I walked in and spoke to Kelly one of the nicest salesmen and told him what I had to spend , and he checked there inventory and showed me the camper that he had in my price range and it was perfect for me.He put me in a great camper and I'm very happy to have bought my camper there.

I got released from my position as a level two technician for this company making them over $250,000 every year in profit. Nice to know the place really cares about their employees who are struggling to build their life in and around Camping. Conflict of interest upset them due to me helping people outside of Camping world policies. as a lifetime technician of all things, nuts and bolts I am happy with the decision though. it released me from the chains and bonds that they had on me. If you re unhappy with Camping world let me know I m here to help.

My husband and I purchased a 17 B Dutchman, 2022 on March 23. The salesman John was very professional and most helpful and providing us with a beautiful trailer travel vehicle. He gave us so many great options and the greatest thing of all with my credit and my cosigner. We talked to him that night, and then the next afternoon we drove off, our beautiful trailer home. I would like to thank camping world for having such a great professional salesman and John I plan on recommending so many people to come visit your location. Can t wait to hit the road. It came with great accessories, way to go, John!

Today my Husband and I had the best customer service experience with Kitchen aka Kit. He really treated us like family. We are first time buyers and very nervous about which camper we want to invest in given the wide variety of options. There is so much to consider that it can be overwhelming but having Kit to help walk us through the process was very comforting. He took time to understand our concerns and helped us find a perfect match that fit our goals and budget. He was knowledgeable, patient, and super accommodating. We never felt pushed or like we were being sold to. The experience genuinely felt like we were shopping with a wise friend. I d highly recommend buying from Kit.

Ive been to several Camping worlds around the US and decent customer service is sometimes hit or miss.However this particular Camping World gets a high rating for me.We bought a king mattress here (that we love!) and the store clerk took it out and loaded it into the car for us, saving my already bad back some twisting and turning.The cashier was wonderful and pointed out all the perks of a Good Sam membership, including the use of their Dump Stations free of charge around the US. The 5% off campsites usually amounts to a few bucks off and I didn t get the membership for that reason. The store discounts are nice.3 days after buying my Good Sam membership, I went back to the store because I needed to bring back some drinking water to my RV and they happily directed me to the fresh water spigot behind the store, where I filled up several 5 gal containers.Everyone here is wonderful.

Buying a camper from Kitchen was the best experience. He was genuine, fair and honest. I felt like I made a friend forever. I need to say kudos to finance manager Mackenzie as well. What a sweetheart. Nic also went above and beyond by getting us stuff and fixing things. 100% pleasant experience. Thank you kindly.

The service was great! But the Dutchman Coleman Lantern 2022 has been nothing but problems. Leaks... Under the bathroom sink, kitchen sink and slide out. Don't buy Dutchman! #Dutchman #coleman

Have a membership here to use their dump station. Staff is always friendly if we interact. But they don't bother you if you're just taking care of business.

We just went in to browse and get an idea of what we would like in a travel trailer. Paul was a great salesman, he showed us exactly what we were looking for, listened to our feedback and didn't overwhelm us with high pressure sales tactics! The manager Gio also came out and talked to us and was very friendly. Overall the experience was very informative and fun. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to purchase.

The Staff was terrific, if you're going to look at Campers go see Gabriel. No pressure sales, but he will spend all the time with you that you need.Gabe and Guy along with the rest of the staff were a great team for me and my family. The customer service was outstanding!Our Sales Associate, Carlos Marrero was very helpful and understood what we were looking for. Carlos worked with us over and beyond to be sure we got a great deal. This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. We bought a used 5th wheel . I have never seen such poor customer service and the lack of concern for our needs. The worst experience ever. Nothing but problems and no one cares. They sold us a defective unit and we are just stuck ! We even bought a 5K warranty that covers NOTHING ! The service department is the worst! Reporting to consumer affairs and a lawyer !The staff and management changes daily. Very very disappointed.Buyers Beware !!!!

Visited today with my family to try and find an RV that would be the right fit for us. We were blessed to have D. Kitchen as our sales associate! He was truly the best sales person I ve ever dealt with in buying anything in my life. He was patient with my four kids and did his best to entertain our grumpy 2yo. He was incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy. Could ve stayed another hour looking around at RVs with him. I very much appreciated Kitchen s help with our search for an RV. We ll be back to do business with you very soon my friend!

Me and my best friend visited the Interstate Center Dr location today to start viewing option for her new RV. Kayley gave the best tour of the A,B and C class models. She was very attentive and knew exactly who to call to answer the tough question. She brought out Chris who took us a test drive and I must say I ve never seen someone back a whole mobile home perfectly into a parking spot without assistance from the back up camera. Best experience hands down

We had an outstanding experience at Camping World. Carlos was perhaps one of the most helpful and knowledgeable salesman we have ever encountered. He was patient and showed us all our various options, without any pushy sales tactics. He made shopping for our camper a wonderful experience. From the start of inquiring about a camper, to the follow thru and the actual meet and greet, Camping World went beyond our expectations. All businesses should use this company as a model for customer service.

