*I'm convinced half of the reviews are lies. Check out their Revoked BBB page. Also the "response from owner" means nothing. It's to make it seem as if they're trying to fix the situation.... they're not*The factory color of my car is Violet (but looks black in different lighting). Previous collision centers have ALWAYS been able to match my color correctly. I found it very insulting that they presented me with my car, and the colors did not match (twice). The color did not match the 1st time i went to pick it up, and it looked the same (maybe worse) the second time i went to pick it up. My car was scratched while in their possession, which resulted in them having to repaint my bumper and keep it longer. They had my car from 12/07/23 until 01/02/24 for minor damage to the number and still could not get it right. They have stated that they have done all that they could do to rectify the situation. I do not recommend them at all.�The painter needs to be retrained. I would recommend Service King Collision (right up the road) and wish i would've gone with them.� They were great. My mistake for going with them again. Two different cities Same Caliber, at least the last shop got it right with the color. Photos of damage, 1st (12/22)23) and 2nd (01/02/24) pick up. The color difference is insulting.I added a recent photo (Feb 2024). Still discolored still ugly.

The experience with caliber was great !! Devin was awesome through the entire process. Even though it was a longer fix, I never had any concerns regarding updates/ time because I was updated daily on the process of my vehicle!! Excellent Can t forget about Mrs.adruey love her customer service!! Thank youu !!

We were extremely happy with the job Anil and his team did on our Ford Bronco after a tree fell on it. The car looks just like it did the day we bought it. Anil was very easy to work with and kept us informed during the whole process. Also, it was completed two days earlier than promised .Bonus!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! The staff was amazing. They kept me informed. My car looks better than it Did before the collision. And they got it done early! Fantastic shop

Horrible experience, they fixed the accident damage and then damage some places not related to the accident while fixing it. They did not protect my vehicle approximately when they were repairing and painting the area. Vehicle got painted in the inside and damage door panel as well as outside trim with paint. Customer service denied it, but are they this dumb to think I would damage my own vehicle that is only 1yr old?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I worked with Caliber Collision after being referred by my insurance carrier, State Farm. From start to finish, my experience with Caliber Collision was positive, from the office team, to my service advisor to the team of mechanics who fixed the car to make it seem like the accident never happened!In particular, Devin went above and beyond to source a part that was backordered, reducing my repair time from a month to a little over a week. Supply chain delays are not in the control of the shop and I would not have blamed them if I had to wait, but with Devin's extra effort to look all around the country to find the part, he saved me weeks of added rental car expense and inconvenience. Friendly and professional, he also reviewed the damage thoroughly and clearly explained the repair process, answering my questions and keeping me informed about the process. Audrey on the office team was timely and helpful in getting my car scheduled, and even assisted with the return of my rental car. While I didn't meet the people who repaired my car, my car is running smoothly and the body work appears perfectly matched to the original condition.Car accidents are stressful, and sometimes the repair process can be even more stressful. Gratitude to Calliber Collision for making the repair the least stressful part of my accident.

I was in a t-bone accident, and my insurance directed me to Caliber Collison. I had never been in an accident this bad before. Ms. Audrey was very patient with me and informative. She put my anxiety at ease. I am grateful I chose the 8318 Atlantic Blvd. location and thankful Ms. Audrey went above and beyond her job.

My husband and I brought our Highlander in for a repair to the passenger side door after someone backed into me in a parking lot. The repairs were done quickly but the door now squeaks constantly, even though we brought it in to have them re-check it. Scheduling the re-check was a bit difficult, as our technician was frequently out of the office. The day that we were finally able to bring it in, he told us to wait in the waiting room and he would get to it quickly, but it took almost an hour. This would have been fine as we told the technician that we were fine dropping our car off, but he insisted that it would be quick.When we were checking out (over an hour later), the receptionist looked at me and said "Well if I had known that you guys were going to be sitting there that long, I would have put you to work." I was so stunned I had no idea what to say. First of all, this is not a wise thing to say to a customer who has been waiting for a while, and second of all, it's a bit ignorant and sexist to assume that just because I'm a woman, I would want to play secretary (she said nothing of the sort to my husband). I would have said something right then and there, but I'm one of those people who takes a while to think about things and like I said, I was shocked and didn't really know what to say.

Anil was great with providing timely updates as my vehicle was being repaired on an insurance claim. I dropped it on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up the following Monday. All of the damage (little and cosmetic in nature as it was) repaired and the area affected by my collision looks factory new. Thanks!

I was completely impressed with the level of service that I received here. They replaced my bumper as good as new, and Anil kept me updated throughout the entire process so I knew exactly when my vehicle was ready. Not only that, but they completely cleaned the interior before giving me back the vehicle. As an added benefit, Enterprise is right across the street, so if you don't have a ride it's easy for them to come pick you up

It would have been 5 stars, except the end wasn t smooth. For the 7 weeks before that, the communication with me was constant and informative, the service adviser was always accessible, and the interaction with my insurance company was efficient. Even the original and revised delivery date estimates were beat. And then . . . The first it s ready for pick-up attempt was a fiasco I literally had a Are you f ing kidding me? moment. The car was literally filthy and obviously had a few immediately noticeable things undone on the exterior. While it should never have happened, resolution was swift, if not apologetic. Most importantly, the work looks great, and it s warranted for as long as I own the car.

The picture below is in my garage in the shade and my car is now two tone, Thank you Caliber Collision. The paint does not even closely match and they believe that it looked good to them. The service advisor was argumentative and kept telling me my car was two tone already. They told me it was my problem and to take my car off the lot. If you have an insurance claim, I would avoid them at all costs. Rude and not professional, avoid avoid avoid!!!!Service: Painting

Anil and the team at Caliber were absolutely amazing. I got my car back in no time at all after someone sideswiped the entire drivers side of the car. The paint match was perfect and this is the original paint on my 1991 BRG Miata and it looks better than before the accident. Anil kept me updated every step of the way and made the process as painless as possible and I couldn t be happier with the final result. If your pride and joy gets damaged on the roads of Jacksonville I can definitely say you can come here with absolute confidence for the repair! Ask for Anil and he ll get you right! Was advised by person over the phone that I could drop my vehicle off then advised when I got there I could no longer do a drop off. There is clearly a drop box outside of their front door. Will be changing to a different collision center. Delayed the repair on my car 2 weeks.

They do Quality work and get things done quicker than most. Just make sure to get a timeframe for the estimate so you are not caught off guards.

I ve had nothing but issues with this place. I ve used caliber collision in Pennsylvania and had a great experience. This specific location does not communicate with the customers. I ve had to call multiple times to get issues taken care of while planning the trip to come pick up my vehicle. After they finished I found that pieces were missing off my truck that had nothing to do with the accident and now I m not getting any callbacks to try and solve the issue. This was by far the worst experience I ve had.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliper collision is a great company, Anil Kalika is one of the people who make it great. Anil jumped through hoops to get my car looking exactly how I wanted it after my accident. He went above and beyond and took his time to make sure I got my correct grille. He was patient and understanding because I am very ocd about my car.
