They do some excellent paint & body. Drove my baby home today. From diagnostics to any type of collision or rebuild, this is the place to go. Coggin ford told me they could not even look at till Jan 1st. Thank you Custom collision. Happy holidays to all. I dropped my sons car off on a Thursday and received a call the very next Saturday, telling me it was ready. This place is professional, punctial and the work was quality. Rashard & Michael are always curteous and will always be my 1 stop shop!!!!

I recently had a mishap with my car bumper when it met another bumper. I took my estimate from Geico to Custom Collison and Mike was fabulous. Great communication and my car was done in 3 days. Great job, it looks like new. Don't let the exterior of the business and location deter you. What they don't spend in aesthetics they make up for in customer service.

Amazing experience and amazing work. Needed paint on my rear driver side. Mike quoted a more than reasonable price and completed the work the next day. Work was flawless and the car looked like new again. Great customer service experience all around. I took my truck that got T bones to Mike and he did a great job fixing the dent.Would highly recommend.I would give 5 stars, but my truck was so dusty when I got it back. Had to get the inside detailed immediately.

Yes, I went to this autobody shop and was able to get my car repaired the next day and it looks great. I have been in search of a first-rate auto body shop to fix some scratches on my brand new Porsche, and I'm glad to say that I found the perfect place in "Collision Custom Auto Body." A reliable friend introduced me to Mike, the man behind the magic, and I quickly reached out to him, sending images of the inflicted damage.In just a day, I visited him after my work hours, and he promptly assessed the damages and offered a quote that was so fair it didn't warrant any second thoughts. What truly cemented my trust was the sight of other luxury vehicles like BMWs, Audis, and Maseratis under Mike's expert care. This sight was convincing enough for me to hand over my Porsche to Mike.To my amazement, my car was ready to be picked up merely three days later. The level of craftsmanship and detailed attention given to my vehicle was nothing short of breathtaking. I had the pleasure of watching my car being hand-washed and detailed to perfection, and it looked beyond stunning. So driving home on 9A on Saturday there was an unfortunate nerve wrecking incident caused by debris on the highway. The pick up truck that was in front of me (that the debris must've fell from or also damaged) pulled over. This spontaneous event caused major damage to my vehicle and my bumper dislodge more than 80%. I contacted Custom Collision and spoke with the owner who told me to bring it by. Not excited about the possibility of having to file an insurance claim he stated that he would take a look at it and see what we could do. Agreeing to complete replacement of the current bumper I was able to get my bumper replaced, vehicle repaired and my out of pocket costs were minimal in comparison to having an insurance headache. Not only that, but I am looking forward to having a future car painted by the professionals at Custom Collision. There was a beautiful Audi in the driveway that the owner himself specializes in. I'm back safely on the road! Vroom-Vroom!

Thank you, Mike and team for doing an amazing job on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio! Other repair shops were either unable to repair it or had a two month wait for a minor repair. My car was in the shop the same day I called Mike and was ready for pick up in a week.
