They were great, they were very professional with me and made me feel like my business was wanted. They kept me up to date on the progress of the car. In which they were able to get it fixed and back to me with in a week. The people were very helpful and professional. They quickly did my repair, allowing me to drive my car. Other repair places would .not repair my car without an appointment which was over a week away. I would definitely recommend Caliber.

Excellent bodywork, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is calling me at 4:58 pm telling me my car was ready, when they close at 5pm. I would have enjoyed not having to wait until the following day if they had given me a call a couple of hours earlier to prepare.

The staff was very efficient with helping me get my vehicle fixed and kept me informed through out the process so I could figure out what I needed to do on my end. Definitely would recommend them.

I just wanted to take a moment and share my wonderful experience I had at Caliber Collision at Dames Point Crossing. I have trusted them for their work and craftsmanship for over a year now. Their work is excellent and makes my truck good as new. I have been back a number of times for them to correct little boo-boos that I have, each time leaving very very happy with the results. They have always been able to get the work done fast so i am back on the road with very little down time. Rebecca always greats me with a smile when I come in and Bobby makes sure the work is done right, and it always is. I hope my car doesn't have problems again, but if I do I'll be back. Its nice to go to a place where you are treated like family!

THE WORST!!!! The only thing I can say nice about this place is that the people were very friendly. The repairs, a child probably could have done better. After multiple return trips, I eventually had to take it to another shop. What they found was quite shocking. Improper repairs, parts that were damaged and never replaced, completely missing parts that were never replaced on the vehicle, un-repaired damage, plopping parts in place without painting them because they thought no one would notice, and rust caused by not bothering to clean off debris on "brand new" parts.

Referred to by insurance after a minor collision. Everyone who helped me was respectful and knowledgeable. When I first came, the rep for my insurance had gone home, but instead of telling me to come back, another employee gave me an estimate and a repair time frame, and suggested the best day to bring my car in to minimize my time without my car. I was listened to and my concerns were respected.They were able to start on my car in a timely manner and finished it in two days. The pricing was reasonable as well. The workmanship is great, I'm really happy with the repairs done on my car and the attention to detail. I felt like they made it a point to go above and beyond, and make me as happy with the work as I can be.I was also impressed with the actual facility (very neat and clean, chilled water in the fridge) and how far their shuttle service goes. If I ever need my car fixed again, I'll come back here for sure. Definitely recommend this place.EDIT: I came back several months later for another issue and once again had a good experience. Eric took care of us; he is patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Was very happy with my experience.

Shane and his team made the repairs/insurance process quick, efficient, and stress free. The drop off process was very fast, getting me out the door with my rental in less then 15 min. I received my estimate that day and my car repaid was finished in less then 2 days. When I can to pick up my car, I did not have to wait at all. I was done in less then 10 min. I highly recommend this shop.

Caliber collision was very timely and professional with my paint job. They made sure to also review for any blemishes in the body as well. From a nationwide company, I would expect better customer service out of these people. After submitting an online quote, asking for a repaint job of my truck, I was told that I couldn't be given a quote even with the photos I submitted for a truck repaint. I was told I need to bring the truck in and have a dismantled. I literally laughed myself to death. customer service in the store was just as bad. It took five points of contact before finally somebody told me they don't do work that isn't collision related. These people are quite honestly asleep at the wheel. I don't know if I would even want them to do my collision work after dealing with this.And to your reply, Caliber, I already addressed my concerns. I love when businesses try to perform damage control in front of everyone else to "show you care"... to show you care means to work with your employees to ensure your "brand" is being delivered. You are aware of the complaints - I suggest you fix them. I won't "waste" my time telling you what you already know or helping you fix them. I don't need you to "resolve" my issue, another company already did that for you. (let that sink in)

I had a great experience with caliber. Eric and Connie were consistently in communication with me about updates, answered all of my questions/concerns, and others involved repaired my vehicle well. I would definitely use their services again should I ever need to (but hopefully not). I highly recommend this location.

Calibur Collision was the body shop where my van was towed to after the accident. Connie, who answers the phone most of the time was always so pleasant and very supportive. Dwayne, who was in charge of my van was also very supportive and understanding. The insurance company totaled my van so they did not actually do any work on it but I have no doubt that they would have done an excellent job. They made a very stressful situation a little more bearable. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Where do I begin....although I received my car back fairly quickly, the two trips back cancelled out the positive to that. The tech took mats out of my car when he didn't need to. He could have worked around them. He most likely used them for his convenience because when I got one back it was filthy with footprints on it. I still did not get the smaller ones back.The tip for the tailpipe was not properly installed and I had to go back again. Before looking at it, the service advisor was readying an excuse. It was fixable so there was nothing he could say.Through all of these issues, I never received an apology. I even filled out their survey and yet no one contacted me. That speaks volumes to me about how much they care about the surveys.If there is ever a next time. I definitely will use their competitors.

