Mr. Ty Adams did an incredible job. We will definitely come back to buy a car from him again. We came in and there was no sales pressure. He was just trying to show us exactly what we were asking for. He was informative at every step. He was courteous and nice and we appreciate him.

Darius was wonderful. He gave an accurate time estimate for service requested. I opted to have one item replaced with another person, but he referred me to the customer parts shop. This resulted in a sale versus me purchasing the part online. All Toyota owners should use the Avenues location if dealership is preferred.

Chris was a good service rep, but I was not thrilled that he was filling out forms while I stood in front of his desk waiting (VERY UNCOOL). That seems like something he could do after he did my intake or out-take processing or the person in front of me. In addition, I was not happy with the fact that you guys had my RAV4 for nearly 24 hours, said that my service was completed and when Chris brought my car around [after a rotation and balance] the low pressure warning light was on. He took care of it before I left but you had just completed tire related maintenance, I would HOPE that checking the pressure would be an integral part of ANY maintenance involving the tires.

Service department wasn t too bad of an experience. They honestly moved pretty quick considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I was there for about an hour. However a couple things were overlooked . This was just routine maintenance and tire rotation .. The maintenance alert system was not reset after service, and my low tire pressure light was still on after tire rotation. In my experience elsewhere, these things were always addressed at the time of service. They sure remembered to take the slightly dirty air filters out for photographs though! I was able to figure out how to reset my maintenance alert message, thanks to a YouTube video (that was the first time I ve ever had to do it myself after service, but it actually wasn t very difficult). I will also add air to the tire(s) at the gas station myself.However -If I could give any advice, it would be to pay attention to the little things like this. Ultimately, it s oftentimes the little things that create return customers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I made an online appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that it could take up to TWO HOURS to complete. What point is there to an appointment? If you have an appointment they should take you at the designated time. I decided to leave. I m not saying that they do poor work but they do a lot of upselling. Coggin Toyota, you have lost my business.

Very disappointed with the customer service experience at the service center. Scheduling, service advisor and service center desk staff need training.Even with an oil change appointment, I have been waiting more than 2 hours. When I asked for an update, I got the run around. The service center desk was not helpful. The lady running the desk thought it was more important to be confrontational the getting a manager liked I asked.And forget about using the real-time text link. What a joke.Find another service center, this place doesn t deserve your business.

Went to Coggin Toyota for a Transmission Diagnosis. Spent $190. They never even checked the Transmission fluid/oil! They recommended a $6,000 complete Transmission Replacement. They neglected to tell me that they don't fix Transmissions, but only replace them. I wasted $190. I wasted 5 hours with 2 sleepy kids and a tired wife. I wasted one of my PTO days off of work since we live an hour away.Based on their whack approach and recommendation, I almost sold my car out of desperation. I then took my car to Cargo Transmission in Jacksonville, who didn't charge me a penny, they inspected the car and transmission for 3 days, and found nothing - they checked transmission oil and said the fluid and said it was perfect - no Transmission issues. My car is fine.I called Coggin for a refund for an incomplete search and whack Diagnosis. They said there is nothing they can do, but that I can bring my car back in!! LOL.Coggin Toyota - we won't ever see you again.Cargo Transmission - you are a God-send, honest, and a blessing. Thank you.Service: Transmission

Service was terrible. When I arrived for my appointment, it was very chaotic and no one came out to help so I then proceeded inside. They told me I would have to wait 3 hours before they get to my vehicle. I asked for an explanation as to why they would make so many appointments at the same time and they told me, that's the way it is. The service representative and the manager couldn't care less. I will NEVER go back to this dealership for service or ever buy another vehicle from them. I see no reason to buy a vehicle from a dealership if they couldn't care less about their service. This was the WORST experience I ever had at a dealership service dept. I then left the dealership and called Arlington Toyota and they gave my an appointment the next day. They had my vehicle in and serviced in less than an hour. Service representative, Michael, was great. I will definitely go back to Arlington Toyota and will buy my next Toyota from them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an excellent service experience with Danny Schuur at Coggin Toyota! This might be the best Toyota service location that I have ever worked with! Danny was friendly, communicative, and responsive... and the service was fast & top-notch! I brought in my 2010 Toyota Prius on Thursday at 9am for one repair that I knew of, and they found several other urgent items that needed to be repaired as well! Everything was completed quickly 24 hours later on Friday at 9am! And I was able to get a rental car on-site as well! Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I waited over an hour and a half and was told my car wasn't looked at yet. Why make an appointment at a certain time and then not get your car looked at.i told them at that point to give me back my car.If they had so many appointments and were booked why give me an appointment on that particular day.I feel that because it was a free service they didn't care how long I would have to wait.Would give them a zero if I could.I would rather go to Jiffy Lube and pay for the service and be out in 20 minutes then use the service at coggin ToyotaService: Auto maintenance

Even my buying experience here was awful, got an okay car but after driving it for a while it doesn t have half the features I was originally looking for. Every single time I bring my car in for service there is some sort of issue whether it s from the rude people who schedule appointments to the people who give out rental cars .February 23rd I called to schedule an appointment and I always request a loaner vehicle for my service, they told me to just check on loaners when I got there for my appointment.February 24th I come in for my appointment and there is confusion on whether or not I told my advisor I want a loaner, which I literally get every time I come in for service. I, as a paying customer SHOULDNT have to battle with someone to leave my car, get a service rental and be on my way. This is not the first, second nor third issue I ve had with the service department and it is not something I want to continue dealing with.Arlington Toyota is gaining a customer because Coggin Toyota is lacking in every single way from their sales staff to the rude people they have providing loaner vehicles.

