If I could give a negative star I would. My son purchased a car through this company and when he went to pick up his license plate and registration he noticed that the address was incorrect. The person that sold him the car was not in at the time, so one of the workers that was there called the guy for my son. The guy couldn't talk at that moment but the worker that called him told the guy that the address was incorrect on the registration. Instead of him saying that he can call my son back tomorrow and offer a solution for his mistake, he told my son that the car was in his name now. Very unprofessional. The only problem we have is that the address that the guy used for the registration my son no longer lives there and hasn't lived there in 7 months and that is where the title is going to go also. And my son stated that he never gave the guy that address anyway so how did they even come up with that address. The address on his license is not even the same address as the one that was put on his paperwork. This is very frustrating and I told my son that the response he got was very unprofessional. He recommended these people to other people that he knew. But, I advised him to tell them what happened. They were nice until they got his money. Now the "Car is in his name". Thank you Ryan.

At this location it was no professional customer service there at all and employees that work there take to long... 3 days long to complete some audio work and due to the employees company that they have there going to cause the owner to loose a lot of business for the company that they have there you shouldn't have to go where they have bad company when want to spend your money somewhere

The only reason they got one star is because they won't let me put negative stars This is the most unprofessional audio shop I have ever been to I went to get a remote start installed and tint and the guy who installed my remote start destroyed my dash it looked decent when he was done but since the ac didn't work when he installed it I took my dash apart and where there used to be 14 screws there is now 3 so not only did they not put all my stuff back together then they put my aftermarket dash kit in they broke both the clips that hold it in so I need to buy another one so unless you want a long day full of headaches followed by a couple weeks of trying to contact them to fix it just so they can tell you it wasn't their fault I would avoid them at all costs unless you want your tint done they at least did my tint ight//// since I can't reply to your comment I'm just posting it here that day your "technician" worked on my car 3 hours after closing I was told that it was ready for me to pick up and when I got there they were just starting on it and okay fine you can say it had nothing to do with your shop but what your shop did do is lose all the screws in my center dash except 2 and they broke the clips for my dash kit for my stereo and broke the plastic pins to the thing that covers the wires under my steering wheel and I had led strips that are bent now and on top of that your "discounted" price was 50$ off (i spent more ubering to and from work) so I was charged 350$ for a 100$ Walmart aftermarket alarm and 250 for the labor that isn't a discount my car stayed at your shop for 3 days then I had to come back 2 times just to get it looked at and the alarm isn't even wired right my alarm goes off constantly when I use the remote start I would have brought it back to get fixed but I don't need anything else wrong with my car that yall will claim you didn't do not to mention he stepped on my key immobilizer and broke it and the one he replaced it with isn't the same one and makes my ignition looks terrible like it's broken from a 1990 honda instead of a 2007
