I brought my car to caliber collision after a car accident and needed quite a bit of body work done. This location ( st Augustine road ) was an option on the list from my insurance company . I am very happy with the work they did. Everything looks great ! Everyone I dealt with was so nice and knowledgeable about any question I had .I really liked that I received a text message update at least once, maybe twice a week keeping me updated on the status and how it was coming along. . The original day that I was told it would be done was exactly when it was done . I didn t think it s would be because of all the work it needed, but it was!I would definitely bring any of my vehicles here and will also recommend it to anyone. I can t speak for any of the other locations because there are a few, but as far as the St. Augustine Road location, I highly recommend!

I got my 2019 Kia soul fixed after a major $10k accident at their location April-June of 2021 and to this day I still find parts that were not installed properly, taken out, or unfixed. I found a missing clip under the hood, missing bolts for my radiator, clip in panel in the trunk is missing that wasn t before, and my wiring harness connecting the alternator is frayed. All from the accident that was only front end damage. Yes they did fix my car, but some the parts haven t lasted nearly as long as the original ones. Now I have to replace them myself after only a year & 1/2. If you do business here make sure you do a thorough examination of your vehicle before you leave, and request only new parts to be used.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

I've been getting follow-ups from a lovely voice of the name of autumn...Which she kept me up to date on the progress and a delay from the manufacturer on parts.... But still have the vehicle completed ahead of time... for caliber, oh what the hell, four thumbs ...

The repairs were awesome. My pickup date changed three times. Do to lackluster deliveries.This fall short of my expectations. I was expecting to be in and in three days and it ended up be a week and a half long smh. 0 stars

Had an online estimate completed but cannot take to shop for a true estimate because they do not take customer pay only jobs. In fact according to their corporate office no location in the state of Florida does. Sounds like they are working hand in hand with the insurance companies to limit people to repairs of their choosing.I know I m just one vehicle but to lose business this way is not a great business practice in my opinion.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Josh was wonderful to work with, and kept me apprised each step of the way. The work done on my Infiniti was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

You don t necessarily want to need their services but once you ve used Caliber, you won t go anywhere else. Stellar communication, impeccable work. Made a stressful situation as easy as they could and we are beyond happy with the results.

I had about 8000 in repairs for my vehicle. In and out in about 2 weeks. Pretty good. Even around the holidays. Autumn keep me informed every step of the way.

Autumn Bull was our representative, she kept us informed of progress, parts purchase and communicated with us at each step along the way. She gave us an estimate of when the car would be completed and did not go over that date. I was fortunate enough to have them work on my baby (GMC Sierra) and they treated her with so much care. The team there were awesome and they made sure I was informed with any and all issues that occurred. Anthony was AMAZINGLY helpful and so so informative. He personally called me and kept me updated with changes and alternate plans they brainstormed before actually implementing the process. He was great. He was available for any questions I had and he made me feel as though he had my truck s life in his hands and I could trust him. I really appreciate the help and service he and the management team provided. They also found my Alabama team s license plate that was misplaced- I couldn t leave without it LOL. More than 3 months passed, and they couldn t be able to repair my car.. Every other day, they SUPPOSEDLY discover something new, order parts for that, that part is almost always on back order List goes that way. At first I was told my car would be ready on 06/16, now we are in August and they still COULD NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR MY CAR! They are unbelievably slow on progressing with the repair. If you need somewhere to repair your car for the promised date, take your business somewhere else

My Kia was vandalized due to the "Kia Boys". Destroyed my keyed ignition and left it undriveable. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Considering they had to do my entire column and my ignition, I am impressed by how well it drives. It's been a few days now and my car is operating as it should. In addition, when I received it, they had cleaned it for me! Autumn kept me well informed through detailed texts and when I had a question, she answered it easily and was very polite and patient. It was a seamless execution of the job by them. I got my car a day earlier than their projection, which was awesome. Right before the weekend, so it was much appreciated.

I brought my car into another location after my insurance company chose Caliber to provide and estimate on repairs after i was rear ended. They had my car for nearly 3 weeks before finally being able to provide a estimate that totaled the car. This should have taken days as opposed to the weeks and they were very uncommunicative during the process. It took multiple daily phone calls to finally get an answer, once i started pushing i had an estimate in 2 days. 3 weeks is far too long to keep a vehicle and not communicate.

They did great work on my truck. They use a text messaging system to keep me notified of the progression of work done to my vehicle. The only problem was that it took 6 WEEKS to get my vehicle back. If I could not work from home I would have been in a rental for that long. 6 weeks was way too long. Should have given 1 star.I understand delay in parts, however when I'm told my part came in Tuesday and told they would be resembling car when part came in, I call back Wednesday to make sure it will be resembled by Friday, as my rental runs out then. Get told they're still resembling. Call on Friday, "still reesembling" Your telling me it took 3 whole days to resemble the front end. ?Very disappointed..Changed rating to 1 starI was just told today that my vehicle is having problems with the starter . Why not mention this issue before its ready to be picked up? Vehicle was running perfectly fine when I brought in to shop only had body damage.I would expect shop to replace part that they damaged however they are not even willing to cover the tow expense to my dealership to replace part under warranty... not to mention the rental I will need while new damage is repaired.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service from Janielle G. The team informed me of my vehicle's status while it was being serviced for repairs. They answered all my questions and ensured my car would be restored to its original condition before being wrecked. They go above and beyond by cleaning the inside and out before returning your vehicle. It took less than the expected date and the car looked perfect. My truck has black fingerprints on the roof/ceiling from when they fixed the roof on the outside of the truck. Paper is still on my front window and compound is on my front bumper. Also, it almost took 3 months to get my truck back. I paid around $2000 in rental cars. That is not good service at all.
