They do a great job initially getting you in, but the quality of the work is not good, and it wasn t quality checked before delivering the vehicle. I picked my car up in the rain and didn t notice the paint problems until it was sunny. I had to return it, and was told it would take a half day to fix. it s been four days and I m still having to follow up the service advisor. He told me he turned it over to the manager and there has been no communication from the manager to me. The service advisor was good about keeping me informed during the first two weeks, but since I returned it for repairs, communication has gone downhill. I finally had to request another rental car yesterday (2 days after returning it) because it was going on three days. As of now, they still have my car and it has been 13 biz days. They told me it would be ready today and I never heard from anyone. Very frustrating that the paint quality was so poor and it wasn t quality checked before I picked it up. This is the second time I ve taken my car to this location. I had some minor issues last year and they were quick to fix them. This time the experience has been a hassle.

Caliber collision ( 11556 Philips Hwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256 ) was recommended by my car insurance (progressive) and I was a little worry that they didn't have reviews of them. But they never disappointed me. Alice was assigned to my vehicle Mazda cx5 and she kept me updated every regular interval. The outcome is excellent and really happy for the work.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job fixing my car. This was the first time I ve ever had to have anything done like this. They kept me informed all along the way as to the progress of the car with text messages. Their customer service was excellent.The car was completed prior to the expected date. And when I went to pick it up, it looked fantastic, and it was cleaned inside and out so thoroughly I didn t even recognize it!Here are some before and after photos.

Jim and Dina are awesome! Dina set up my appointment to bring my daughter s car in the shop for repair of the side mirror and fog lamp. She is very friendly and has great customer service. Jim kept me informed during the repair and upon completion. Jim was very helpful and has excellent customer service. The repair itself took less than a week, but due to us being out of town, the car stayed with the shop until we were able to pick it up. We were very pleased with the quality of the repair. We will definitely use Caliber Collision on Phillips Highway again!

My car looks AMAZING. Ed is the gentleman who helped me throughout my experience at Caliber, and he is a gem. Truly top notch. However, upon getting my car back, things did not go well. I was traveling down to Universal Studios and my car overheated in Palm Coast. I pulled over as safely as I could into a parking lot and popped the hood. Smoke filled the air, and I realized my radiator cap was missing. I have yet to figure out how it went missing, or if it flew off at some point during my drive. Why on earth would they not do the final safety and quality check as promised? I was so upset they failed to do the simplest thing. I also had them check my alignment and suspension as my vehicle was pulling to the left after my accident. When it comes to a safety check, I was under the impression that even though they are not responsible for fixing or putting new tires on a car, they should be checked. The tow truck driver was shocked we made it as far as we did with the condition of my tire. It was so badly worn, the cord was showing and spikes were coming out of the sides where the cord was. My only wish for Caliber is this: double check safety parts. Double check that all things are locked in place before giving the car back. This could have easily been avoided. I m sad and disappointed to say the least, but I trust that I won t have any further issues with my engine now. At least they had my car towed to the Palm Coast Caliber and they fixed the issue with my radiator cap.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing experience. I cannot recommend this location highly enough. After having an absolutely horrid experience at another body shop (Service King) for a different event, Caliber showed how things should be done. Had an appointment scheduled, with the team ready at that time. The repairs were done properly, done well, and on time. Great communication throughout, and really went the extra mile to make everything as good as possible. Absolutely earned 5/5

Best experience I've ever had with a car repair company. Excellent communication from knowledgable, friendly staff and on-time repair turnaround so I could get my car returned quickly. When i picked up my car they'd even cleaned and detailed my car's interior!I will definitely be recommending Caliber to all my family and family.

I took my car in for body work, and was blown away by how quickly I got my car back! It was in pristine shape and I couldn t be happier! They kept me informed regularly about the status of my car. I never had to contact them to ask anything. Everyone was very friendly from start to finish. I would 100% recommend anyone to use them!

Caliber Collision has now had my truck now for seven weeks and still hasn t even gotten it moved to make any repairs.I understand that parts get back ordered, and have been more than patient with that, but I was told last Thursday that the part they were waiting six weeks for had come in, and they just needed to have someone calibrate it which was supposed to happen last Friday.Now, almost a week later, I m told that that person still hasn t been able to do that because it s a newer model.The dealership already had to find the part for them, and now it looks like the dealership will probably have to calibrate it, since this guy can t figure out how to get in the software.My insurance company only pays for 30 days of a rental car, so I m now out plenty of money out of my own pocket, because they can t get this done, on top of everything else I m paying for because I was hit by an uninsured driver.As much as I thought caliber was the right decision, I wish I would ve just had my car towed to the dealership, because this is unreal.I ve already had to make two car payments without even having the vehicle itself.

Initially, our experience with the auto repair shop seemed promising. They assured us that our car would be fixed back to its original condition, addressing all damage from a break-in. However, what followed was a series of disappointments.They kept promising to finish the car by certain dates, but it always got delayed. It would have been better if they just gave a longer time from the beginning since we were in no rush.On our first attempt to retrieve the car, it was clear that it hadn't undergone proper inspection. Scratches remained, the exterior still had tape residue from the window being covered, the interior of the car was dirtier than when we dropped it off, and the main issues like the window tint and the door panel were missing.We left the car to address the necessary repairs, and when we came to retrieve the car again everything seemed okay; however, upon further inspection they had just patched the old steering column cover leaving it damaged instead of replacing it as promised (and paid for). Also, there was still no tint. Therefore, we came back a third time to request the necessary repairs.Although most of the issues were finally addressed, we were disappointed to discover upon returning home that there is still an issue with the replacement part for the steering column. It is noticeably mismatched. It is a darker shade of black and doesn't appear to be OEM despite our receipt showing OEM. If it is an OEM part, perhaps, they ordered the wrong color.While the front desk was very friendly, including other staff, our experience has left us hesitant to trust them with more extensive repairs. If they struggle to address basic issues like a break-in repair, it's concerning for larger repairs.Tldr: poor quality control and didn't install parts that were ordered.

