WOULD NOT TAKE MY BUSINESS - they said they would only take collision but my car was hit. Perhaps they only take insurance companies because I was willing to pay myself. Regardless, they wouldn't take either one of my cars. If you're looking for good work I wouldn't know because they wouldn't take my car.They make you do your own quote online by yourself and then tell you not to work with them? That makes absolutely no sense. Not the kind of company I'm looking for as a customer. I would instead go to Oceanside or Rocco's body shop.

The customer service with the people and the communication was good. But the quality of the paintwork on the hood that I personally paid for outside of insurance was below par. Is my entire hood has orange peel. As well as some little bits and pieces of trash in the paint.

They did a really nice job with the repairs. Car looks outstanding and Jay has absolutely excellent customer service he did an outstanding job of keeping us updated throughout the entire process!!

Do not go here for self pay. If you have small repair, they are not set up to look at your car personally as a walk in. You can upload pictures of your car damage and an estimate will be generated which is overpriced as there is no human to review actual damage. I then was prompted to call customer service line with long hold and only to be advised someone will call you back from the local store. I went down the road to Oceanside Collision and they came out and I had a quote within 5 minutes.

We got rear ended and brought our car here because it was one of the approved shops for Statefarm. The staff was wonderful and the finished product is top notch! They ordered our rental and we were able to drop it off to them as well. They have an adorable kids play area and fresh popcorn! Highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Scheduled a made up time by Danielle during lunch hour, Danielle made no effort to own up to her mistake or fit me in at any other point in the day despite my 1+ drive. Disorganized, horrible customer service, overall a very disappointing waste of time with caliber collision on Mayport.

The staff was wonderful and the finished product is top notch!They were quick with the estimate, communication was great, and the repair was timely. Caliber and our rep Max got us in a few day to get it fixed. Very happy with the customer service. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I always receive too notch service from Caliber Collision. This was my firs time at this location (Mayport) and I gotta say I am impressed! The repairs made the car look brand new, and the repair was done even before the estimated timeframe. And hats off to Jessica, she made my experience so enjoyable! She's very charismatic and personable, and she went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again!

We brought our vehicle to Caliber Collision for repair after an accident. Jessica was our point of contact at the shop, and she was amazing. She kept us informed all along the way, and her updates were as promised. The repair timeframe was accurately reported to us from the beginning and the work is perfect. Would highly recommend.

They don't accept my insurance (AAA) and they will charge much higher labor costs and extra for the physical estimate if I pay out of pocket. Nope.

After my wife s accident with her 2017 MB e300 we used caliber collision for our repair. They were quick with the estimate, communication was great, and the repair was timely. Only a week later the blind spot monitoring stopped working. Caliber and our rep Max got us in next day to get it fixed. Very happy with the customer service. Highly recommend.

I never write reviews but, because of my dealings with Calliber, I decided to write this one.Calliber Collision did a great repair on my Subaru after a hard rear end Collision; that resulted in huge dents on the lift gate, the rear bumper, & several deep scratches .The estimates were quick & after my missing 3 drop off dates, due to various things, they still fixed it for me & about a week earlier than first estimated. The back end of my car looks brand new. I'm 100% happy with the repairs done by calliber Collision on Mayport Road. Geterdone..

I hadn t had an accident in years but when I did the company that I used then was horrible. As a result I was dreading having to now go in search of another place. Let me tell you that from the point that I dropped my car off to the point I picked it up it was just how else could they impress me. Clean office, polite/professional staff, explained everything thoroughly, got emails and phone communication as to how the repairs were going. They are a friendly, professional business. They fixed my car in a timely manner. I was picked up by Enterprise rental there, and transported to get my rental, and was able to drop off my rental at Caliber when my car was ready that was awesome! Mayport Road location. Repair took 3 days longer than estimated, and nearly 3x the original estimated price for minor damange and the car was dirty when we picked it up. Additionally, they overcharged our insurance company.

They inspected and quoted my car and the next day the wheel cover came off while driving. They have stayed on for years and I guess they put the wheel covers back on in a rush, probably didn t make sure it was properly secured, and now I have to buy my own. Thanks a lot!

Stephanie was amazing to work with! Best experience I ve ever had with a vehicle repair company. They were prompt with updates, always available to speak if needed, and super empathetic to what I was going through. They offered rides if needed and were flexible with my needs. Very high estimate on what I was inquiring about. Like most businesses they are raising pricing to unbelievably high fees that are almost unaffordable for the average local.

Went to pick up our Vehicle today because they said it was ready. What a disappointment, They actually tried to get by with putting a used tail light In our vehicle I'm sure the insurance company would like to hear about this to . Used 2 be a company Cared about their customers now it's just a good crook So just beware if you want to take your vehicle here to the one on Mayport road make sure you're getting what you're supposed to be getting goes now I'm wondering how many corners did they cut to paint vehicle
