Always get great service. Anthony was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the vehicle. On top of that, he is the sweetest person and always is above board. This is our second car from City Mitsubishi and cannot recommend them and Anthony enough.

Excellent Service and ProfessionalismI recently purchased a car from City Mitsubishi Motors, in Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The sales team, especially Anthony, provided exceptional service and made the entire process seamless.From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted warmly and felt valued as a customer. Anthony ask me how he can help me, he listened attentively to my needs and preferences.The next day after I already sing the contract, after buying the car, I encountered that I can get a 0% rate interest promotion and reached out to Anthony for assistance. Where do I start.? This dealership is the best n Florida!!! As a repeat customer I would not go anywhere else. As I was invited to trade my vehicle in not only did we leave with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander but we left with 2 brand new cars.The first time for this to happen. Anthony Russell is the man!!!! He's a miracle worker hands down. 9 time best salesperson for a reason. Thanks Mr. Russell.

I don t even know where to begin! I came into this dealership and was welcomed by an associate, by the name of Michael Kraemer. This man is absolutely the best, he worked tirelessly to get me into a new vehicle. The first time I went, I was not able to go home with a new car. However, he did promise to keep in me mind, once new vehicles arrived. A couple days later passed and he sure kept his word. He was able to get me into a beautiful luxurious car, after I have left 3 times before. On the fourth day, I got the deal! He and his team, provided me with all the options possible and were able to give me the quote that fitted my budget. I want to thank the entire team for their tremendous work and effort. I appreciate you all! Now, I am riding a wonderful and fancy automobile thanks to you Michael Kraemer and the entire JAX Mitsubishi team!

I bought a car from City mitsubishi on Atlantic. I wish I had gone home and thought about it. The high-pressure sells team, I believe, is more interested in selling a car. Then, can you afford it long term? I am looking to refinance it soon. I love the car, and Hanania Mitsubishi, I believe, is owned, my the same people, but I feel is more professionalBut I would have probably still bought a car from City mitsubishi, but it would've been a different trim level and slightly lower termsAll and all they are in the business of selling cars so if you go in look they may have something for you but because of the pressure and the terms on the contract I can only give them 2 starBut the outlander is a great carJust know to be readyHanania Mitsubishi did say if I buy a car from them and keep it 10 months, I can trade it for anything on their lot. I don't believe the car sells men, but that was good to know

By far got the most value for my trade. Ron, the GM, really worked to meet my financial needs while getting me into the car that I wanted. And my salesman, Lorenzo, was attentive and very friendly. Would highly recommend City Mitsubishi to trade or purchase a new car.

I really don t like car dealerships but this dealership is the best. Miss Su was the best when it came to making the right decision on a vehicle. She was very informative and made sure I was good after the process. I definitely would recommend going to her for all your car purchases!

EVERY service member there, from my sales man Lorenzo, to the sales manager, to the financial advisor, is so phenomenal! My experience was amazing, I ve never felt more comfortable and confident in purchasing a car. They were able to put me in the car that I actually wanted despite of and expeditiously. Overall, amazing experience, amazing people, and amazing service. Nothing short of excellence here.

Amazing service provided by salesperson Nina and knowledgeable staff , friendly and willing to help you with everything you need . Made purchasing a vehicle as easy and as painless as possible. Nina made understanding payment plan as simple as possible and helped as much as she could . Couldn't have asked for better service.

Literally the worst dealership I ve been to,I got a hole/tear in my transmission hose so my car was running dry and to fix the issue they just stuck for transmission fluid in it even tho there was a leak so it just spilt all over my driveway when I got home, had to call them again and say I m having the same issues, had to take another day off work for them to change the hoses but the mechanic didn t use any hose clamps! So it just shot trans fluid all over my engine car broke down on the side of the street from their excellent job ,I called them up so they could tow it back to the shop , they refused to pay for a tow truck because they didn t think they caused the problem, the dealership offer to reimbursed me if they found out they are the ones that caused it, so I paid for it and when my car got there they claimed they are the ones who messed up but refused to to reimbursed me but offered credit instead. Refused to give me receipts through email also didn t label or have any notes on receipts so they would ask me what they did on my car. Used scrap wire to stick hoses in place. Talk to the service manger I can t remember what he said about my car I just remember him talking about how he was partying in Miami and something about his dog. Still owes me money,go to any other dealer stay away

Kidanny in sales is knowledgeable, personable and professional. Eric, sales manager equally as awesome. Even Miss Angie in service was spectacular.Now...Ron I believe his name is, is a big liability to the company and your purchase. He absolutely refused to work with me in regards to checking the AC in the vehicle. I understand there is a process that needs to be followed but instead of explaining it to me and appeasing me, all I kept hearing was "sign on the car and I'll check the AC." So I left. A week later I came back spoke to Kidanny and Eric and we worked it out and I made the purchase.Overall it's a good place to shop, but if I buy another vehicle...it will not be from the Arlington location.Thank you Ron for reinforcing my low opinion of Man.

Kidanny was awesome!!! Sadly we weren't able to get approved but he had gotten us a very sweet deal and was very patient with us. We will definitely be coming back after we sort out everything with our credit and we want him as our salesman! This dealership is great as well as the staff. They really are willing to work with you.

Always a great experience at City Mitsubishi. Everyone at the Service Department is fantastic. Angie is super helpful and knowledgeable. She is easy to communicate with and addresses the issue in a timely manner. Mr. Johnnie cares about the customers and greatly values their time. My five star rate is for Alicia. My experience was only great because of my sale representative Alicia, honestly if it wasn t for her i probably wouldn t have bought the car i did she was very helpful and fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal even when the financial people were kind of off putting she made sure I left there with no problems and even after buying the car she made sure everything was good. I wouldn t do my car buying experience with anybody else.