Went multiple times telling them my air in tire light keeps coming on and tire is losing air. Multiple trips I was assured by them that they looked and saw no nails and water tested the tire and saw nothing. I told them I was driving 1500 miles and needed to make sure it was safe and they said it was. Fast forward, the light came on again for a fifth time and I took it somewhere else and within 5 minutes they found a nail and the leak and had it fixed within 30 minutes. David was my guy in the maintenance dept and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to take care of us and moved like lightning. Brought my Tahoe in to get a new set of tires, he said it would take an hour or so and he was true to his word. They also aligned my car and washed it!. Bonus!. The lounge had plenty of seating and TV'sBathrooms were super clean also.Just a big shout out to David M and his service. We will be back and telling all our friends that this place does a great job and the tire prices were quite reasonable. Thanks so much!

Went to drop off my wife's car in the morning for an oil change she made an appointment for. No one else in line, it took 25 minutes to check her in, should take 5. We were both late for work, unacceptable, could have had a full oil change at one of those drive up places on that time. Do better Coggin!

I was very happy when we got our Camry from them initially. The buying experience was also excellent, but I am very disappointed and feel we can't trust them anymore at the service center. When we bought the car, I noticed a clicking sound when we turned. We brought it up and they told us it was a rock. I noticed it again the same day and figured rocks were just getting stuck in there from my gravel road but asked about the clicking again at our next service appointment and they said they didn't see any issues. Then at our third service appointment they told me I have to replace both front axles at a cost of $1500. WOW! So they lied from the very first service appointment. I cannot trust them anymore :(

I don't always have a good experience when I come to this specific location. Don't get me wrong, the advisors are great. It's always about the car service. You get told one thing and then it's something else. I have a personal mechanic who used to work here for 15yrs and I get tickled when I get the recommendation text which I always forward to him. Make sure you read the warranty on any work done. The Service Manager had to pull the call when I was told the service was still under warranty which is why I made the appointment in the 1st place. It was honored I guess after listening to call so service was completed. Never was told that I was right or that the car was being serviced til I asked. Not complaining but I feel it could've been handled differently. Oh and I received a complimentary car wash.

I made an appointment a week in advance and told the service department specifically what I needed done. I was told it would take 2-3 hours which was fine with me. I showed up for my appointment and it took them AN HOUR to "diagnose" the problem which I had already told them about. Then I was told they had to order the part - which I had told them about a week in advance. This is why I had stopped going to Toyota for service two years ago and why I will stop again. I love my Toyota van but I hate their service department.

Their repaired estimate was outrageous. I took the car to an independent shop. Found out they misdiagnosed the problem. A repair they wanted $1,800 to do cost $195. The car has been running fine for almost six months. Dealers are well trained in ripping off unsuspecting customers.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Lack of communicationWas there over 2 weeks ago where the service department ordered parts and informed me they would arrive no later than that Friday (4 days wait time, possibly Monday) haven't heard from them since. Left 2 voice mails asking for updates, a call back and got nothing. Sent a text to the number that arrived from service advisor to ask him questions and get updates but even that was ignored. Called them again today, to find out that part is now back ordered one should arrive Friday the other on 12th of next month. How hard is this to communicate to clients? Or to return call when asked.

We prefer Coggin Toyota at the Avenues over some of the other Toyota Dealerships in the area. Their service bay is very easy to maneuver, which is important; and you're asked your name and guided right up to you Service Manager as soon as you park your vehicle. There is a nice Cafe for prepared (paid) food, free coffee, cold water, wifi, a TV and comfy chairs. What else do you really need? Staff is knowledgeable, service is quickly but done well and they offer you service updates via text while you wait. We've been very happy with them do far the last few years.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! This is the third time I have experienced receiving a car back with more problems than before. My dad had a simple oil change and back the same day for an oil leak; broken down on the side of the road. My mom needed to replace 2 tires and not only did they not rotate the tires, they put the 2 new ones only on the left side, and a different brand than expensive ones she had before and requested. On top of all this, I had my transmission and battery changed there recently. Upon picking up after the 700$ service, my radio no longer works and won't even charge my phone. This was improper procedure on replacing a battery and they are basically telling me to buy a $1,500 new one; even though it was perfect upon dropping it off. I was told it was a 'coincidence' that my radio is no longer working in the time period that they had my car. Not only do I believe they messed my system up, but when I went to drop it off again the service representative was on the phone with someone experiencing the same issues that something was messed up that wasn't before. Don't waste your money here.Services: Transmission, Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I ve been getting my Toyota serviced here since I purchased it 7 years ago. I ve had the same service advisor that whole time but unfortunately he has left to pursue another career. As with any dealership service center, some of prices are higher but I ve never felt pressured to accept a recommended service. You get a text message with all of the information. Also, during the pandemic, I feel like they are taking appropriate precautions.

A week ago today....The best car experience ever. I was checked in by Chris G. (By the way you can select him through the appointment screen).He is so great at what he does! I came in for a routine new car inspection. Before I dropped off my vehicle, he confirmed my email and phone number.(to make sure I would receive the updates regarding my vehicle). He gave me some recommendations via email and text about 45-hour later. You can even pay for the service while inside the link (text or email). He placed the red stamp in my maintenance book! It was just that easy! All of our vehicles are purchased/serviced at COGGIN!!! Thanks a million CHRIS!!!!

I called Coggin at approximately 10 AM last Saturday morning to speak with someone about a 50k service and an oil change. I was transferred to VM for one of the service writers. It is now 10 AM Tuesday morning and no one has called me back. I have had work done at this dealership before, but will be going elsewhere from no on. Oh, I am also contemplating buying a new car and had planned on exploring that when I went in for service.
