Had we been going straight we would have collided with the incompetent and impatient driver who decided to pull across our path. It would have been his fault as we making a rt turn on a green light he proceeded to turn left directly in to our path. This guy will no dought cause a very bad accident. J5z l93 FL lic.plate

As I read the reviews I can only wish I could have had as great of an experience as many others had. My suggestion is to always do your research before buying. DO NOT BELIEVE nor FALL for THE 3 DAY or 150 MILE RETURN POLICY AS THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD! I tried returning the vehicle I bought 14 hours after I bought it, but was given the run around, and told to sleep on it. I was avoided to the point I passed the 3 days and couldn't return it. I was over charged by $10 thousand dollars for the vehicles worth and they still haven't given me the second set of keys nor the gas card. So please, in these tough times that we are all going through, do your research, know the vehicles worth before buying because they will take advantage. I will never recommend nor buy another vehicle from Nimnick Chevrolet again.

The service was covered warranty. But 2 hours to change the oil with a appointment? That is a little far fetched with all those bay's and tools. They need someone running that service department that is more transparent about service times. I was told 1 hour. At least come and explain what the delays are and how much longer it may be.

My advisor was named Joanne. She was very helpful and very prompt on getting me registered as here for my vehicle to be serviced. She kept me updated on whether or not it was ready and what they were getting ready to do next very helpful. Overall experience I would come back again. Thankful they got me in quickly while others were booked up. Took truck in at 10:00 AM Tuesday and had it back at 11:00 AM on Thursday. Driver side door would not open. Little pricey but at least I have my truck back.

Went there to inquire on buying a new vehicle per a commercial on FB saying 2500 over kbb and wel will help, we need your business. Anyways, wasted 3 hours there, the salesman was good, but the finance manager was shady, lowballed the KBB by not marking options that are attached to the VIN#, very secretive on the price of the vehicles we were interested in, wouldn't itemize the "rebates" and incentives. Same ol' gimmicks and false promises with the shady 4 square dealing. Then! I comment on my experience on their Facebook video, and they removed the review and blocked me, nice un-professionalism, real tactful to veterans and first responders

Ashley was awesome at helping me drop my vehicle off and waiting for service. she gave me all my information upfront pricing what was going to be done certain things with my truck that I didn't know. I really appreciated all of her information. Great Service!

No Masks - I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was happy to give them a try since they are close to my home. When I arrived the first man that approached my car was not wearing a mask, I was wearing a mask. He was not initially near to my car so I cracked my window a few inches, at which point he then came right up to my window breathing all into my car with no mask. I immediately told him to step back from my car since he wasn't wearing a mask, which he did. He then started yelling his questions at me as if I couldn't have heard him if he didn't sarcastically yell them to me. I answered my questions and got checked in. I then waited and watched one or two other employees walk through the area in proximity of customers without masks on (all customers and most other employees were wearing masks from what I could see). At this point I decided to leave because I was already completely uncomfortable with my initial interaction and this was not a situation I wanted to continue to be in. I wear a mask for others protection as well as my own. If a business does not care to protect it's customers or provide a safe and comfortable environment for them to come to, then I have no desire to go there. I am happy that it was not my elderly mom who went there instead. I called around and found other places that enforce mask policy among their employees that she and I will go to instead.

Would have given 5 stars. If service department official. Would have gotten back with me about parts for my 2014 Chevrolet impala. Which she said had an extended warranty. Never returned calls.

I purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra Elevation fron Nimnicht GMC Buick in Oct 2020. Within 3 weeks the radio started having issues...wouldn't shut off after truck was turned off. I took it to Nimnicht Chevrolet to get someone to look at it...says their service department was open until 7:30pm...only to find out that the technicians leave at 4:30, and if you don't have an appointment they can't help you. I guess I should have scheduled the radio issue in my 3 week old truck ahead of time...my fault! My Nimnicht GMC salesman called to see how I was liking my new truck...I told him my experience with the chevy dealership but he offered no solution but he did want me to refer my friends and family to him. BTW, I still have the radio issue that happens about once a month.Now its May 2021...the truck came with a 5yr paint protection that is to be reapplied every 6 months. Back up at Nimnicht Chevrolet with an appointment to get that done...they did a 25pt inspection but didn't bother to check the tire pressure as they were low. Their car wash machine was down and they were to hand wash the truck before reapplying the protection...after an hour they said it was ready...got home and looked...they didn't even wash the roof of the truck much less apply the protectant. So back to chevy to get them to finish the job...which now I have a scratch on my door that I didn't have this morning before I got there.I can't trust nim to properly wash the truck...there is NO WAY I could ever trust them to service it!I guess there's a reason why all of the Toyota dealerships don't have any vehicles and Nimnicht has a lot full...I really regret trading in my Tundra for a Nimnicht GMC.

Our issues with this service department have been going on almost a year. We bought a new Silverado on Memorial Day 2019. Shortly thereafter we noticed that a few things didn't work right (AC, navigation compass, etc). We scheduled a service appointment to fix the issues. The AC was fixed but the navigation compass wasn't calibrated correctly. We made another appointment for it. Still not fixed. In March I made the 4th appointment for the issue and it still wasn't fixed. When we picked up the truck we pointed out that though we were picking up the vehicle which should be fixed, the compass still said CAL, and we were told by our service representative, Allen, that he would get another loaner truck and call us to schedule another appointment. He never called and I made another appointment this past Monday the 18th of May. When I called to make the appointment I told them we needed a truck as a loaner and not a little compact car. I was told to come in at the beginning of the day on Mpnday before the trucks get taken for the week. When we arrived Allen didn't have a truck waiting and said he would get a loaner truck and call us to schedule an appointment. It is now 5 days later and no phone call from Allen. At this point, it will be a year on Monday since we bought this vehicle and the service from this dealership has been absolutely abysmal the entire time.When we bought another vehicle we opted to go with another Chevy dealership in town because of the horrible experience we have had with this service department. They don't fix the problems, they don't follow up, and they don't do anything more than lip service.

I was told on the phone they had no availability due to the holiday. But I was desperate to get my car fixed took a chance and walked in. They had me in and out within an hour! And washed my car! I love Nimnicht.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They are the worst and I've tried them on two occasions. Save yourself the headache and use the one in Orange Park instead. I live on Normandy Blvd. and trust me the few extra miles are worth it!!!! However is the manager is at this locations definitely should be fired because the service is horrible!!!!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had just recently bought a 2019 Camaro SS from Travis. All I have to say is that this guy is literally the best guy you ll find out there in the car salesman business. He s very straight forward, concise with info, and professional yet still fun at the same time making the process go by much smoother. I highly recommend that you go to Travis and he will show you exactly what cars are in your best interest.

I see they removed my last comment but to refresh it i was given a bad battery with no numbers and wanted me to pay for it regardless of my bumper to bumper repair warranty I came back for a oil change with a appointment and I only came for oil change and felt the bad energy when talking to lady and just left I wish I didn't get my car here I should have just went to nissanServices: Battery, Oil change

SERVICE DEPT: Drove from out of town to get a regular oil change and tire rotation (because I bought my vehicle here).Was told no more walk in appointments will be accepted per service manager. Online appointments are 2 weeks in advance. This is EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE and should be unacceptable to anyone doing business here.Service: Oil change

The oil change light came on shortly after I purchased vehicle I took it back they didn't check the oil they just said they changed it and reset car, so after 908 miles later it was acting up and I took it to auto zone they put on machine, the car had no oil after a month of purchase, they sold me a lemon I took it back and the manager In service department Refuse to listen and change oil for free he said they did change but just forgot to reset i had to get a oil change from another company, I hate the service would never recommend purchase from here
