Milton Smith was absolutely amazing. When my fianc� and I first got to the dealership, we were greeted by a sales person who we didn t particularly click with. When we returned, we were greeted by Milton and he completely turned our views around. He was extremely pleasant to work with. We bought 2 cars from him on the same day. After telling him our budget and what we wanted, he knew the inventory very well and found us exactly what we wanted. Milton has created 2 more customers for life. Highly highly recommend going to Nimnicht and asking directly for him.

If I could, I would click 0 starts.Seriously the worst experience I have had at a car dealership.They ran our credit to five different banks, so uncalled for.To have the car serviced- they were not friendly- you have to wait two weeks to bring your car in. It s very inconvenient.I will never purchase another car from you all.Do not want an apology or anything because it will not change a thing. Fix your employees.

Walked into the dealership looking to get into an affordable car knowing that I had some pretty rough credit, After talking to Erie Gonzalez, my sales rep, he informed me of many options that were still available to me even in my situation.I walked out with a nicer car than I expected to get into, my family will be safer in the vehicle he showed me and I m a lot happier now!Thank you Erie!

Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had! Well at least the day of anyway. Prior to driving two plus hours to jacksonville we spent several days communicating with Muni (only positive of the experience) and came to a deal over the phone. A deposit was paid and over the next few days before heading up we secured our own financing and finalized all the details with Muni regarding trade-in and everything else. Everything was fine until the day we went to pick the car up.First of all, when we arrived, the car was still located up front with the rest of the sale vehicles even though we paid a deposit already a few days prior.Second, The car was filthy and had yet to be washed or cleaned up even though they knew we would be there that morning.Third, it took FOREVER! Despite having everything done already before making the trip it still took almost 4 hours! For what?? The deal was made already. The numbers were finished. Trades were already discussed. We had a check in hand from the bank. Everything was DONE! Should have been 30 mins to an hour max!Idk, maybe I am being petty but in my opinion the car should have been ready to go and it should have been a very simple and quick, in and out process.

My experience with Nimnicht Chevrolet was horrible. Please Please avoid purchasing any use vehicles from them In October I brought a use 2015 Chevrolet Silverado and in February I started having problems with it so I brought it in to see what the problem was. After they do they inspection, they say the transmission is bad, the motor mounts needs to be replaced, the brake fluid needs to be flushed, my serpentine belt needs to be replaced, carbin air filter and engine filter needs to be replaced, GDI needs to be service, plus some other stuff.Then Joanne had the nerves to say well the good thing is your extended warranty will cover the transmission and motor mounts but not the other stuff.So I tell Joanne Akel, I just brought this vehicle in October and drove less then 12,000 miles I could not take it home when I first brought it because you guy per your policy has to do and inspection on all use vehicles before the owner drives off the lot so I had to pick it up the next day. I also said how could you not have known that the motor mounts was going bad, the serpentine belt was bad, carbin air filter or brake fluid need to be flushed, and etc... how could you not have know this. If you would have told me that all this stuff needs to be replaced when I brought this use truck I would have brought another truck.Instead of fixing the problem they want to make excuses about its being a use vehicle. I know it's a use vehicle but it came from Nimnicht Chevrolet dealership supposely had gone through all this inspection and came back saying everything was good to go on the vehicle which I just brought in October.Please Please avoid this dealership

This was my go to place when my truck needed work that i couldn't or didnt have time to do myself. I went there recently trying to get my truck looked at an they told me it would cost me 3 hours of labor which is over 400 dollars to even look at my truck because of the year (2007) and i was thinking about doing that until they told me the closest appointment is May 10th. This is ridiculous and highway robbery. I dont see myself ever coming there again unless i have to

Do not go here , my father was interested in buying a truck from them so he went in to look at a silverado , the worker who was helping him just kept walking in and out of the office and he never saw the truck and went home disappointed. We ve received around FIVE letters from different banks saying that this store has sent the bank my dads credit info , even though we want nothing to do with this store . I ve sent them two emails and they haven t replied

My service at nimnicht awful I went there to get a chevy and the manager and assistant avoided getting me a Chevy. They didn't even let me take a look at the truck

I took my Jeep to Nimnicht Chevrolet for Repairs and Received a bad job.I took it back to them and my Jeep and still not fix Right.I am not Happy at all with the work I Received.
