They are damaging your wheels and hubs and they say they are not responsible for it and then their excuse is that your car is old. Spoke with Jeremy the owner doesn t make any difference

Coast to Coast in DUVAL has reclaimed my respect as a top notch rim shop with Gary coming to the C2C team.. he gives accurate quotes on price , shipping and delivery of wheels and got my wheels on my truck very fast!! Got my Escalade looking like the hottest truck in Florida!! GREAT JOB Gary!!!

Good place to buy new rims with titres,ive bought 2 differents types of custom rims with tires for a good price any kind of rims size any type any style and any kind of tires at your choice for a low prize any issue they make sure you get the service you need i highly recommend any one to come buy here........

This company is very misleading. website isn t up-to-date. I did an application on their website indicating $39 down and we choose our payments. We pay $200 down and was told the wheels needed to be ordered. Two weeks later the wheel still were not there two weeks. After that we were told the wheels were in Broward county and to do another application the applications that they sent were 2 a third-party. Needless to say neither company did the agreement. The wheels were still not at the Jacksonville location that we paid so I requested my money back and I have been getting the runaround for two weeks about my money. I never signed a contract. I was never told a cancellation policy nor that they use third-party. My information was input on their website. And no one has contacted me back from management. I m now having to take a legal matters for a little $200 which is going to turn into more because I m going to make sure they are responsible for legal fees.

Great experience at coast to coast! Order rims for my 2022 BMW 540i and they contact me once my rims came in. Install was the next day. I have no regrets. Very happy with the finally product. Thank you very much!

Have used them to get wheels and tires in the past and they were great but recently I stopped by to get a lug nut that came off somehow. I offered to pay for a whole new set because I understand that everything isn t free in life. John was so nice and gave me one for free and insisted on putting it on for me even when I told him I could just do it myself. These small acts of kindness and customer appreciation go a long way in my book.

Jeremy the owner is an awesome guy and Denard is really helpful, SpongeBob is the man he gets the job done right the first time and I would recommend coast to coast to the world. I ve been purchasing rims from them since 2000 and never had any issues they are very helpful and respectful. They always put their customers first. The coast to family is where you want to get in with for hooking up your whips!!!

Talked to Gabriel and explained the needs for a rear wheel on my S-Class.. I also explained to him that I needed it quickly due to an upcoming road trip.He went above and beyond, dropped off the rim to UPS himself (on a Saturday might I add) to insure my needs were met.. simply the best in the business in my opinion!

I go into this dirty shop to order not 1 but 2 sets of wheels, and I wait for about 20 minutes for the guy to come to the front, I explain the wheel that I want to order for my Jeep Cherokee and that the company online has the wheels but require signing for package and he charged me 400 more than online and I agreed. He called in front of me and ordered the wheels. They told him it would be 9 days for shipping. There was a back up due to wheels being drilled for that lug pattern and he asked for 1 week more for shipping. I called many times and get told they too busy to check or answer phones locally and its transferred down south. I wait 2 weeks more and no calls no wheels and I call get of course guy down south and its now the wheels are avail and he can find me a different wheel. I have been waiting a month and they just dont want to do business with good people. There shop parking lot is dangerous to drive through with all the trash in the lot. The place is extremely dirty. I would go online to buy the wheel these people dont care about customer service, washing of hands or using a broom!!!!

Haven't bought from them yet but I did a walk in. They were professional and referred me to their Instagram selection. They respond quickly to questions and can pretty much make any look you are requesting.

At first, They have told me that will have my rim fixed after i called 3 times just for me to call an hour before they close and they telling me it won t be fixed until tomorrow or the next day. Turns out the rim isn t fixable but they did try and i ended Up purchasing new rims with them.

Alex had amazing customer service and I really really appreciated all her help when I went in!! She was very helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about when I was looking for rims and even gave me some other options as a thought. She really seemed to enjoy what she does. I really appreciate the work that was done on my car. Adam was patient and fair with the pricing. He took care of everything without me constantly having to repeat myself and he even took some time out to educated me on the proper tires and wheels for my car. I honestly can't remember my car EVER riding this smooth. He made me a promise the day I dropped it off and he more than delivered. Vixen feels amazing!

Love this place!!!! Working with Adam he helped me and my husband pick out the right set of rims and tire for the look I was Wishing to achieve. Their professionalism and work ethics are awesome. Adam & Jeremy have helped us so much here. We came in undecided and they helped us get down to exactly what we wanted. They set real expectations for the turn around time to get the wheels & tires. Love this place!!! Met Adam and he hooked me up!!! He was knowledgeable of the products. He took the time to show me different options. He even put them up to my car, so I could see how the different rims would look on my car. I ended up with something totally different, and loved it!!! Thanks Coast to Coast. Short and to the point, communication is as important as breathing and sometimes we fall short of the right words. Coast to coast customs understands the value of it .They DO TAKE CARE OF THEY'RE CUSTOMERS , even when a couple of words are scrambled or left out.So if you want a company that will listen and care about your thoughts, then drive to Coast to customs and strike up a great conversation about your auto needs. I got there and Alex was the first person to talk to me. I told her my situation and like it was nothing she helped me. It was surprisingly affordable and well. She made me feel welcomed and was knowledgeable about the inventory they had. Thanks for the help!
