My husband, children and I went in on a Saturday afternoon, a little nervous due to it being our first car purchase. And were blown away with the service & like family feeling these gentlemen gave us.We were greeted immediately & felt so welcome, we were helped by Jimmy and he was absolutely amazing, everything went so smoothly and even the small bump in the road we hit he worked us through it in a professional and timely manner. 100/10 would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a beautiful, reliable vehicle!! Their manager himself even come to finalize everything with us went over a checklist to make sure we had the best experience we could and that we left satisfied! We will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them in the future :) photo just to show off our beautiful new family vehicle

Today was such a great car buying experience Mr Jose took care of me he was highly professional and made sure I was 100 percent happy with my purchase. He let me test drives both of the cars I was interested in. No hassle or pushy vibes. He even made my 3 year old feel welcome by putting on a movie for her to watch while we conducted business. Mr Jose deserves a raise the way he go above and beyond for his customers.

Man as soon as I walked into cars and credit I was greeted with a warm welcome and they worked with me all the way.Jimmy was a fantastic car salesman he made me feel comfortable and got me in a car that worked for me and its still a good car i really appreciate Jimmy and the dealership for giving me an opportunity 5 .

I want to say this was the best experience I have had in years at any car buying experience. Jose took very good care of me. The process was great and understanding of everything. I'm here to tell you, I have been driving for over 17 years and this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mr. Holloway was great, and the owner is phenomenal. They are here to really help you get riding. Anyone who has been done wrong by American Car Center who recently closed unexpectedly, go to Cars and Credit of Jacksonville. The monthly payments are reasonable as well as down payments. They are here to help. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I love my new vehicle.

Cars and credit was so helpful they did not pressure me. They helped with my situation with checks stubs & I was able drive away in the vehicle i wanted! Jimmy was the best very upfront and honest.

I have bought cars from them for years, I love it. Pete is an outstanding guy, if you want a nice and good running vehicle, go see Pete. Once you are looking and find the right car go over to financing and grab a joke or two with Tracy. He will make those numbers right for your pocket. Don't forget if you have any problems, Jimmy is the right guy you want to talk to. I forgot to mention, they have a contract with George at Maintenance Plus, go and get your baby right, with any issues you have with your vehicle. Remember, you do have a warranty on all vehicle! Yo if you need a car and are low on funds, go see my man Jose Perez! I was paying 1500 a month (50 a day) for a rental car for 6 months. When you have to pay that much it s impossible to save up ANOTHER 1500 ontop of it. Jose was super patient with my and my situation, and he worked some magic and put me in a 2012 with barely 130k miles for only $800 DOWN, while everyone else was asking 1500 or more. Jose was definitely my angel today. Oh and CREDIT SCORE DOESNT MATTER with these guys! It s so fantastic and I can t thank y all enough! I love the car!!

I would choose them over jdb anyway. The cars have warranties. Down payment starting at $500 and they are not pushing. THEY ARE THE BANK WHICH MEANS YOUR CREDIT WILL NOT BE BEAT UP WHEN YOU LEAVE!!!!!!

Jim has to be the absolute best! I went in looking for a car yesterday we talk alittle told him what I liked and he put me in what I wanted ! I love my new to me SUV He saw my need for a car and he made sure I was happy with that I was getting ! He was very sweet and understanding that I had my 7 year old tagging along with me ! He went above and beyond to keep him occupied with a movie while I filled paperwork out and finished up dotting my eyes and crossing my T's after we pulled off the lot he couldn't stop talking about his new friend at the car place! So if your in the market for a new car and want someone that listens to you and doesn't take advantageof you this is where you need to go!!! Thank you again Jim for helping me get the car I love

Sold me a Hyundai Sonota that engine was recalled shortly after. Unhelpful and will just take your money and not remedy the situation.

Grateful to Jimmy for working with me to find the right and perfect SUV! I came and originally looked around the lot...test drove some cars...I had been used to driving a medium sized SUV so the sedans didnt feel right. I was getting pretty down and frustrated when alas - a 2011 Ford Edge was on the lot! It wasnt quite ready for sale but I drove it and it had all the features I wanted! Jimmy sent the vehicle down to be rehabbed and we finished the paperwork, which was easy peasy. Not a lot of forms and complications. I came and picked up my Edge the next day.....well, they probably hurried a little because the check engine light came on. Even though all of their cars come with a warranty - Jimmy arranged for me to have it fixed at no charge to me at their shop. Just a sensor! I am so happy with my purchase and so grateful for Cars and Credit. Thank you to all who helped us!

The sales people were great and the payment team is top notch. They have worked with me every step of the way. I bought a 2011 dodge grand caravan in 2018 and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. It has ran smoothly. Only one issue of a door window actuator and I replaced that myself. Great service and help.I would definitely buy another car from them.

Had the car and it ran hot same day. 2 weeks later transmission went out. Car was sent to their shop and bounced around to several different shops only to be took to a shop and held for 3 weeks. Still havent got the car back

Was kinda skeptical about the buy here pay here lots. Had spoke with a few dealerships in the area told them my situation as far as credit, down payment and finances. I would be told "oh yeah we can totally work with you until I made the trip with public transit which anyone whose taken the bus in Jacksonville knows is an hour or better, just to be given the run around once I arrived. Totally the opposite here. Spoke with Jimmy before I ever went told him my situation and he assured me he could work with me and he was a man of his word. Was upfront about everything as far as payments, helped with some gas before I drove off. 2 weeks after purchase my alternator went out,. No BS,. They sent me straight to mechanic and had it fixed at no charge. Truly what used car lots should strive to follow. TY Jimmy and all

If your in need of a good and reliable car Jose Perez is your guy! He was very helpful in the process which did not take long at all. I did not feel pressured to just pick anything. I love cars and credit... The sales guys are awesome. when ever I have any issue with my truck they make sure it s taken care of . Their mechanics are awesome has well. Only think I would change about my experience is the person whose over my account....NICOLE.... she s very nasty to talk to. She gives incorrect informations. I requested plenty of times that I do not want to speak with her regarding my account I would rather someone else. But unfortunately I m stuck with her. So I avoid calling their I rather pay online because she s Just not a person I would like to deal with. Other than that I would recommend cars and credit to EVERYONE!

Great place! Honest and won't break your budget. They work with all credit scores and will get you in a good car. If you have an income and need a good car, go here. The manager even double checks for and car issues and will fix it for free! He picked us up and filled the tank in the new car before we left the lot.

Really great people here. Ii got my car here then came back for a 2nd car. I'm about to come get a 3rd for my son. They work with you to get you the best deal for you. They're very helpful & very friendly. I highly recommend you come here & no you don't have to have great credit, they'll work with you to help you.

This is the best car dealer that I have ever been to. They are trustworthy and they really want you to get the car of YOUR choice. There is no haggling or bull to go through. They also take great care of their return customers. We will definitely continue buying cars from them. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

So far best experience I ve had with a dealership. My previous cars were from buy here pay here lots as well but none of them top this one. Smaller down payment here and paying your car note actually benefits your credit score. Also very friendly and understanding people. I can t complain much at all!
