Got my vehicle back and working order I'm had to take it back for minor issue but they completed it the same day and I was able to go do recommend using them.

Last month I started truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and a dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. PJ found me a truck with $2000 more options for just $800 more than the other two dealers. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of having a car accident and I own a Mercedes and I heard nightmares about the repair process and the length of repairs concerning those types of vehicles so I was prepared for the worst, but Coggin Collision Center was excellent and I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. They worked really well with my insurance company and kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. They have excellent customer service and my car looks great. The paint matches perfect I can t even tell it was damaged. I recommend them to anyone who needs Collison repairs. I would also like to give a special shout out to Jeanie, Jenifer and Heather they are very knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and everything went smoothly because of their attention to detail. Thank you so much !

I have had two repairs done here with excellent results. The paint looks great, and parts appear to be properly installed without fillers and incorrect modifications. All electronics appear to be operating as designed. Parts are taking a while, but Coggin was able to get the repair done quickly. The shop did all estimates and worked with insurance quickly. Both experiences were made easy by the shop taking care of everything needed to complete the repair.

This place is amazing! I had work done from another related collision shop, 1year later one side of the roof delaminated to the metal, the other started to. I discovered it on Sunday while detailing the roof rack.I just drove it in to GMC Coggin first thing Monday am, no phone call or appt. Sw Jeanne,who worked on the truck before, described the issue, Chad, the manager, came out and they both assessed the truck.We discussed the options, I preferred to stay with them,versus sending the truck back to the original related shop. Chad and Jeanne took care of it. They reassured me they would take care of it. In short they did!I was able to get a rental to cover my buisness appointments. Come Thursday, I got a call that my truck was ready.Picked it up Friday am. It was perfect!They executed a fantastic plan with superb customer service, and outstanding time frame! My truck was awesome! Highly recommend this place.

I want to start off with saying I would never recommend for anybody to use this place for services! My daughters car was involved in an accident, and was towed here due to convenience since Keith Pierson Toyota closest to us, did not have a collision repair department. With that being said, the office staff, or the absolute worst, and most nastiest people we have dealt with in quite some time we were lied to talked, rudely to, and were told pretty much because we were a tow in we were of no importance, anytime we called to see an update of what was going on with the car. It was as if they didn t even know what car we were talking about. This would be weeks after our vehicle was there. After being lied to, and spoken to in such a nasty manner we decided to no longer keep our vehicle there , upon releasing our vehicle to be taken to a much better collision and repair place. It has come to our attention now that we have picked it up that there is a brand new mark on the passenger side door that was never there before we are pretty certain that Coggin collision did something to the vehicle intentionally out of spite I will be pursuing this, for I have pictures of the vehicle from the time that it was not in their possession, and the time it was in their possession and out of their possession if I am able to prove that they indeed dented the passenger side door they will be contacted by to take further actions. Needless to say I give them zero stars if I could! Do not use these people they are not somebody I would trust with my vehicle, nor should you.

Excellent customer service, they informed me of every step. In the beginning they explained the entire process for both the company and the customers full agreement and understanding.Folks this company backs there work with a lifetime warranty .My truck is new after being repaired you can't tell it's been painted. The color, paint profile, and paint miliage was perfect I mean perfect. Listen to this they kept my truck for only 7 days.The paint shop said if I see any issues Please bring it back . I highly recommend this company on all levels to my family and friends.Big thanks to Coggin entire crew excellent job.Out!!!

Was in an accident and it took them over 3 months to repair my vehicle. My insurance only covered 2. They refused to pay for my extra month of rental insurance.Spoke to the manager Tim and he laughed at me for my question and blew me off for even asking why it wasn t being paid for.Also, no one came out to inspect my car with me. They just handed me the keys.Service: Painting

Coggin Collison center provided great service for repairs to my daughters vehicle after an auto accident.Everything was scheduled promptly and kept us updated frequently.Jeannie was most helpful in helping us get the car back as quickly as possible. She was organized, kind and courteous. The fact that she was knowledgeable and could answer any questions that we had kept or experience with getting the vehicle repaired less stressful.Hopefully we won't need Coggins collison services but in the event we do in the future, I know it'll be a hassle free experience.

The staff was wonderful to deal with and helped me deal with the insurance company on my claim. Other than I wanted to be a little more informed on the progress of my repairs, everything went well. I would recommend them for your collision repairs.