Very impressed! I dropped my Jeep off on a Monday and received it back Friday of the same week. The work done was perfect! Luis and Eric kept me updated the entire time throughout the process! The entire crew was very helpful and polite!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I came here for a collision repair on my Dodge Charger. The repair lasted nearly three months, but the work done is great. You can't even tell there was an accident. I feel like they may need to figure out how to get parts in faster so people don't have to wait so long for just a minor accident. That's the only real problem I had. They were polite, they did great work, id definitely return if I had to.

I would recommend Steve and his Team for all your collision repair needs. They were very professional and kept me informed on the repairs of my vehicle. If they could do radiators I would use them for that as well for another one of my vehicles. Also the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and assisted me in getting my rental.Service: Body & Trim

Customer service is top notch here! In my dealing with them for my estimate, Steven, along with Connie, were very helpful in helping me with my collision. They were easy to get in touch with, answered all of my questions with professionalism and knowledge to back it up, were very friendly and courteous. If you are looking for an honest and timely collision center, this is your place! Steven even brought out my car to me to clean it out instead of having me walk to the back because he knew I was recently in the accident and was upset about the loss of my vehicle. Thanks Steven for going above and beyond in customer service!

It's not fun needing to have your car fixed after an accident. Connie, Eric and the others involved with my car needs were great. Very courteous, relaxed not rushed, answered a bunch of questions and car looks great. All done in an amazingly short time frame. Thanks to all involved! It was a great experience at an awkward time and in need of qualified people.

My experience with this company was wonderful. Besides getting the car done early and doing a fantastic job they are great communicators. Every step of the way they let me know what was going on and exactly where they were at - WITHOUT ME ASKING. Communication is SO key and I can't say enough about this company. My wife hit a deer and also got rear ended in my Q50S. I specifically chose caliber collision because I know they have a lifetime warranty and I've had experience with them before in a different state. This Caliber Collision made my car look like never ever happened and I appreciate them so much. They communicated very well with me and my wife. I was very excited to get my car back today. I was sent to this repair shop by my insurance. They were amazing to work with. The lady who handled my case was extremely personable and friendly. My car came back looking just like new as if it hadn't ever been hit. It was also finished 2 days earlier than estimated.

I was hit by another vehicle causing damage to front driver's side bumper and quarter panel, also taking out the mirror.Steve and the staff at Caliber Collion were very helpful and responsive. I was able to take my car in for repairs the same day and was provided updates several times. They provided guidance with the insurance. I got my vehicle back a day earlier in pristine condition inside and out. This is the second time they have repaired my car and the service was the same both times. Caliber Collision was very professional and helpful. My daughter car was in a wreck and I picked them from a list given to me by the insurance company. From the moment I was contacted by Ms. Connie, I felt welcomed. Steven was the person in charge of my daughter's car and he did a very good job. Caliber was listed as one of the preferred body shops regarding my State Farm Auto claim. I would definitely reccomend them. The repairs they did on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great. Tyrone was my estimator and he was very professional and courteous.

I love this place! Ben is always on point. They are very respectful and reasonable with the price. I have taken my BMW and my RAM there. I have always recommended them to friends and family because they do great work and they take care of you. Check them out if you are in need of a first opinion or even a second opinion. They won't lie to you and their work is great. They tell you what you need done and they do it. They will tell you if they need to do extra to make it right and ask you before they do it. They are a class a shop. Now I will tell you that the receptionist ladies are sometimes short with you. I went in one time to get a quote and they tried to make it seem like I needed an appointment to get a quote. YOU DO NOT! Ask for Ben and you'll get the best treatment and service you should get from someone you're giving your money to.

Military here, husband jumped a curb one week before my transfer to California and blew a hole in his tire AND rim (the size of a peach and an orange just GONE), ripped out splash guard inner wheel-well, completely immobilized this vehicle.Caliber collision was an absolute LIFESAVER! They had the car in and out of the shop in 4 days knowing our situation; it was amazing how quickly and detail oriented they were getting this job in and out so that we didn't have a delay!They hire from the military and really take care of their customers! Highly recommended!