New RV- first time cutting on TV and it does not work.Was told someone would be out to replace then that was slightly inaccurate. Received a call from Martha to schedule an appt. I was upset that I had to wait over a week. Then that was rescheduled another day out. All the while I was saying I have to wait over a week to be able to get a new TV. NOT ONCE did MARTHA tell me I still would not have a TV!!!I was also asked to measure the TV, if you were not going to bring a TV out to replace it then why bother getting a measurement?She had ever opportunity to let me know they would have to have Tech look at it first then submit thru warranty and see if approved then wait to have a TV sent to them.That was my second issue; my first was they removed my power cord from the RV. When I asked if it was mine I was told no. It was late when we got to our campsite and no stores had a power cord to fit ours.The next day, our options were either they can overnight it or we can go buy one which obviously we had already tried and that was a fail.So my husband had to take Over an hour drive back to Jacksonville to get the power cord. I will say they did make it right. Don was great But now that this new issue has a rose, I would have to say I would never go to camping world again, and I will strongly discourage anyone from buying anything from there, because the communication is terrible, Martha is rude and has no customer service skills what so ever.I feel like this should have been part of the walk-through, checking the electronics. I did not personally think about it, because I was trying to make sure that I videoed the whole process of how to actually work the RV itself. It's definitely different than a motor coach.Josh the tech was great and Tyler our sales rep was as well.

Very nice trailers, and you can find every type of trailer you would ever need. In addition, they have great customer service and the staff here are extremely nice, kind, and very open to help and try to find the perfect camper that surpasses your expectations.

First off, I went to Camping World in Jacksonville to look for a camper for my mom. Wasn't planning to buy a camper as my mom wasn't with me plus I took my 3 kids with me as I was just planning on looking. Well, Gabriel showed me a Grand Design Imagine that was PERFECT for her and I knew that was the one for her. Ben worked his magic with the numbers and before I knew it i was signing papers for this camper. I could not be happier with my experience with these guys. They went out of their way to help in every way to make the deal happen. Needless to say we went out the door with a new camper!!! Thanks again guys!!! Happy New Year's!!!

We visited to get assistance with a warranted item. We were helped immediately. Shedae (forgive me if spelled incorrectly) assisted us with returning our faulty item and got our replacement quickly. She promptly processed the return and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. She was very friendly and answered our questions.The store was very clean and everyone was very friendly! They had anything the typical RV er would need and a large selection of new and used equipment. We will return if we need anything camping related!

While buying the camper they were very nice and seemingly helpful. But since they dropped it off I've not been able to get in contact with them. I bought a 2018 camper from them 6mo ago I've recently found leaks in the bathroom, when I tried to use the heater this year the ducts in the living room aren't even blowing hot air, and today it's been raining steady and I find a leak in the roof straight down into the living room. I've been trying to contact them only to be told of the service center will call me back as soon as possible it's been 2 weeks without contact I've been calling getting the same answer with no return call. I very strongly suggest going anywhere else. Because their service people obviously don't check over as well as they say they do.

(December 26, 2023) Friendly staff on the floor and helpful but the cashier seemed like she didn t want to be bothered, she couldn t even look us in the eye the whole time during the transaction... she even walked away from the cash register before we did! Didn t care for that at all... but we do love our generator shelf!

We had a great experience while purchasing an Eddie Bauer 23 RB on January 20, 2024, at the Tampa Bay, RV SUPERSHOW. The salesman, Mr. Kitchen, was very helpful while introducing us to this RV. Also, Alex McKinnon was extremely professional, pleasant and expeditious in helping us walk through the process of purchasing our new travel trailer as we purchased the trailer toward the end of the show and we had a plane to catch. We were unfamiliar with the Eddie Bauer 23RB until seeing it at the show. We were surprised at how many upgrades or improvements that this travel trailer offered over our previous trailer. Overall, we had a great experience.

My wife and I recently bought a Sabre 38DBQ from Camping World on the north side of Jacksonville. We worked with Tyler there. We told him what we were looking for and then took us on a tour. He showed us multiple campers until we found the one that we loved. We then ended the tour and went home to think. My favorite part is Tyler wasn t pushy at all as a salesman. No one can stand a pushy salesman. In fact he was the opposite, he let us go home and think without trying to push a sale on us right then and there. I then called him about a week later and he set the deal up. Was professional the whole time. 10 out of 10 recommend going through Tyler to buy your next camper.
