This was a recommended shop by my insurance after someone hit my car in a parking lot. They took a stressful, annoying situation and made it as easy as possible. Olivia was the best and kept me informed throughout the process. My car was ready on time, pick up was easy, and my car was sparkling clean and seamlessly repaired. I would absolutely use them again but hope I never have to!

Jeff and the staff here are superb. They make it easy to get your car fixed after an accident. This is my second time here in a year . You re in and out in a jiffy with car rental and Jeff keeps you updated on the progress. Terrific service, but I hope I don t see them again!

My truck was T-boned in the front driver side fender. The insurance company had me take it to Caliber Collision and I am so glad that they did. The customer service was exceptional. The quality of work was not only excellent but it was done early. If I need any of my trucks repaired due to a crash or just being dinged up I will definitely return to Caliber Collision. Very nicely repaired and great communication! Customer service is top notch. My mom cannot drive the car, they helped delivered to her house. Since my mom don't know how to take pictures properly, Olivia also helps taken pictures for the car so we can sell it. Best repair shop.

Caliber has excellent customer, service and coordinated with my insurance company and my car rental company. They kept in constant communication with us on the status of our car repair and delivered it on the date they promised. I would highly recommend this company.

Caliber Collision took a stressful event and turned it into a smooth process. Jaylin the receptionist was super sweet and kind and Mr. �ngel Torres did an amazing job from the second I dropped my car off at explaining to me how everything was going to work step by step as well as keeping me updated throughout the whole process and at the time of picking it up he made sure that I was informed on everything they had completed. I was constantly updated on the steps of my repair, damages, and completion date. My car was in and out in less than a week and the technicians did a great job making it seem like nothing even happened. I am extremely pleased with the entire service as well as the outcome! Thank you all :)

Best place to get repair work done for your car! They re fast and get the job done properly. I was called frequently about updates on my car and even got it back quicker then expected. Picked my car up and it was cleaned and my bumper was repaired amazingly!

The receptionist was very courteous, respectful and Mr Jeff went into action real quick to get my car in for repair, no delays whatsoever, everything went smoothly and the morning I picked up my car, I thought it was a new car. I recommend caliber collision for your repair of your vehicle anyway, anytime. Great experience.

I recently got in a fender bender on the A1A that busted my trunk a little. Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing my vehicle, giving me a new bummer, making sure the trunk hinger were in place, repainting, and assuring my backup camera was functioning. They also sent me updates about every other day on the status of my vehicle and it was even done early! Jim Allbrooks was my service advisor whom I highly recommend. I hope I don't get in a car wreck again anytime soon, but if you find yourself in my shoes this is the place to go!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hopefully I won't be needing them again anytime soon but honestly, it was the best experience I've had at any car repair business. Everyone I dealt with was prompt, courteous and helpful. This is the next experience I ve had with any car repair company. They are incredibly responsive and keep you updated through the whole process. My car looks fantastic-like it was never hit. Excellent job on my repairs. Finished ahead of schedule. Customer service was incredible. If you are need of repairs, this is the place
