Never in my life did I think I would be writing a rave review of a tire/auto shop but I ve also never walked out of one without feeling like I got totally taken for a ride before. They were recommended by a friend and I can totally see why. I spoke with John Carryl on the phone and his brother Jason when I got to the store and they could not have been more honest, pleasant, and straightforward to deal with. Tyler at the desk was great too. The whole place feels like a family run business should. Never once did I feel like they were trying to pressure me into something I didn t need or sell me something I didn t want. They did exactly what they said they would do for the price the quoted and made me feel looked after the whole time. They have made a customer for life and will be wearing my new Carryl Tire Co. shirt with pride!

This is THE BEST auto company I have ever encountered. After getting my quote, I did my research, and they were absolutely the most reasonably priced. Not only do they have great prices, but they are also honest, kind, and empathetic. I am so thrilled I found mechanics I can trust. I have told everyone I know about them. Highly recommend Carryl Tires, they are very professional and quick with their work. I have had multiple tires patched with them after nails would get in from sedan tires to big truck tires. I have also been going to them for my oil changes, tire rotation and alignments; which they have a great alignment plan for a very fair price. I proudly would recommend them to friends and family. Where do I begin.I brought my ram here reluctantly because they had the only machine that could evacuate my special refrigerant so I could overhaul my HVAC system. I say reluctantly because as a rule I don t trust most mechanics in their pricing as I m sure most of you know why. It s been over a yr now and I m in and outta this place so often I m sure the dudes cus a little under their breath because my truck is so full of problems haha (I mean..it s a RAM)I ve sat back in the waiting room and listened to these guys take the time to explain to customers the what, why, when and where a replacement item or fix on a vehicle is needed. And they don t talk down to you and they don t take advantage of you. I ve had them throw some 5100s on this bad boy and when I called inquiring as to what could make this truck jerk me into the other lane (not placing blame) John simply stated hey man, we re not above making mistakes drop by and we ll double check that the front end is tight it was. Furthermore before I had confirmed to even have them do the work I had some squeaking coming from my aftermarket upper control arms and John had one of his techs grease the fitting at no charge it took a bit of grease too. One of their other techs I wish I remembered his name while doing an alignment found that I needed a passenger side axel replacement (which they don t do)Sure enough he showed me the video and they referred me to a damn good shop driveline that set me up. I can t say enough about these guys. The list goes on.

Best auto shop in Jacksonville! The Carryl brothers are world class. Their transparent pricing and service is unmatched. Their easy and prompt communication, including the ability to view, then approve or deny work to my vehicle on my phone was amazing. Not to mention their pricing is outstanding. I bring all of my personal and company vehicles here and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for all my auto needs. Thanks Carryl Tire!!

My husband and I had the best experience with Carryl Tire Co. when we got his F-150 some larger tires as well as a leveling kit added. Service was fast and friendly, pricing was fantastic, and the work was great! I have been more than happy to refer friends and family to Carryl for servicing of their cars, and everyone has had a great experience too. Getting new tires isn t a fun experience but I m grateful to have a shop we trust for keeping us safe on the road!Service: Tires

As a woman walking in to get my car worked on, I m always nervous I m going to get bamboozled into spending more money on things my car doesn t need. But my experience at Carryl Tire was really pleasant. Everyone was very friendly, informative, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. They took the time to educate me and explain the issues in a way that I could digest it as a non-car savvy person. It was a great experience overall and the facility itself was really clean and cool. This is the best place to take your car. The prices are great, the service even better. These guys know what they're doing, make sure you understand what they're doing, and don't try to sell you things you don't need. I highly recommend them.

Great shop. Always busy. I've brought both of our vehicles here, and have no complaints. Services priced right. Knowledgeable owners, and mechanics. Both services I've been in for, I've stayed and waited in the lobby. Any call that came in, or customer that walked in, was treated professionally. I am a guy who prefers to work on his own vehicles, but am always searching for a place to handle things I just can't do in my own garage. I have found an honest auto shop, and will be taking my vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

Best group of guys you ll meet for car service. You can tell they genuinely want to take care of the customer and not out to just sell you something you don t need. It s obvious that the Jason and John s priority is superior service above all else. Unlike big corporate shops, it s clear that this local family owned company did not see me as a number or a sales target but as valued member of their extended family.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Hands down the best! Jason went above and beyond to come change a tire for my daughter which was 45 min away! In addition to that, he ordered the parts and received them timely. There were no junk fees and the tire and rim were replaced in 20 minutes. I will continue to drive nearly an hour for any and all of our auto needs! Best in the industry.

This place is the only place to go. The Carryl family has been in the tire & service business for a long time and it all starts with Mike. Had a great experience getting a new set of tires on the truck. Quick and seamless experience, and the shop looks amazing. Highly recommend.

The brothers that run Carryl Tire are the real deal. After my first dealing with them 18 months ago on my personal vehicle, I send all of my family vehicles to them now. They are fully competent and provide high quality service at a great price. If you need work done on your vehicle, Carryl Tire Co. is the way to go! They always gives you a fair and honest evaluation of what needs to be done on your vehicle and break it down to where you can understand it. They never over charge or tack on extra fees and costs that you do not need or want. I personally use Carryl Tire and I have sent all of my friends here. All of them have raved about the customer service they get. When you serve the public, it is impossible to get all five star Google reviews, because you can't please everybody. But this company is best in class. One word describes this business: Outstanding. Would give them 7 stars if I could. I was referred to them by Hunter Alignment Corporate and am certainly glad that they did. Jason and John can best be defined as open, honest, communicative and professional. Have never had any shop treat me in the positive fashion that they did. None better. I had issues with my dually which have 19.5" Alcoas and tires installed and have had nothing but problems since. Took my truck to them and let them work their magic. I was most impressed that they took the time to show me pictures and videos of the issues with my tires. But, no problems, these guys fixed ALL of the issues. For anyone that has 19.5" tires on your truck, I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. They now have a customer for life for all of my future tire requirements on all of my vehicles. Jason, John, and the entire Carryl Tire Team thanks so much for your help.

I actually look FORWARD to getting my oil changed now. So relieving knowing I have a genuine and caring mechanic who always steer me in the right direction and never try to sell me things I dont need. Jon and Jason are the BEST in town. Super convenient booking appointments on their website and they send you a link to know when your ride is ready with the option to pay online as well. So cool.

Gave great service on our 2005 BMW 330i and found a couple of issues that I was unaware of with pictures and reasonable pricing! I really like paying from my cell phone and the digital communication platform. Small, family businesses are usually the best businesses, and Carryl Tire Co. is a perfect example of one that is the best of the best. This is due not only to the high quality of their service, but also the one on one personal consultations they provide and the level of trust they inspire by doing so.Twice, for example, I have had to give them a call on an emergency basis and twice they have saved me a great deal of stress by offering excellent repairs for excellent value, not charging me one penny more than necessary, as has happened to me so many times before.That is because these guys are good at what they do in every sense, as is the team they work with, so the people who have used them are loyal and spread the good word to those who have not.There is no other place in Jacksonville I would take my mother s car ever again for any type of repairs. So, if you are looking for a company that you and your friends can keep returning to with confidence for any maintenance work year after year, then this is definitely the one!Thank you boys, for everything!
