I never have a problem here. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful.I ve noticed for this particular vehicle I ve been waiting for a specific part a little longer than I would like. I was advised at this last visit that we would need to get this taken care of before bumper to bumper warranty expires. The part not being available shouldn t be at fault to me. I ve inquired on it at the last two oil changes.Currently this isn t an issue just wanted to leave that here for reference in the event part isn t easily accessible in time.

My friend decided to go get a car and the first was to the Kia dealer by the avenues and that was the most rude people to work with on getting any kind of vehicle tried to strong arm you into something that she didn t want so she decided to go to Buick coggin of blanding and we was lead to this Honest funny laid back car salesman named GUS I called him THe Man with the master plan GUS and he got her what she wanted and a lot of good laughs and felt welcomed I will go back myself to purchase a vehicle and I would recommend anyone to go there ask for The Man with the Master plan GUS

The truck I wanted was surprisingly in stock when most areas are on an order wait. The truck is absolutely amazing. The dealership was clean and did their best to provide a great customer experience. Mike was my salesman and he was awesome. Chris and Joe were also part of bringing me a great experience. Thank you.

This is the only place that I will do business with in Jacksonville, Florida. Between Walid the sales guy, Gus, the finance director, and Marvin the GM, this place operates like a well oiled family run dealership. I have purchased three new trucks in the last two years and I couldn t be happier to recommend them with flying colors. I have always been treated like family and that goes along way with me. Do yourself a favor and a lot of head aches and don t waste your time going anywhere else. I promise you, you won t regret it. Side note, my 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation 4x4 came with $8,000 in incentives.Cheers,Justin

More of the same dealership maintenance horror story kind of stuff Polite and nice to get you in and very nice to charge you a $145.95 diagnostic fee.Funny how oh, we just put that on there out of habit. Your truck is under warranty, so don t worry, we ll get you taken care of. Also funny when that goes out the window when you decide to decline almost $1000 in repairs for a single parking sensor[ $60 part (that s actually $32 OEM) ] as well as replacing a tire that can be repaired maybe I underestimate the complexity of the 4 hours of labor to remove, replace, and program the sensor. Would not recommend, will not return.2023 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT w/11k milesThe one star is for being grateful that they did cover the cost of the Uber that took me to and from my house while I waited 3 hours for my truck to get in, be diagnosed, and be returned. At least I got it back same day. Best $150 I ve spent this year.Thanks Coggin Buick GMC maintenance team.

I brought my car in with low transmission fluid, admittedly my fault. This was reported to the service department. Per the tech he ran the codes and reported that I needed an complete transmission replacement. $5800 for the transmission and roughly $3000 for the labor. This is what I was quoted. When I asked if they could just replenish the fluid FIRST, and then run codes or at least check it out before we jump to that extreme, I was told NO, it s the whole transmission and it needs to be replaced. I had my car removed from the dealership and taken to another shop for a second opinion where it was diagnosed as a line leak , and of course low transmission fluid. Cost me $200, FAR from the near $9000 I was originally quoted by Coggin. The customer service at Coggin was atrocious. Placed on never ending holds, no replies to text messages. Why offer a number to correspond with if it s not going to be utilized!? I was specifically asked by a representative not to use her name in the review, even though she was a major part of the issue. How can a company just write me off so quickly and try to charge me so much money WITHOUT even checking the car. This is sad, and I truly feel that my lack of knowledge in car mechanics was taken advantage of. Had I just went with the initial quote and believed what the tech told me ..which why wouldn t I, these people are here to help, not to rip you off ..I would be out money that I would be repaying for years! I m saddened and regretful for ever taking my car to Coggin.

Went for 1st oil change and get the infotainment worked on.Had to have a part ordered. It's on back order now.Service folks were nice and tried to make getting checked in easy even though they were short staffed.They got me in and out in a in a timely manner.

My experience with Brian and Gus were the best I ve had at any car dealer. They took the time to make sure the process of buying was pain free, any issues were addressed promptly and the service was great!Speaking of service, those folks are totally awesome, never a bad experience, always in good spirits.Finally it was nice to see the owner who took the time with customers and attended to their concerns.The you all !!!

Great price and experience from the sales staff including the sales manager Chris Sheets. I shopped around dealerships and both Chris and Mike made the difference. Will definitely recommend orange park GMC and these guys over the others in town.

Extremely poor communication and the ball was dropped on my repair. I was told one price then another. At one point I received an email from the dealership to not pay the thousands of dollars in repairs and they would purchase my vehicle only for me to pull my credit and never hear back from sales. No one would answer the phone nor return my phone calls.

My experience was fantastic. Walid was our salesman. We contacted him after finding our vehicle on the website.He was fantastic from day one. Very attentive and never pushy. He did a great job communicating and was very helpful showing us every feature of the vehicle. We have purchased quite a few vehicles from different dealers. But we will be back to work with Walid for sure in the future.

Your customer service is Terrible calling customers back giving updates n return calls emails or text messages is very unprofessional. My vehicle had to get new door panel due to yo being scratched. I picked up my vehicle after a month of being dropped off for the 3rd time n noticed two chips n my windshield n Holly was supposed to send video as she thought tgey were there. I know they were not there n still waiting to hear back. I only had my car for a year and very very unhappy with care i received. The sales person I had went back three times to hv someone call me. I hope all customers aren t treated this way. I left messages for a manager to call me and NOTHING!!

My sales rep Joe was fantastic! He communicated very well with me about the process, the car and the price. He sent me pictures & videos of the car. He made me feel comfortable with purchasing the car. His personality convinced me to go ahead with the purchase. He felt more like a friend than a person selling me a car. The cherry on top he personally delivered my car to me because I was not able to come back to the dealership to pick it up. Thanks Joe for a wonderful experience!!!

I was in for an oil change and to have the. Bluetooth connection checked out. After about 3 hours I had to ask if there was any progress and was told it took longer because they had to connect to the internet. At this time the oil change had not even beeen started. An hour later I went outside and my truck was sitting there ready to go but nobody bothered to tell me. All told, I was there for about 4.5 hours. It would have been nice to at least be given an update.

For one it took a month and a half to get my vehicle back from your shop, that's with picking it up two times thinking it was fixed but had to bring it back for repair. The price for the repair was about three thousand more than compared estimates. Was not informed as much as I thought I should've by the service advisor.

Brought the wife's car in for 2 recalls and only 1 got done. The other one could not be done because the part was not in stock. Mike told me this and it was fine, I understood as I work in the same industry. He asked if I wanted to come back the following day but I wasn't able to, so I asked if he could make an appointment for the following Monday(today) at 10:30. I called this morning (8:30)and was told the appointment didn't get put in and the lady said she would have to contact Mike. Then she asked if she could have him call me back. I said sure. Well, here it is 2pm and still no call back. At this point, I will be calling another GMC dealership to get this safety recall complete at a later date because I wasted my day waiting on a call back.

Is start great with the welcome and the waiting area was good and comfortable. Waiting two ours for a oil change was not that bad but checking the car to see that was not wash when I was ask if I want a free car wash and not done disappointed.

Your service manager, Mike Adams, was 'Disgustingly Efficient', and quite knowledgeable....and more than that; he gave me permission to locate the GMC part myself--which I did, in Southern California. After I received it (some 6 weeks later), Mike got me an appointment for 1:00pm today. My wife arrived at the dealer on time. Mike had his people confirm that the part was correct; and 2 hrs later the wife called me--that she was on her way home--laughing because they washed her car, and she almost didn't recognize it.Thank you again Mike!--Charles Warren, Jr., Ret., USAF
