First off I would like to say that the process for buying my first car was easy thanks to Holloway and Alex! You walk in and see someone in a suit lol that s who you go to to buy a car! Holloway! It screams professional and that s what I gravitated toward. He was particular in how things were explained and I was not afraid to ask questions. He made things clear and to the point. I loved it! Alex also had this unmatched kindness and patience. Usually from what I hear you can t find a genuine dealer. But Alex and Holloway are the best in business. Thank you guys for making my first car buying experience unforgettable!

Everyone is so nice! Wait was longer than usual because we didn't have an appointment but they have coffee, snacks and TV'S. Nelly is an amazing person and helps over and beyond!!!

This is were I get my car serviceEvery car I get from them I bring it back to them for service.. Now why would you change my alarm settings on my keys.. That s not what I paid you for I paid for a oil change not for you to reset the alarm I took the beep off I don t need nobody know when I pull up.. just Disrespectful Ask me don t just do stuff..

Service Advisor Cam was very professional and keep me formed regarding my car throughout the day. He got the car done before my promise time. Plus he got me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait for the car plus got me a ride back to the dealership to pick up the car.

My service advisor is Laurie and she's great! I got in and out in an hour. Laurie also fixed the problem with my car key... There were no alert sounds and she fixed it asap. If it happens again she's the One! Go Laurie!

Do not get you car fixed here. They will ruin your car then say that it was your fault, not theirs.

We've bought two new vehicles from here in the last two years. Overall a good experience and nice people though it seems the final payment never ends up being what we agreed on with the salesman. But we truly love our vehicles.

Have been trying to cancel and back date warranty for over a month and it hasn't been done. Signed paperwork and turned it in and nothing yet. They can't even tell me the name and number to who the warranty is with. I requested a call back and left messages and no-one has returned any of my calls. Instead they called to sell me another vehicle nut when I told them I'm still waiting on the warranty to be canceled and asked them who the company was the caller said someone in finance will call me back on that. Still no answer.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I love this place!Seating, tables, massage chairs, coffee, cappuccino, snacks, cold drinks & a popcorn machine!A huge window where you can view your vehicle's service progress...And the staff is so kind.They even asked if they could wash my truck!They cannot be beat !!!

I reached out to the Internet sales team and received a quote on a vehicle I was interested in looking at. When I got to the dealership, I informed the salesperson of my situation and that I did not want my credit ran unless they were sure they could make a deal. I had just had my score ran the day prior by another Coggin location so I already knew my score and the interest rate which I provided this to the the sales staff. The Internet Sales Manager, would not allow the salesperson to show me the vehicle I came into see. They showed me a base model vehicle also in the color I had stated I did not want. I informed the salesperson that there were several features I wanted in a vehicle. The Internet Sales Manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He never talked with my directly, but I could hear every word of what he was saying while I was sitting there. The next day I talked with the General Manager. He didn't take my concerns seriously, and he was trying to joke and say the Internet Sales Manager was a grumpy old man. The experience was horrible and I wish I would have never have purchased a vehicle there.

I bought my 2017 Rogue at Coggin Nissan on Atlantic from Tom Hong, and I recommend you to call or just drop by and ask for Tom. He is GR8!I have had my two check-ups so far and all is going fine. The Rogue is purring along with excellent gas mileage and superior handling. Nissan produces a quality machine, and their Coggin Nissan on Atlantic sales and service staff do not fail to deliver. In the service department, say "Hi!" to Oliver or James. Enjoy the water, coffee, colas, and snacks, and take your turn in one of their two head /down your spine massaging chairs. Makes you feel as pampered as your vehicle!

We went to look at a used car. When we got there the car had been sold and no one bothered to let us know it had been sold, even though we were assured someone would contact us if the car was sold before we went. So the car had been sold the night before and we drove over an hour to their location late the next morning only to find it wasn't any longer available. Very poor customer service and follow up. Not even a very good apology either.

I had a great experience at Coggin Nissan. Maria Barboza Navarro was my Sales Consultant. She was very knowledgeable in various models and helped my husband and I choose the right vehicle for me. Thanks Maria for your kindness and wonderful personality!!! And Lee you did a great job getting me into a loner vehicle for a day. You were fast and pleasant to deal with. The Automotive department saved my marriage of 30 years. I thought I kill my husband when he lost his tire key. I found out it was missing while trying to get new tires on the car. Not only did they have the key and it was reasonable prices took only 5 minutes but not one sales person tried to talk me into tires at Nissan I couldn't affordNissan is the best they keep my family save everyday and always helpful

These people are quick to charge you for services rendered even when you tell them to ONLY do what is covered and they try to charge you for uncovered items. They repair a check engine light then it becomes a recurring issue with a new repair that they say will fix it. Then the light comes back on.Stay away from this place.

We bought a challenger and it's a great car. But now that I have been driving my Challenger for over three months now I noticed how there's a lot of people with Challengers on the road now; LOL, way to many. I think I'll be getting a different car soon. Why do they have to make so many of the same? there should be illegal number and they can't go past that number so everybody doesn't have the same car.

Have to give them a 2 this time. Couldn't tell me what was wrong with a/c. Didn't charge me. Said I had an oil leak and wanted to charge me $125 to look for it. I can look for free

I made an online appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I got my car back after waiting 2 hour!?!?! Yes, 2 hours for something that should take 30-45 minutes max. I'll be looking for somewhere else to take my business.

Always lying and play games to hustle you. They scheme and will do anything to get you in a car and don't care what issues you have. They will run your credit through the roof and display false empathy. Stay away unless you got plenty of money still stay away.

Treat people the way you demand to be treated. And yes I did say DEMAND. The people that work here (with a few exceptions) have very respect for their clients. They want your money here just not the people that brings that money 8n their doors.Very sad.

I wanted to let you know about the recent experience we had at your dealership. Your used car sales manager, pulled what we feel is extremely sleazy move and it was give used car salesman bad names. My Girlfriend Cindy came in to purchase a certified used Camero. He first quoted 18%, then came back with 16%. We left as neither of these rates were exceptable, and we had gotten notice that she had been approved by both Capital One and GM. But neither rate he quoted was either of those two. When he texted back with our sales person he said Capital was at 13%. we said no thank you but asked why this was not originally offered, and what about the GM offer. Got a call from Salesman calling himself Luck. Said the camero she wanted was sold, but GM approved her for enough to buy a Camero ZL1 for 20K more. Truth is the camero was sent over to your Nissan dealership were it is no a pre-owned, not a certified Pre-owned. The price went from online at 28K to now 31K. Feel this is extremely underhanded and repulsive, as I work for a large bank who usually recommends my customer to the dealership for better rates then we offer at the branch. I will no longer be doing this after way sales manager tried to take advantage of Cindy. Highly disappointed, I had bought cars through your dealership before.

Evn though my husband got a great guy to work with him, I hope that no one had the displeasure of having to come to the dealership to have their car worked on in their shop. I would never wish cancer on anyone, I also never wish anyone to spend time waiting for repairs.
