Ms Debbie was so responsive and compassionate, My Car was returned to me basically brand new, I was given an estimate of 14 days and it took 7! highly recommended! although an accident is a very frustrating, stressful experience, Miss Debbie comforted me. Ms Debbie was a very sweet, outgoing personality throughout our entire exchange.

Assisted with my vehicle in less than 2 hours. No hassle, instant quote, very nice people. I spoke with a kind lady that was at the front desk who introduced me to Tim, who instantly went outside to view my car and help me.Will come here for all autobody work in the future.

Certified Collision is second to none! Their dedication to their clients is obvious in all they do. Debbie was great! She dealt with my insurance adjuster, car rental agent, and my unusually high expectations like a pro. I was kept more informed by her than the insurance adjuster throughout my experience! Tim and his team are by far the best body and PAINT crew! Period. My jeep looks brand new, not newly repaired. Certified Collision provide top notch work and service, with a smile and honesty and integrity. I wouldn't think of using another body shop after dealing with Tim and Debbie. Thanks guys!

I was referred to Certified Collision as my driver door was sagging and the hinges were badly damaged. I took my truck up for an estimate and scheduled my appointment. Tim, his wife and their team were wonderful and Tim did an excellent job on my repair! So glad I can now use my driver door and I don t have to climb in and out of my passenger side anymore. Will be having more body work done by them in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

The folks at Certified Collision Repair were timely and professional. I opted to go with them for repairs to my fenders and front bumper. Fantastic family owned body shop on the Westside. I hade some minor damage on my Ford Edge from an accident. I had my bumper and both forward quarter panels replaced. They gave me an estimate for 7-10 days and had it done in 5.Only downside is that because they are so good it took us nearly a month and a half to get an appointment, which if my car had sustained heavier damage would have been an issue. Also, they don't do glass work, so we had to have our windshield replaced elsewhere.Overall it was a great experience and they worked very well with our insurance (Progressive comprehensive coverage)

The clear coat on one of my doors had been punctured and was peeling back. I took my car to these guys and they repaired & repainted the door so perfectly you would never know it had ever been damaged. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Have you ever attempted to find body parts for a 38 year old Chevy S10 Blazer? Certified Collision did just that. Granted it took a little time, but their efforts resulted in the beautiful restoration my vehicle. Paints match perfectly. When it was necessary to substitute a part not an original, Certified Collision called and explained my options. Tim and his crew are artist at vehicle restoration. If you have a collision problem, talk to Tim. He will tell you what he can and cannot do. And when you agree that he should do the job, he will do exactly what he said he would do. It also made me feel positive about this business when I saw the very busy, but immaculately clean work area. This reflects well on the quality they put into their work. My advise - GIVE THEM A TRY.

The team at Certified Collision replaced the front bumper on my 2017 Mustang this week. They did such a great job - you can't tell there was ever any damage! Tim provided a written estimate a couple weeks before I dropped it off. Since this is my only car, I asked if they could order the part before I dropped off my car. They required a deposit for that, which is a reasonable request. I called to make the deposit and Brittany was very helpful. The next day (a Friday), they called to tell me the part was in and I could drop the car off on Monday. I dropped my car off a little after 8:00 am and was able to pick it up the same day. Everyone I encountered was professional, personable, and happy to help. While I hope to not need any other body work done, if I do, I know where I'll be taking my car!

Best experience I have ever had with a repair shop! My infinity got impaled on a bridge and the team here had it looking brand new. They got my car in when they said they would and at the estimated price. In addition, not only was my car done on time but was actually completed a little early. This entire team provides professionalism, great quality and superior customer service!

They made my car look new! This was actually the second time I had to have body work on my car. I was so impressed with them the first time I told the insurance company I wanted to use them again. Very professional and great folks. Highly recommend Certified Collision.

They did an amazing job on my car, just alil bump. Cleaned, vacuumed and back to new.. THANK YOU body work team!I would give 5 stars, however, I'm huge on customer service and the girl whom I spoke with in the office was lacking by far. I could tell in her voice, she did not want to be at work let alone be helpful. Today when I picked up my car she couldn't be bothered to even say good morning, smile or give two effs. Poor girl seems super sad and unhappy.

My family (immediate and extended) has been taking our vehicles to certified collision for any damage done through accidents, or road wear and tear for over a decade (if not 2). They are always courteous, provide fair and reasonable estimates, and are willing to do the best they can under the circumstances. They care about their customers and are truly a family run business. I grew up over near that side of Jacksonville, but now live in St. Augustine. I still take my car to them only, because it is worth the drive.

Tim did an absolutely fantastic job on my car. Staff was courteous and professional. Bodywork and paint has no flaws, as I am a stickler for perfection, and timeframe was accurate. Hope I never need a bodyshop, but if I do, I know where to go!

I just made a simple phone call to inquire about an estimate. The very nice lady not only answered my question, she also gave me information that made my insurance claim move along quicker. I would definitely use this business for any future needs.

I used certified for a left rear accident and all was well until I picked up my truck and noticed a small melted are on the center console. They denied causing the damage and were not willing to compensate me in any way. I would be very Leary of using someone who is unwilling to take responsibility for poor workmanship.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did body repair for me after someone hit my side door of my car. They replaced the door and I took home my car without any evidence of the door being replaced! This is definitely a top rated company.

Went to get estimate and they didn t want my business. Lady at the front office said they don t work with the General Insurance even though I had the check in hand. Yea whatever

This place is amazing!!! Just picked up my car and it looks like i was never even hit in the front. If you get in an accident and suffer from damages please take your car here, they work fast and efficient.

While I cannot speak to their repair services, the receptionist there was completely honest about their backlog on appointments.Thank you, thank you, thank you for being honest when so many others out there are not.I wish I could have waited to get an appointment there, for that reason alone.