Don't come here. I got my car towed in for a suspension and steering fix afterhitting a curb on a rainy night. (terrible driving I know anyway)Initial estimate was a lil over a week. Then the date gets pushed back 4 days. No problem stuff happens. Then the date get's pushed back another 2 days. Then the night before I'm meant to pick up the car it's pushed back another 5 days no explanation.Try calling the mechanic and getting the run around. Finally pick up my car and the A/C is broken? Wasn't broken before Caliber looked at the car. Brought it back they said they'd order a part to fix it. Wait ANOTHER WEEK. Called, got another run around - was told they DIDN'T break the A/C and it was a coincidence and that the part to fix my A/C was on back order anyway. Oh - and that my understanding was too limited to see why they did good work. (yes really) Hung up on, run around to talk to the manager- he says" come in I'll fix it myself in an hour." Waited 3 hours and someone else was there for the same issue.And this is the best part hold on -My car didn't feel smooth driving, considering I just got a suspension fix. I write it off for a week or 2 because I'm trying to catch up on bills. But then the car starts vibrating VIOLENTLY. I'm scared I bring it to the dealership so they can run an official diagnostic. And you know what they said? The steering wheel was bent. NO I didn't get in another accident or mishandle my car. NO it didn't come like that and NO it wasn't a warranty thing. I have a 2021 with 50K miles not an old beater with 80K. These people missed a BENT STEERING WHEEL and a couple other damages related to the initial incident. I could have been killed.So yeah don't go here lol.

They put my car back together right after I made a mistake and damaged it. They even took care of supplement for headlight that accumulated moisture after drove in rain. Good people all round. The vehicle was cleaned exceptional well prior to returning to me. Glad I was able to have them repair my car.

Caliber Collision is top notch, their attention to detail, customer service and daily status updates were outstanding. Also when I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised that it was cleaned inside and out.

Disappointment. I've used Cailber previously however, not this location. After having my vehicle for over 30 days my car looked subpar. The back window was not re-tinted, the inside of the trunk welding job was poor, there were dents in on the trunk. I then had to leave the car for another 3 weeks for repair again. The communication with the manager Josh was sparce. I am now battling to receive a refund for the overage I paid on the rental car as a result of my vehicle not being completed in a timely fashion. I understand that mistakes and delays occur however, I will not excuse the lack of communication. I do no recommend this company nor will I endorse or use them in the future

Cody did an outstanding job. He gave great customer service, communication, explanation of the work, and advice on the car. He was always responsive via phone and text, and kept me regularly updated on progress throughout the 3-week repair time.The body work is excellent, and the car looks like new on the portions they repaired.Katie at the front desk was extremely resourceful in helping me communicate with the right people at Enterprise to set up my rental car. She advocated on my behalf to get the same size car I was having repaired, and made sure the transition from drop off to rental pick-up was seamless.I highly recommend this team.

Had a minor front end repair done here. Took much longer than originally expected, which would have been fine if the quality of work was good. I was unhappy with some of the panel gaps, bubbles in the paint, and overspray. The interior door panel was scratched somehow during the process. The staff, specifically Ed, was rude and dismissive when I voiced concerns about the process. An area manager Dan came out to my home to look at the work and offered to have it redone for free. I happily agreed but never heard back from them and gave up. Very unprofessional all the way around and would not recommend to anyone.

Caliber did a great job on my Tacoma. The front bumper was damaged from an animal collision on I95. Cody and his team have it looking brand new, couldn t be happier. They even had the interior cleaned for me, which was an added bonus. Service was quick, and was always easy to get updates from Cody! Cody is very good and professional and knowledgeable of insurance process. Customer service like no other. Work was done early and communication thru the entire process. Highly recommend this place. I have some storm damage to my truck, not a ton still drivable, but I wanted it repaired. My insurance advised Caliber is contracted with them, and I can go anytime to get an estimate, my insurance reached out to the shop and I recived a call from Dina at the shop and confirmed I could wait for the estimate it would be about 20 minutes. I set the appointment for 8 am Monday. I got there at 7:50 and was told they do not do just estimates... that I could leave my truck (which I need this week) and they would take care of it.Why did my insurance company AND Dina both say I could get the estimate and do repairs later if that's not the case???? Waste of time and gas early on a Monday morning... super frustrating, not how anyone should start their week. I will not be doing my repairs here.*UPDATE* Just another FYI about their customer service... as advised after leaving the initial review, I did email to the email address that was given, with the understanding that most likely nothing could be done ... but the aknowlement and an apology would have still been nice. It has now been over a week, and I have received ZERO response. If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I absolutely would.

My insurance appointed me to Caliber, overall my car looked as good as it did the day i originally bought it! They also vacuumed out my car which was a nice gesture! :)Make sure you keep up on your car and ask for updates over the phone. If i didn t call, i m sure my car wouldn t have been ready for another week.