Wanted to use a Honda certified repair facility for my CRV that I got in a wreck with. However, they won t take any work or estimates till mid December. Won t even let my insurance co work with them. With a kinda rude tone and no explanation. I felt like I was interrupting her day? Lol. Oh well. Bought my car from them I thought they could help.

This business was prompt with my appointment, provided me with an excellent via the insurance but most of all kind and courteous with updates throughout the damage repair process. I am absolutely satisfied with the service and repairs I received and I don't look forward to using them again, but if the need presents itself I would definitely be a return customer and recommend this business to family and friends. They did great job on my fixing my smashed back end of my car. My tail light wasn't blinking right after getting it back nor was spear tire in the trunk but they had me come back for a replacement spare tire and to try and fix the blinking light issue but I'm still having issues with it (I haven't told them yet it's not fixed). Quick service and great customer service!

My experience at this place has been a nightmare. My car was brought to Coggin on 11/20 due to a deer running into the side of my car. I was originally told a completion date of 12/04. On 12/03 I was told my car was being sent to the paint department, which was a lie, because on 12/05 I was told my car remained in body repair. On 12/11 I was again told that my car was being sent to the paint department...8 days after they told me the first time. On 12/18 I was told my car was ready for pickup only to receive a call from them saying that now they couldn't get my car started...but they didn't know why. The employee then advised me if I bought the car used and wasn't making payments then the lender remotely turned it of. EXCUSE ME? I bought it new and have never missed a payment. On 12/19 they advised me a vendor of theirs was coming to look and see why the car won't start. It is now 12/23 and I have not heard anything about my car in 4 days. This is 19 days after the original completion date that I was given. An absolutely pathetic and unacceptable job performance by Coggin Collision Center.

The worst experience ever and my car was returned worst then I sent it . I have brought my vehicle here several times for repairs due to accidents. Just about every time I have had to bring it back due to things not being fixed. This last time I brought it in for a minor accident they had to take apart a door that needed some paint and scratches repairs. When I brought it in, the lock worked... when I picked it up... it no longer worked. When I brought I back in the have it looked at for that, as well as other issues with repairs from the a major accident before that... they told me that it was a COJNCIDENCE and they didn't feel it was their responsibility to replace the $200 part. I've had over $50,000 in repairs at that shop, and they refused to fix a $200 part that THEY broke. I had file a complaint with the BBB for their, I'm assuming, Regional Manager (since it was their OP Store Manager Anthony that so flatly refused responsiblity) to call and offer to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, they had my truck in trying to find an issue with a noise it was making that they haven't been able to find the issue... they had my truck up on a lift and FAILED to tell me that I had a HUGE rodents nest was in there and they had chewed through my wiring harness. I was driving a vehicle that was dangerous to drive, with my children in it. I had to take my vehicle to Nissan since they couldn't seem to find the underlying issues that had been going on for some time since the major accident, and they found the rodents nest was the reason my check engine light had been on for the last 2 weeks. No way they didn't see that. I will NEVER take another vehicle to Coggin Collision. NEVER.

My car is still at Coggin Collision after 3 plus weeks when the initial outlook was 10 days. My car has more damage now to a different part of the car, that was not involved in the accident. Was told maybe the damage happened while being parked at their facility. As a disabled veteran it's tough to be without a car that long and to feel helpless when the date keeps getting pushed out. I haven't contacted management yet so I'm not trying to judge them but my experience so far is sad. I feel Customer Service training is needed, each call I get a different answer and some of the text messages sent to me have been unprofessional. Hopefully God will bless me when it's time to pick it up and my car will be pre-accident condition.

You won t get an actual response or update on your car until you physically go into the place and talk to Julie, the manager. They kept my car over the weekend waiting for an insurance payment that my insurance company had ALREADY PAID. They don t care that their customers already come in frustrated. So not sure what kind of kickback they get from insurance agencies, seems like the longer they have your car the better for them. They would just as well tell you to F off if they could. Oh and their stupid mobile update thing DOESNT UPDATE. After 2.5 weeks carwise STILL showed that I had only dropped off my car. It s not accurate and nobody ever told me that. So for 2 weeks I sat waiting thinking my car wasn t even being looked at. When I texted the number I would only get a response back 2 days/week with a generic update This is Tom, only a few more steps to go. When I called BS and went in I finally got answers. I recommend everybody do the same if you are paying out of pocket for a rental car! Otherwise they will keep your car for months!!

Everything was not only handled and timely matter but it was actually finished 100% before the time I was told!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...
