My advisor Jordan was absolutely fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable and to the point, I had zero question that he had my best interest at heart. I don t have to work with collision centers often, but this is the only collision shop I ll be taking my vehicle to. Quality and customer service (especially with Jordan) were top notch, and my car was cleaner than it has ever been when I got it back! Even got it done faster than expected. All around, 15/10!

Amanda was super thorough and helpful with my whole process when repairing my passenger door and fender! Tina at the front desk made communication so easy and thank you to Joel the general manager for being so kind and helpful and giving me absolute confidence in him and his team! My car came out looking wonderful. Thank you again!

Tina, Amanda, and shrimp were super helpful through my experience with caliber. If you need a shop their communication is excellent and I never felt like a bother once! And trust me, I was!

I brought my car here and was helped by Xavier. He was friendly and went over every step with me to make sure I knew what was happening with my car. I got my car back a week before schedule too so they move fast there!
